Excellent experience from start to finish -- from the estimate appointment to the final installation of the door. The company worked to meet my requirements, kept me informed of the permitting process and installation time and performed in a professional manner with no slip-ups. They did it right the first time. The city inspector commended the quality of the workmanship. Plus they followed up with a phone call after the job was completed to ask about our satisfaction with the installation.

Garage door would not close. A technician was sent very quickly and was courteous. The safety sensors needed adjustment and door was lubed.

They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned up after themselves. The door was very satisfactory. I had no problem with the permitting (I live in a small town with perfectionist inspectors.) I got three estimates and they were the best priced.

Everything went very well from the sales visit to the installation--nice people to talk with. But the town inspector failed the installation. I called, and two days later Broten had a guy out to check the problem. He seemed a little puzzled, called his supervisor, and told me I'd get a call later that day or the next. The next call I got was from the salesman, wanting to know if I was happy. He knew nothing about the failed inspection, but vowed to get on it. To cut down on a long story: it took a full month for a crew to come out to bring the doors up to code (they haven't passed yet, but now they have a notarized letter from the manufacturer that should help). They seem to be a good company overall, but they were lousy in letting me know when my problem was going to be fixed...my salesman would call to assure me I "hadn't been forgotten," but I always had to call him 5-7 days later to find out what the status of things were.

Very good. Original door from 21 years ago was also installed by Broten when the house was constructed. New door took about 3 hours to install. The entire process was painless: the sales call, installation and even the city inspection.

Where we live everyone hires Broten if they require garage door service. I like that they specialize in hurricane resistant doors.

Theyre very good. They kept coming at least, once a month, because I couldnt close the door. For the last three months, Ive had absolutely no problem. He gave me a lot of tips to help keep my garage door working properly. I even recommended them to my neighbor.

Very responsive. Service man was here the same afternoon, as my call. Service person was polite and clean in his work.

Excellent overall. The representative was very professional, on time and efficient. He adjusted the doors, provided me with instructions about ongoing maintenance and gave me a can of aerosol lubricant for the doors. Would definitely hire again.

Work was done well, but price is a bit high.

They were prompt and professional and reasonably priced.

They said they are going to replaced the garage door and prep the opening for the new door. They also are going to place the automatic door opener and they are going to haul away the old door and debris. We are waiting for the permit from the city. I was very happy with them. This is an odd size door that needs to be specially made.

THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO TWO GARAGE DOOR OPENERS. THEY SAID THEY DIDNT HAVE ENOUGH TIME, SO THEY ONLY DID ONE. THEY SHOWED UP LATE. THEY CHARGED ME MORE THAN THEY SAID THEY WOULD.

BROTEN SHOWED UP ON TIME AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND THE PRICE WAS GREAT. I WOULD USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN IF NEEDED. I HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED THEIR SERVICES TO OTHERS.

THIS COMPANY WAS ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. THEY WERE ON TIME, AND VERY NICE. THEY CAME EARLY IN THE MORNING, AND INSTALLED A GARAGE DOOR THAT MET ALL OF THE HURRICANE STANDARDS. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE LEVEL OF QUALITY THAT I RECEIVED.

THEY CAME HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AND I WOULD ALSO RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS. THEY WERE PROMPT AND A PLEASANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH. THEY WERE ALSO COMPETITIVELY PRICED.

THEY GOT OUT TO MY HOUSE IN GOOD TIME. AFTER LOOKING FOR ABOUT FIVE MINUTES, THEY KNEW WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS. THEY FIXED IT AND NOW IT WORKS GREAT. I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN. I WOULD ALSO REFER THEM TO OTHER PEOPLE.

BROTEN GARAGE WAS VERY RESPONSIVE AND WORKED AROUND MY SCHEDULE. THEY DID NOT MAKE ANY DECISIONS UNTIL THEY KNEW EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED TO HAVE DONE. THEY DID A GREAT JOB ON OUR GARAGE DOOR AND THE PRICE WAS GREAT.
