Description of Work: It turns out that this firm is more about windows than doors. Because we had to choose a door at a retailer and BNT would then install it, we spent a while searching. After Thanksgiving, came the Holidays and we kept playing phone tag. I think he wasn't that interested in doing a single door job in Miami-Dade and we finally asked him for a refund, which was promptly returned. He did recommend Plaspro Doors which we have found to be the best! We are in the process of choosing the model we want and have an installer who is qualified and anxious to do the work!! We think that when Angie's List has a special on a service, the service provider gets overwhelmed with calls, and for smaller firms, it is hard to follow up on all the leads that come in!!! It has happened to us before with Angie's List special promotions!!

Description of Work: We had 14 impact windows installed in our house. Tom, the owner, came out and gave us a quote. I liked him a lot after only talking for a few minutes. He gave us a very good price. He told us when we could expect the windows to be installed, and he was correct within a couple days. His company men came and installed the windows. He did not sub-contract the work. His installers were very professional and did a very good job. They cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend his company.
