In one cabinet, if I look up inside, I can see the right through to the wall. There’s a space between the back of the cabinet and the top of the cabinet, and I can see right through. I have under cabinet lights, and he had left out two lights, that he didn’t install. I had one of them installed by somebody else because he wouldn’t come out and do it. I couldn’t find the other light at the time, but I did find it, and had it installed by somebody else. In the meantime he tells me that he has done enough for my house. I had some problems with the finish, and he wouldn’t do anything about that. One time I called him because some of the drawers were not pulling in, they were supposed to have this mechanism. That’s why I had bought the cabinets from him, because he convinced me that these cabinets were better than the ones that I was going to get from someone else. He said that for the same money, I would get these cabinets which pull in and so on. I noticed that some of the drawers pulled in by themselves, but some of them didn’t, so I called him and told him about the problem and he said that I didn’t order that kind of drawer. I told him that I had ordered that kind of drawer and that was the reason why I had bought them from him, but he refused saying that I didn’t order that kind of drawer. Then I asked him that if I didn’t order that kind of drawer, then how come some of them do and some of them don’t? He just didn’t want to discuss it, he was nasty. I also got him another job, I referred him to somebody else, he did the kitchen of another girl that I teach with and she lives up the street from me. She said the job he did there was OK, she didn’t say it was fabulous, just OK. But that was before he did my kitchen. I don’t think I was treated very well, and I don’t think he’s behind his product either. These people can do anything they want, and they get paid for it. If I want to do anything about it, I have to take them to the small claims court, pay all the costs, take the time, and maybe I’ll win, maybe I won’t win. The laws are so wrong, because it makes it easy for these people to bilk money out of other people without really performing. I absolutely would not use them again in the future.

THEY WERE A GOOD COMPANY TO WORK WITH. I HAD TO KEEP AT THEM TO GET THE JOB DONE TOWARDS THE END. THEY PUT SOME OF THE TILES IN BACKWARDS SO THEY HAD TO REDO THEM. THAT GAVE THE BATHROOM A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL LOOK.
