Wonderful. The job was completed in one day. It was done very neatly. The installers with courteous, friendly and professional. The sales representative was very knowledgeable and made sure I knew all my options.

Amelio's group arrived on time and immediately began working. They are extremely knowledgeable and very professional. They made sure to cover my floors and furniture to prevent any damage to them. They cleaned up after themselves along the way and you would never know I had any work done because they left it very clean. A great group of guys and BNT should be very proud to have them as employees representing their company. I will definetly use this company again.

The new door is beautiful. The existing door frame had been modified several times to fit a smaller door (no idea why) and the installation team tore out the old mess and re-framed and the new door fits perfectly.

From start to finished the work was professionally done. The job took two days to complete and they were careful not to damage anything. They covered up furniture and floors in the areas that they were working in. There was always a supervisor present during the installation to make sure that the work was getting done correctly. Final payment was given after final inspection from the city was conducted with one of their supervisor’s “Brian Bell” present during the city inspection. Everything that was done passed inspection during the inspectors 1st appointment. Special thanks go out to Tom Zeschke (Owner) and Brian Bell (Supervisor) for making this experience enjoyable. Very well. We have a two story home and they brought out a large crew and everyone knew what they were doing. They were able to finish the house in 1 day. They kept the dust at minimum by hanging plastic and they also were vacuuming as they worked.

We could not have anticipated a better experience. After a 6 month nightmare with Florida Window and Door in PBG, we reached out to BNT Services. Bret came out and measured everything within days - the price was more than reasonable. He made a great suggestion for our entry way that is now bright and absolutely gorgeous. Had the job permitted and windows in house and ready to go just as promised. His team came out to do the install and what professionals they were. It was obvious as we watched that they were installing everything as if it was their own home. Such care was taken and clean up was ongoing through the entire process. This is a top notch company and miles ahead of their competitors. I would definitely recommend them if you need windows and doors. Our home looks like new and we couldn't be happier - Thank you BNT for a great job!!!

In March 2016 I had all the windows and doors replaced in a home I recently purchased. I hired BNT Services Inc, and would highly recommend them to anyone considering window and door replacement. The initial proposal was clearly written and all concerns I had were quickly addressed and resolved prior to signing the contract. After the contract was signed Bret followed the requirements and the project was completed on time. The installation crew was professional, knowledgeable and always on time. I also made an additional request for Bret to be present at all Building Department inspections and Bret accommodated the request, which I believe makes a big difference since dealing inspectors sometimes can be difficult. Again, I would enthusiastically recommend BNT Services for window and door replacement.

Fantastic / Awesome - This was a big project so I got four estimates with Bret at BNT being the last. We found him to be honest and helpful, no heavy duty sales pitch or competition bashing. He was the only contractor to explain finance options and realistic time tables. We gave him the contract and figured that going forward we'd be dealing with office staff. Not at all, Bret called us at every stage to keep us informed as to the status and any changes to the time line. The installation was flawless and the crew was pleasant and took extra ordinary measures to minimize our inconvenience and protect our furniture. There were a couple of minor flaws in the doors and Bret called us before we had even noticed them to arrange the repair. BNT was a pleasure to work with through every stage, they recommended the best products (PGT) and stood behind every detail of the job. On the City Inspection day a supervisor came by first to check everything out and we mentioned that one door squeaked a little. He spent an hour on that door making sure it would never squeak again. Service above and beyond the call of duty. I recommend BNT to anyone considering the upgrade to impact windows and doors. Absolutely an A+++++ company. (by the way I noticed a bad review listed here, well all I can say is that person must be a little crazy)

BNT refused to install the impact windows at a specified price. BNT states additional charges totaling over $500, added on to an original specified price of $1500 which stated installation included for the Impact Windows. Absolutely NO additional charges where stated in the original contract. BNT practices deceptive offerings which is Bait and Switch. I checked with the City for the cost of the permit. It is very close to $95. Even so, there is not mention of permit fees. The Deal offered and the subsequent contract was for 4 impact windows installed, with a total price of $1500. Now BNT is stating they are going to break the contract. For anyone considering BNT Services, you should be for warned it is a Bait And Switch Scam Game. I have written communications proof via email between BMT, the owner of BMT and myself, of their scam games.

They were great. Quality installation, great pricing and great customer service. I am very happy I hired this company.

This is the first company that I met with to get the job estimate. I knew after speaking with rep John Stephens that this was the company to go with. John was straightforward and took his time to explain several options to me. Did my due diligence and contacted others but none could compare with BNT. Installation was great, stress-free and perfect making village inspection a breeze. If you are looking for a company that delivers timely and quality work at a good price with professional and courteous employees, look no further. I'm looking forward to having BNT replace the rest of my windows in the near future.

It went great! The only issue I had was that it did take a while to get them scheduled, but other than that the service was fantastic! They didn't leave any mess. I'm considering calling them again because i need windows in my upstairs!

