Description of Work: Remove an old sliding door and replace it with a french door. I believe that BNT is the best value for my money. I was impressed by the quality of work and how fast these guys get the job done. Most definitely will use their services in the future. Thank you, Tom, for very personal service.

Description of Work: Price- Very good. |Product-Very good. |People-Very Good. |My only problem was Using the message center to contact BNT did not work out well. I would use my message center to contact them and I would not hear back for days or at all. Calling is the best option.

Description of Work: I've hired BNT services to do my impact windows, front door and 2 French doors. Chris is such a breath of fresh air to work with, very honest and very thorough. My project is not until November or I'd have a lot more to say. So far my experience has been nothing but positive compared to other contractors I've gotten estimates from. I'm excited to start my project soon and I will update my review once it's complete with photos!

Description of Work: I contacted BNT services through an Angie's list offer. I got a prompt answer. I got 4 good quality windows properly installed. I also requested another estimate (other than purchased offer) and that took lnger than expected. I am happy with BNT services and if needed, I woukd hire them again

Description of Work: Got the Angie's deal and then had them install three other impact windows. Installers were polite, conscientious, and punctual. They put down plastic to keep dust down, then vacuumed up afterwards and then cleaned the windows. Finished in one day as promised and took me around to inspect each window.

Description of Work: Installed new hurricane resistant windows throughout the entire house, including a sliding glass door in the family room and a side garage door. They provided excellent service.

Description of Work: THEY installed 3 windows. Good job, right price. Only trouble was that it was done about 3 weeks after it was promised with no communication during that time. They said they were very busy as a result of Angies list.

Description of Work: I purchased a big deal for $1,350 for Three Windows Including Professional Installation. I wasn't really happy with the way they conducted business. Setting up the job, they were very unprofessional. There was a long time between the inspection and when they did the work. I didn't feel they prepped the windows properly. It's an old house and had several layers of old paint. I felt like if I didn't get the old paint off, they might just calk right over it and that’s exactly what they did. The inspector that came out said they didn't do it right. I had to go through and calk the windows myself afterwards.

Description of Work: We purchased this Big Deal from this company for: $1,350 for Three Windows Including Professional Installation. The work has not been performed yet, but we have been in contact with this provider. They have been very cooperative, responsive and professional upon contacting my wife.
