I met with Tom, very nice. The windows are impact and look beautiful. I intend to replace the rest of my windows and will be using BNT again. Also, the men who did the actual work were wonderful and very respectful.

The guys that did the work (John and Marc) were wonderful. They were on time and they covered my furniture to minimize the mess. They finished everything within 2 days. The end result was great. A very neat, clean and professional job! I would highly recommend this company.

They were excellent and I'm very pleased with them. They were also punctual. However, it was really weird when they were putting the windows, I got a call that my father was brought to a hospital and passed away. I could not live my house because it was not secured. So, they packed up and helped me out. I can't say enough good things about them. I have no complains with BNT and I'll recommend the to others. They'll be back to do my front door and other windows.

We could not have had a better experience, everyone that we dealt we with was excellent they went above and beyond to make everything perfect. Thank you Tom, Randy, Bryon and all who worked at our house.

Everything went perfectly! We are extremely pleased with the work done by BNT Services and we love our new French Sliders. The price was less than the bigger companies that quoted our job and the French Sliders were installed on the day expected. There were no surprises and I would highly recommend this contractor to anyone.

Bret was extremely professional and thorough while in my home and he quickly followed up with a quote. He also called a couple of times afterwards to see if I had any questions. I decided to use another company, but only because they could give me wholesale pricing. Bret's quote was extremely competitive and I will definitely call him in the future or recommend him.

They do provide other services, so we will be calling them when we are ready to remodel our bathroom. I highly recommend this company.

It went very well from the time BNT came and measured and provided us with their quote to the final county window inspection. They were patient in answering all our questions - even when we remembered more questions and called them. They did our house and the house next door at the same time and had several crews out here working. They completed the work in one day even though they had to tarp the last window and do it in the rain! The inspector found no problems and even seemed impressed with the quality of work done by BNT. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing windows.

BNT professionally installed the eleven windows and one sliding glass door within two days, as they promised. Their workmanship, professionalism, and ethical business practices are outstanding. The PGT windows look and perform better than advertised. BNT did their work carefully and professionally, taking care to protect our family and home during installation, and thoroughly cleaning up after the work. Bret and Tom clearly know what they are doing. They gave us great advice in an easy-to-understand way. Their crew was cheerful, hard-working, and highly skilled. Our house is quieter and cleaner, with a much more beautiful view of the outside world. The large window in the living room is a showpiece.

Within hours of the burglary, Tom came to our residence, evaluated the damage, provided us with replacement options, and assisted with confirming the house was secure. Once the ordered materials were delivered by the manufacturer, installation work was completed in 1 day and exterior masonry patch work was completed within the next day. All work was completed in a professional manner and we will definitely look to hire BNT Services for any of our future window or door upgrade needs. We have already recommended them to several friends and neighbors.

My family has used BNT for multiple installations. The first time they replaced a pair of dilapidated sliders with beautiful French doors & side lights. That job was done on time, on budget and more professionally than I had ever imagined. On top of everything, I think they left our house more clean than they found it. With the job they did today, Bret came and measured the job. Within 24 hours we received our quote with Bret following up by phone to ensure we understood everything and asked if we had questions. Once we agreed to start the job, Bret worked with us to schedule a time convenient for us and told us the job would be completed within 3 days from the start date. A couple of days before the job was scheduled to start, Bret called us to confirm that the would be out on the day they promised at 10:00. They were at the house promptly at 10:00am, and quickly and professionally went about their business. When I arrived home from work at 6pm, I couldn't believe there were so many workers were on the job and how much work they had completed in just one day. I sort of assumed there would be 3-4 workers, but there was 8 and the were all professionally dressed and polite. At the end of every day, the house was clean inside and out by the BNT crew. At the end of the 3rd day, the job was completed on time, on budget, just as promised. We completed the work just as we had begun...with a handshake and a smile I am typically very critical of contractors and am difficult to please, but I can't recommend BNT highly enough. I will use them again if I ever need window or door services and will recommend the, to anyone who asks. Thanks Bret,Tom and your entire crew. You all are what all contractors should aspire to be! From start to finish, this company and all of its employees proved to be highly professional. The owners, Bret & Tom, took the time to explain everything in detail, answered my questions, and provided samples of the product. During the installation, it was obvious that they had a great deal of respect for our home and our possessions. Every effort was made to minimize the usual negative impact that renovation can create on the homeowner. Both inside and outside were cleaned and tidied at the end of each work day. The old doors and windows were removed at the end of each day. There were never any piles of construction debris left around. The installation went more smoothly than expected considering the age of the house. I not only HIGHLY recommend BNT but plan to use them again in the near future to complete the window replacement process for the remainder of the house.
