Few months ago, I requested a quote for a service that has been sent timely, the employees have been polite and gave the required attention, however I had chosen another supplier as the contractor had booked it. I asked for a new quote in the beginning of April, for another project (Fort Lauderdale location). The Installation Manager stopped by my house at scheduled date and time. However, he never sent me a quote, even though I e-mailed and called him many times. One time he mentioned that he had sent it (however I never received it), asked me to confirm my e-mail address by text, what I did, and even so he never sent me the quote. After this, I still sent him one more e-mail that he never answered and at the end I sent him an e-mail copying two other BNT employees (that were very helpful on my first quote request) and even so I never received any answer.

Installation was professional - This is the second time we used BNT windows and doors. The first tiem was to replace 9 foot tall windows at another location. Both jobs went very well.

The crew did a great job having to cut each window out of the frame stucco. Mexican tile was cut for stronger tracks on sliders and marble sills. You can’t tell! They wrapped the inside in plastic and we’re very clean. You want the best price and installation? Call Tom as they have the best PGT price!

Once the permit process was finished, everything went quickly and smoothly. The crew was professional and clean and I was very pleased with the end result.

Cannot say enough about BNT. We had roughly 10 contractors bid on the project, and even before seeing BNT's bid knew that they were the right ones for this job. Tom, the president of the company, came to bid the job himself. There was no salesmanship or crafty presentations to his pitch - he came in, told us what he thinks is the best (not most expensive) product for us based on our wants, and gave us a price. No haggling, no pressure etc. Even if BNT's bid hadn't come in as the lowest (which it did by about 10%), we would have likely used them nonetheless. When it came time to install, BNT's crew showed up when promised, completed the job efficiently, cleanly and PROFESSIONALLY, and came back to fix little issues immediately and thoroughly. Since we replaced every opening in our home I don't know if we'll have the opportunity to use BNT again, but if the need ever arose they would be our first and our last call.

BnT Services recently installed impact doors and windows at our house in Fort Lauderdale. They did a fantastic job from the evaluation and sales process through installation and inspection. We couldn't be happier with the products and services. And we fully recommend BnT!

Bret & his team did an amazing job from start to finish. From the initial quote experience, where Bret took the time to explain in detail the options available and different price points as well as his professional recommendation, to the scheduling process with Alex & Carol who managed to get this install scheduled earlier than anticipated & last but not least the installation process with Tiego & Eric & the team who were friendly & hard working professionals that executed the job with great attention to detail & got the job done on time. They did an excellent job ... very clean and neat, punctual and professional. I plan to have them back to do more windows and a door. I did a lot of research before selecting them and feel I made a good decision with BNT.

There was no question in my mind that I was going to use BnT. They had done a perfect job for me twice before. Raj came out, gave me a quote, then we had measurements, and the installation. No muss, no fuss. The three guy who came to do the installation were fantastic. One of them was very tall, and one of them was not. It was like watching a ballet. The tall guy was doing the tall stuff and the short guy was doing the short stuff. They were here a little earlier than I had expected (no problem) and were finished in time for a late lunch. My cousin got four quotes. Each salesman was worse than the one before. BnT was far and away her first choice. It took her installers the better part of two days because her house was more problematic. There would be no good reason to use anyone else. I am actively recommending them to neighbors.

I bought an AngiesList Deal for 4 windows and added 5 more. The pricing was fair and I pulled the permit myself. The initial appointment went quite well, the sales rep came within a couple of days from the purchase and told me my windows were very straight forward, regular size and he didn't foresee any delays or issues. The rep was responsive initially, but in terms of timing, things went downhill from there on. The deal was bought in early July (early in the hurricane season). The windows were installed over 2 days - four months after, very late October (at the end of hurricane season). There was a lot of lack of communication despite my constant emailing and calling. I was going to be out of the country over the summer, so I wanted to ensure the windows would be measured and ordered before I was away. The rep came and measured before I left and assured me that was all they needed. While I was away I made sure there was someone at the property in case they needed to return and remeasure but I was told that was unnecessary. After my return in (late) August, they came out again to re-measure, at that point the order hadn't been placed yet, and we were already more than 6 weeks after purchasing the deal and having the rep come. All payments were done according to schedule but they did not react accordingly. Ultimately, I was happy with the installation, but the service was sketchy to say the least. Recently I contacted them again to order 3 doors and 2 more windows (this is one year after). I guess their business is doing very well, because I was first forwarded to the same sales person who told me they no longer service Miami (my area is South Miami/Coral Gables). I was (erroneously) expecting they would be happy to service a repeat customer. Long story short: If you can WAIT 4 MONTHS for your window installation and if you live OUTSIDE of the Miami-Dade area, they do a decent job.

Outstanding! I did competitive bids and BNT was the lowest using a top quality windows brand. They delivered exactly as promised, followed through on all follow up items and did whatever minor repair work that needed to be done (without my even having to point it out). they showed up on time for every scheduled meeting or service as well. The work was done very professionally and efficiently so that my house was not open or exposed. I would highly recommend them.

Nice salesperson (Martin), not pushy like some of the others and came back with a reasonable price. Some of the quotes we received were outrageous and not surprisingly those were the pushiest salespeople. BNT was professional from start to finish. City inspection this morning and passed on first trip. Would use again. Very good quality windows.

Marlin and his team was fantastic. Very professional. They did my whole 3 story townhouse which wasn't easy and did a phenomenal job. I couldn't be happier. Definitely can tell the difference when you see a crew take pride in their work.

They replaced 14 windows, they are all impact windows. They are a great company. I would absolutely use them again.

There are impact window companies and then there is BNT. Everything came out as promised, and they fulfilled every one of my installation wishes. I greatly appreciated how everything was done very professionally, cleanly and in a timely matter. The crews called in the morning to let us know their approximate arrival time. And they arrived within that time frame. Both crews Angel’s and Marc’s with their helper did a fabulous job. It was a pleasure working with Randy, who sold us the windows and Bret one of the owners who came for a final measurement before they placed the orders. BNT for sure goes the extra mile and we would any time work with them again.

Everything was perfect, starting with the initial visit with co-owner Bret. The exemplary customer service continued through the installation and inspection assistance process. The price was right and the product is the best. You don't see that combination very often!

Installed all doors (7 doors + 1 kitchen sliding window) in one day. Good, clean, professional job. Were present for city inspection to ensure that all requirements were fulfilled. Followed up with us to see if there were any finishing touches that needed to be completed within a few days. Very responsive to questions and concerns. Great pricing.

Everything went very smoothly as usual. Great company to do business with. This is the third time we have used BNT since we did not replace all the windows at once. All of the windows have been replaced now.

Everyone showed up on time and got the job done quickly. They removed old windows and were here for the city inspection.
