Went very well.
Description of Work: Replaced the existing motor (under lifetime warranty) which had been installed earlier this year (01/15/2016) at no cost. Additionally, installed a new locking mechanism and lubricated and evaluated the opening system. No additional charges were made on any of the parts which were under warranty for 1 year. Technicians were professional and helpful but did charge $158 for labor because they must not have known that the labor from Jan. 2016 installation is guaranteed for 1 year.

Description of Work: I had moved here recently from out of state when my garage door operator died. Having no idea who to call I went on to Angie's List and found Broten. I was attended to very professionally and within 24 hours my opener was replaced( it was 20 years old) with a new motor. The repairman was right on time gave me a very reasonable quote and an hour later my garage door was working perfectly. I could not have been more pleased. I will be using Broten for all of my future needs.

Description of Work: Repaired garage door in less than 5 minutes, checked everything, replaced a single part and didn't do any 'song and dance' moves. Was very nice, very professional, and tested everything until he was sure it was working. After he told me the price he lubricated the entire system... And the price was definitely fair.
