BNT Impact Windows and Doors Inc

Work on he 8 windows and 3 doors was started on August 3 and completed on August 5th. The project was delayed a few times because of the weather (not BNT's fault... who wants open windows in a monsoon?). Angel and his helper Michael were wonderful. Very thorough, made sure everything was covered and cleaned up after themselves. They went above and beyond, moving furniture I was unable to move myself and putting it back. They were amazingly polite and professional. The installation was done perfectly, even redoing things they felt needed to be fixed. One screen came in damaged and they made notes and took pictures to make sure the screen would be replaced. They rechecked their work several times to make sure everything was perfect. They made an extra effort to replace all the fixtures that they removed during the installation. The only issues that occurred was that I was told by BNT that the front door came with a lock, and that I would need to buy a lock for the side door. I didn't know that doors didn't come with locks. But no problem, I purchased a lock for the side door. Well, the front door came in without a lock. When the installer called BNT, after verifying what had been said to me by BNT and what occurred, they had me pick out a lock from the Home Depot website, and they actually purchased it and brought it to Angel to install on the front door. I know of NO company that would have customer service as amazing as that. For that reason alone, I would recommend them with no hesitation! On Monday, 8/7, I received calls from both my salesman, Martin, and Brenda from BNT both making sure that I'm happy with the windows and doors and to set up the inspection for next week. All I can say is that I am EXTREMELY happy with the experience, the people from BNT office, Angel and Mike and my doors and windows are BEAUTIFUL. If you are in the market to replace your windows and/or doors, I absolutely recommend you get a quote from this amazing company. In these times where it's nearly impossible to find reliable companies, excellent service and world class workmanship, you will be pleasantly surprised if you go with BNT. They were great! Brett was my sales person and could not have been nicer. Took alot of time with me to help make decisions. Installers were wonderful and very hard working. Eric the service tech is very knowledgeable and able to tighten up the little things. All in all I am very pleased!

Poor communication and follow up. Not sure how they are an Angie's List Super Service award recipient. The sales rep was courteous and informative, but he over promised and could not perform services represented. Communication after the appointment was virtually non-existent.

Windows look great - had to have the glass on the door replaced due to the wrong one being ordered - still waiting on final product but overall pleased with the windows.

On Feb. 28th the BNT representitive came out to see what we needed and to give us a quote. We already had 2 other quotes but BNT was the least expensive of the 3 with the best rating on Angie's List. We ordered insulated windows since we already had hurricane shutters. In 1 day on Mar 13th BNT installed the windows The covered everything in the house, including the carpeting. I have never had anyone work as clean as the BNT installers. When they left you would never know that they had been at our house except that you would see that we now have beautiful, bright windows. All I can say is that the new windows have made a fabulous difference to our house. I would recommend BNT to anyone needing new windows.

It went exceptional. The company is professional. They involve you in every step of the way. Appointments are scheduled and they arrive on time. Installers are professional and they clean up after themselves. I would highly recommend them.

It was a great experience. Everyone we worked with was professional and well informed. Our neighbors had impact windows installed during the same period of time, by a different company. BNT was faster, more professional and easier to work with than this other company. In fact, the neighbors had their windows installed weeks before ours and our inspection occurred at the same time as theirs. The process was so easy. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend BNT.

BNT is one of the best companies if not the best, I have had the pleasure of doing business! From start to the finish, they were timely and provided excellent follow up. Their install team was top notch! They were clean, professional and worked non stop all day. They made sure I was pleased with their work and were very willing to go above and beyond. Very competitive with their pricing. I am planning to upgrade more windows and will absolutely only use BNT!

This is a very well-managed company, top to bottom. Every aspect of the project was through, as promised and professional from the information and time line to clean-up and inspection. Pricing was fair and reasonable especially now looking back at the satisfaction we have experienced (well worth it!). Another value point is BNT has been very responsive even after the check has been cashed and I really like that. Although the process took longer than I had hoped, everything went so well once the work had begun that I would definitely use them again! From the estimator who came to the house to the installers that did the "dirty work" everyone was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. All work was done "to code" and passed the city's inspection without a problem. I will definitely use them again when I can afford to have the remaining windows replaced! Thank you!!!

Their sales staff was efficient, attentive, and they came back a couple of times to answer our questions. The installers were professional and knew exactly what they were doing. They cleaned up at the end. I have recommended them to others. I was very pleasantly surprised at what a good experience it was.

It went exactly as Brent stated. It was great to deal with a professional, that was also kind. We are so happy with the service and product.

The whole process went well. The front door came in with clear glass instead of frosted glass. They still installed the door and will replace the glass when it comes in (note that it was not BNT's fault...it was the fault of the manufacture. I would definitely hire hem again and have referred them to several happy clients.

Bret provided a fair quote (not the cheapest but also not the most expensive of the quotes we received) and lots of information. He wasn't pushy at all, but was very responsive with questions and changes.The job was performed very professionally. The crew worked hard and efficiently during the installation. They did their best to keep the dust levels to a minimum and did a great job cleaning up the area when all the work was completed.

A+. They were quick to come out and look at all of our window openings and get back to us with the cost. Good price, so we moved forward. Installation was smooth and easy. Everything went very well. Have already recommended them to friends.

Great. The price was very fair, the office team was always available for help. The installers were professional, courteous and talented. 2 of the windows in the master bathroom were oversized and cumbersome to work with, but they did a great, clean job. One window in the master bathroom was an old block window. They cleanly removed the old block and installed a 3-panel slider instead. Great work! Everything went as planned.

Everything from the planning, measuring and installation went extremely well. Their representatives reviewed all the necessary information and timeline upfront so there were no surprises later on. Installation went smooth and everything came out great. The company reached out several weeks later to see how the new windows were performing.

It went very well . Bret was very professional in his presentation and responded quickly for information to provide to our homeowners association for their approval. He was also very patient as we changed our minds on several items to be done. The installation crew was very competent and seemed to enjoy their work. Recently he responded quickly to repair a small problem with one of the locks on a sliding door.

John Stephens did the visit but failed to give a proposal after 3 follow up calls and texts. We shall hire someone more dependable. Alan Markowitz

phone was constantly busy could never reach to answer questions before purchase. No phone voice mail. No email. I called Angies. They could not reach. I decided not to purchase. I assume the company was overextended. I was not impressed. EDIT 12/22: The owner of the company was great. He called me personally and apologized for the problem. He came to my home and quoted. I am going to purchased windows from him.
