Description of Work: There were some bumps in the road, but John Stephens did a great job of smoothing them out. The work was great quality. I've had windows installed in the past where it seemed like the installers just wanted to get the job done as quickly as possible. But the BNT installers were willing to do what was necessary to make sure it was done right, which is what I was looking for.

Description of Work: They installed windows for us. They did a great job! I have used them numerous times in the past and will continue to use them in the future. I have also recommended them to many friends and they ended up having the same great experience!

Description of Work: Replace two large windows with impact glass versions. |Installed one large window correctly (a difficult crescent shaped window), but had the wrong size/design for the second one. Did acknowledge the error from the manufacturer, ordered a new correctly sized window, and installed it.

Description of Work: They removed the screen enclosing my condo balcony and replaced it with PGT hurricane impact doors, store front and sliding (130x96) with bronze tint. I purchased a coupon from Angie's list for $9000 which was worth $10,000 for window replacing with BNT. The total cost was $10,432.00. So I paid in reality $9,432 ($1000 less). The online sales & marketing director, John Stephens responded promptly to my emails. Mark did an impeccable job with the finishing touching. The crew was punctual and efficient. I received many quotes from other companies, Costco, Home Depot and other and their prices were double what BNT quoted us. I would definitely would call them again and recommend them to any one.

Description of Work: Having done my research at home improvement shows, I knew that I wanted hurricane proof doors and windows. | |At first I considered aluminum frames and the price was about 25% cheaper, but I wanted the energy savings of the PGT vinyl products. | |An additional cost was the installation of a PGT Front Door. | |I have delayed this report for a couple of months so that I could provide my observations. | | First of all the front door rocks. We are very happy with this product!!! The other 3 sliding glass doors are very solid, and in fact I have to watch out for my dogs so that their tails do not get caught when the door is closed. | |We have seen lower electric bills and and the superb sound insulation makes our house really quiet. | |I am really satisfied with the professionalism of B&T Services. The whole process went well with the selection, installation, and the coordination with the Building inspectors.. | |The installation of all doors and windows looks like the orgional, with no damage to the surrounding structure. | |Bret went above and beyond in explaining the process and the products that he had available. Like I said, we went with the best and accordingly our expenses were a little bit higher than I expected. I have no regrets as I view this improvement as a future selling point for the house. | |An added benefit of this product is it's protection against home break ins as the glass is shatterproof and the front door is like a safe with multiple locks!!!

Description of Work: Came to my home for an appointment and gave an estimate for the work I needed done.

Description of Work: Purchased four windows on 2/8/2015. John Stephens, BnT Services sales person came to measure the windows at the end of February and lost the measurements he took so he had to retake the window measurements. |I asked him to quote me for an additional window which was quite expensive but we agreed to have installed. |I had to request Angie's List for assistance with my purchase and a Concierge Representative had to assist us with BnT's lack of response and assistance. Salesperson John would not disclose the name of any other BnT employee to assist us. |After lots of waiting, the paid windows were installed on July 11th, six months after they were purchased from Angie's List. Five windows were installed but BnT did not inspect their installation. |The first rain, two of the newly installed windows leaked and John the salesman would not answer my call for assistance. After waiting a day for response, I was able to get help by contacting another sales person at BnT who promptly scheduled repairmen to inspect and add caulking to the installed windows. |The original installers took measurements for three other windows that we would like to replace and said that they were to give the measurements to John Stephens the sales person. John has not quoted us for the three other windows that the installers measured. BnT is not a company I recommend. Low price, cheap service.

Description of Work: I inquired about the Angies list deal for a sliding patio door. Basically it was a bait and switch. Since codes were changing in South Florida they basically indicated the door was not up to code and it would be about $5-600 more for a door up to code. Seems to be pretty typical in south florida so I figure par for the course.

Description of Work: Very helpful staff. I was interested in getting hurricane impact windows and they went above and beyond to answer all my questions. I am still getting prices but I know they are in the top tier when I make my final decision. I cannot give a A rating without seeing the quality of their work, but on professionalism and pricing they score a A.
