Danny diagnosed quickly, told me the cost for required parts and the price. He estimated the job would take under an hour and a half. I gave him the go ahead and he got to work immediately. He had everything he needed in his van and got the job done quickly and within the proposed time frame. Danny is a hard worker who wasted no time in getting to me and getting the job done. My telephone conversations with both girls at the office indicated pure professionalism on their parts. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company, and if the need ever arises I will definitely use their services again. I'm a very satisfied customer.

They do house doors and they are wonderful. Four years ago they put our garage doors on. They are very expensive doors but what they charged us is comparable to others and it was less than some other places. Their service is excellent. We went to six places before we went back to them and they storm the quality and the service. They are professional craft people and they are professional in what they do. They are outstanding in their quality of their work.

They were very good. They quickly got back to me and came in a very professional manner to install the springs and explained to me different things about what he did and everything. It was a good experience altogether. They responded immediately when I called them, had somebody out the next day and did use the time wisely. I had him back if I have any other problem.

Everything was great. All permits were good - inspection was good. Overall very happy with the door.

Sales person came to my house and really knew his stuff. We had a new single garage door installed. They did a great job. The door works and looks great. They took care of the permit with Deerfield Beach and charged me the actual cost of the permit which was $100.00. Many others bumped up the cost of the permit to as much as $300.00. They are the best.

Adam Hoffmann gave us the estimate to replace our garage door with an insulated impact rated door. He was very professional and informative and we were very comfortable with our decision to use Broten. We also found his team professional and efficient and are very pleased with the installation as well as the product itself. Also Joyce DiRoma in the office was very helpful with the scheduling. It was a very positive experience.

The whole experience was positive. Tech arrived before he was scheduled, he called to confirm it was okay. Was efficient and spent just over an hour and had everything done and cleaned up.

My garage door opener did not work. The repairman came and replaced 2 batteries that were bad. He also serviced the springs.I asked him to check all parts of the door and he did. I was very happy with his work.

From start to finish, Broten was very professional. They kept to their schedule, answered all of the questions I had, rescheduled twice (my request) and installed a wonderful garage door and opener. I'm quite happy that I selected them, and I would whole-heartedly recommend them to others.

On a Friday night, there was a large bang in the garage and upon inspection, the garage door wouldn't open. I noticed one of the springs had broken in half. I checked Angieslist and sent an email from Angieslist to Broten. The next morning I called the company at 8:00 just to see by chance if they could come out on a Saturday and they gave me a service window of 1:00-4:00PM. About 15 minutes after I called, they were calling to follow up on the email I left the night before. At 11:15am, the company called to say the tech was on his way. He showed up at 11:30 and finished before 12:30. I was very pleased with the service from beginning to end. I didn't shop around for price but felt I got great value for the service I received. Overall, very professional from start to finish and I would call them again for any future problems I might have with the garage door.

It was a great experience from start to finish. I made an appointment to have a salesman come out and give me an estimate, and he arrived right on time, and explained exactly what I would get for the price (which was about $400 lower than the estimates from the other two companies I contacted). I decided to go with Broten, and they immediately scheduled a Saturday appointment for me so that I wouldn't have to miss work. I was given 11:00 to 1:00 for the arrival time of the installers, and told that it would take approximately 2.5 hours to do the installation. I was also told that they needed 6 feet of clear space, so I had that cleared out before they got there. The installers arrived at 11:00, and 2.5 hours later, my new garage door was installed. They were able to use the controller from my old door, so I didn't have to learn a new system. They gave me a rundown on how to put on the braces before a hurricane (they're attached to the door and just slide into a bracket, and there's a manual that came with the door that explains everything as well). They cleaned up every scrap before they left. Brofen arranged for the inspector to come by and sign off on it, and the inspector found that everything was up to code and properly installed. The garage door is beautiful, and since I was given a choice of several colors, it matches the trim paint on my house. I couldn't be happier - this is a great company to do business with.

They garage door was acceptable however when I pulled into the garage the door came down on my bumper. I contacted them a couple times before anyone would come out to look at the damage. Once they came out to see the damage they stated it was my fault. They did however adjust the door so it would not come down as fast as it did when it hit my car. I just found it odd that there were no sensors that stopped the door as I pulled in just like any other time. I am not sure why they did not test the door with a car in the garage before I used the door myself. I assumed I could stop my car in where I usually did (as I have a ball that hangs down telling me where to stop) however that was not the case as the door came slamming down very fast and as a result the bumper on my car is damaged. I have to repair the car myself as they would not assume any responsibility. I am not sure if the damage would fall back on the installers or the company itself. I would consider using them again but I would take all precautions to ensure that problems did not occur again.

Rich handled my installation and made up for a past negative experience earning my loyalty. The installation team did a great job, punctual and efficient. They also took the time to educate me on the system. They also explained future enhancements that will tie in when I upgrade my garage doors to be hurricane impact. Great job Broten! Thanks Rich

It was an overall excellent experience dealing with this company from start to finish. John Demarco came to our house to provide an estimate. He was great to work with; prompt, professional, and very personable. He went over the options, described the process and what would be included in detail, provided a written quote and some color chip samples, and pointed out a potential issue regarding the post-installation inspection (improper receptacle for garage door opener). When we made our decision on the color he came back to the house the following day to finalize the work order and did his best to get us every discount for which we were eligible. About 2 weeks later we were called to confirm the installation date. We had to reschedule the installation twice and the woman I spoke with on the phone was very accommodating and didn't seem at all "put out" that we were rescheduling. The day prior to installation we received a confirmation phone call at which point we were able to schedule the post-installation inspection (Broton handled all the arrangements for the permit and the inspection). When the installation team came out they were very professional and courteous. They made quick and quiet-as-possible work of the installation, hauled away the old door and parts, cleaned and swept the work area, and gave us instructions regarding care and maintenance of the door (including a can of lubricant for the tracks and springs). They provided all the necessary paperwork for the inspection and took our credit card payment for the balance right on the spot. When the city inspector came a few days later he was in and out quickly without any concerns. He even mentioned it was a great door (he had the same one himself) and that the installation exceeded Miami-Dade code for hardware and the frame bolt spacing. The following day Broton called to follow up and see if we had any questions. Top-notch company. I wish all companies had the same dedication to customer service and product quality as Broton Garage Door. We received several quotes and Broton was comparable if not better than all of them, so this isn't a case of "you get what you pay for". Not only would I recommend Broton Garage Door to others, I'd lobby in their favor!

This was an outstanding experience! Bruce Anderson was the sales person I dealt with and he was outstanding. The price was very competitive. The installation went great. I wish all companies were this easy to deal with. Absolutely phenomenal! If anyone needs a garage door or opener, call this company! You will not be disappointed.

They were on-time and done in about an hour. Repair man was very professional and courteous.

Very well. The office staff was helpful and polite. The technician arrived on time, was cooperative, and completed the work in less time then I anticipated. I didn't want to spend as much money as I did, but I also got more than I initially wanted. The new unit is belt drive, which is much quieter than the chain drive it replaced. In addition, it came with a backup battery and an outside keypad, which are useful items.