Entire process went very well. From initial phone call and in home estimation all the way through installation everyone we dealt with with was friendly. Installers were thorough and cleaned the work areas as they completed each install. Will definitely use them as we are replacing windows as funding becomes available.

i had a quote from them last summer, but didn't have the money to do the job, but John was so helpful and professional that I knew this was the company I wanted to do business with once I had saved up for the door. I saw the offer again on Angies List last month and was now ready to move ahead. John came back out, measured everything again to make sure we were still accurate, ordered the door and the installation team came out this last Monday and did a phenomenal job. They were efficient, cleaned up afterwards and did a fantastic job. Great bunch of guys. I would do business with them again and there are not many companies I can say that about. I love the door as it slides like a dream and I feel safe.

To all landlords outhere; BNT Services is the best !!! John and Alex were professional, punctual and the service was performed quickly and efficiently. I am a small landlord in Miami but I live a thousand miles away. They handeled the project from A to Z with ease...I highly recommend them to any landlord/homeowners . Best of all , you'll get the best price around since they were almost 10% cheaper than their cheapest competition . Again, thanks to all the crew @ BNT Services , we will work again together soon !

Bret came out on a Saturday to review our needs and measure for an estimate. Both my wife and I immediately felt comfortable with Bret. There was no sales pitch, no bashing the competition. He was honest and forthcoming about the product, the process, and very candid about an upgrade others pushed on us which was unnecessary. It was like dealing with a friend. Bret turned around the quotes very quickly. I say quotes as we were uncertain about a few things, so Bret provided 3 separate quotes so we could compare. BnT's pricing was really aggressive, and combined with how we felt when we met Bret plus their numerous Angie's List reviews, it was really a no-brainer. Side note, i even referred them business before they started the job! The total install took 4 days. The installers were punctual each day. Everyone on the crew was professional and extremely hard-working and respectful of our home. They sectioned off the areas they were working on to minimize dust and cleaned up after they finished each opening. When I had a concern with one of the French Doors, Bret came out to look for himself and made sure we were completely satisfied. Follow up from the office was always prompt, the final inspection was scheduled around my hectic schedule and we now have beautiful impact windows. Looking forward to getting rid of the steel shutters taking up so much space in my garage! Hopefully we never need new windows/doors, but if we do I will call Bret!

My wife and I were out looking at houses when we came across a house that we really liked a lot. The biggest issue was that the windows and doors ALL looked dated and in bad shape. We submitted an offer on the home and it was accepted, so we decided to have four different companies come out and give us an estimate to see what kind of price we were looking at to have the windows and doors upgraded to impact. Out of all four companies, BNT was about in the middle with regards to price. My wife and I decided to go with BNT because of Bret Robbins. Bret came out the first day to measure, and answered about 200 questions that I had. He was not rushing through the appointment like a couple other companies did, and he provided us a few different entry-door options. My wife was not able to be present when I initially met Bret at the property, but he offered to come back out a couple days later, also bringing a window made by PGT to show the quality and design. One major thing to point out is that out of the 4 companies we called, 3 of them said they couldn't get windows/doors from PGT for 8-10 weeks.. That was an issue for us, as we did not want to move into the new house until the windows/doors were installed. Bret from BNT told us that he would have windows in 4 weeks. Even though the other said it could not be done, like clockwork, Bret called me in the fourth week to schedule install, as our windows/doors were all delivered!! My experience with the install was what I believe really set BNT apart. Juan and Jamie were the two installers that came out the first day. I was a bit nervous at the fact that only two guys showed up the first day, with 10 windows to install, and 5/10 were bigger windows. I came here to meet with the guys, and watched them remove the first 4 large windows within the hour, and begin to prep the new ones for install. Within one full 7-8 hour day, these two guys removed the old windows, and installed the new impact windows beautifully. The caulking job was perfect, and the windows looked gorgeous! The second day of the install, an army of installers came to install the large sliders, cabana door, and front entry-way door. Again within 8-9 hours, these guys did a phenomenal job, all with the direction of Juan and another Crew leader (I feel bad I forgot his name, as he did a h*** of a job as well)! The final day of the install, Juan and Jamie came out to install a 3 door kitchen slider/window. Whoever previously installed the granite in this house didn't properly seal the slider, but Juan made sure that they carefully drilled the tap cons into the granite, and surrounding area to guarantee safety and stability! Each day that the guys were here, even though the house was vacant, the guys vacuumed up their workplace, mopped the floor around where they worked, and cleaned the glass they had just installed. In areas that they had to remove the new baseboard, they reinstalled it and recaulked it as well. I can't stress enough how great of an experience we had with BNT Services. The attention to detail was amazing, and I feel that they went above and beyond throughout the whole process! I am happy to recommend them to even the fussiest of clients, because I know that even they will be blown away at the quality and professionalism that BNT brings to the table! I also have to give credit to Juan their crew leader. On the second and third day, he stayed late to finish some detail work, and a few weeks after install, I called to ask if he could adjust the kitchen slider, and that afternoon he quickly came over and made the adjustments. He is without question a huge asset to BNT and I can't say enough good stuff about him or his work ethic! If you are looking for a Impact window and door company for your home, you don't need to look anywhere else!

First I picked them because of their reputation they have on Angie's List along with their competitive pricing. Everything went smooth they did everything in one day. They passed inspection with ease. I will definitely use them again.

I am now very happy with the response I have received from BNT. If you need new windows I would certainly recommend getting an estimate from them.

I didn't wind up using this company as the deal i got was bigger than what i needed.
