It went extremely well. Brett, one of the owner was extremely responsive and made an appointment to measure the windows as soon as I purchased the deal on Angies List. He delivered the windows when he said he would and was very responsive in providing me the necessary product approvals for the permitting process. Ezra Lalli was the installer who came out to install the windows. Due to the age of my home and older windows, the installation took him several hours longer than it would typically. He really did not complain or try to nickle and dime me and just went about demoing out the old windows, cleaning up the broken glass and professionally installing the new windows. I asked that he take care not to damage my alarm wires and he took special care to ensure that the wires were in tact after this job was done. He even cleaned up after himself both the inside and exterior. This was the one time I didn't have to take a broom and mop after a contractor did work in my home. I highly recommend both Brett and Ezra.

Chris (salesman) and Ezra (installer) were great to work with. They were professional, honest, punctual, and always easy to work with. I would highly recommend using them!

Everything was wonderful! This was my first experience purchasing new windows. My salesman Chris spend a lot of time with me explaining all of my options and showing me samples. He was very knowledgeable, very helpful and super nice. There was never any pressure and he went above and beyond to help me with my purchase. He stayed in touch throughout the process to let me know when my window order was placed, when the windows came in, when they would be installed, etc. He was great and made my window purchase a breeze. Ezra and his assistant Manny installed the windows. They did an outstanding job. I couldn't be more pleased! They arrived right on time and got right to work. By lunchtime my beautiful new windows were installed and they look amazing. They were very professional and polite, also extremely neat and careful and left my home spotless. Ezra was very meticulous with his work and I appreciated his attention to every detail. He made sure everything was perfect. Once the windows were installed he walked around the house with me and showed me each one and made sure I was happy with them. He explained how to operate them, remove the screens, etc. I was very impressed with his work and his work ethic. Both Ezra and Manny did an incredible job! My experience with BNT Services not only met my expectations but far exceeded them. I plan to purchase 6 more windows in the future and most likely after that some new doors and will definitely use BNT again!

They gave me an estimate but for whatever reason they didn't want to give the measurements of my windows. He was very prompt.

The project lasted several months from the initial purchase of the Angie's List Big Deal to the final work of the front door installation. Tom came to my house to present the initial proposal of the impact-resistant windows and sliding glass doors. It wasn't inexpensive but I was looking for high quality materials and workmanship. Tom took the time to bring me to a local home which contained the proposed materials. I decided to accept the deal after examining the quality. A local permit had to be pulled and then the project began. The two workers, Marc and John, were outstanding. Their attention to detail and expertise were very impressive, to say the least. They removed my old windows and sliding glass doors and disposed of them. The new impact-resistant windows were then installed. The process took several visits, which I coordinated with John. Fortunately for both of us, he lives just a short distance from my house. We also kept in touch via texting. The job was completed in good form. The inspector came a few days later and "signed off" on everything. I was so pleased that I ordered an impact-resistant front door to replace my old aging front door. That job was also completed in good form. Marc and John did another outstanding job and, again, were very helpful in answering any questions I asked. The final portion of the door installation took a bit longer than I expected but it wasn't a problem because i coordinated the times with them. The impact-resistant front door has exceeded my expectations. I continually get compliments on the new impact-resistant windows, sliding glass doors, and front door from visitors. I give my highest recommendation to BNT Services and their workers, Marc and John. BNT is welcome to contact me anytime if they expand their business and offer other services or products in the future. I now feel much more secure facing upcoming hurricane seasons.

The contracter was very kind and very friendly. Was also very responsive in returning all emails and calls. Ultimately though did not use them b/c they did not carry doors that were compliant with my HOA rules and regulations.

They were very professional and on time. They took great care in their work and clean up after the project was finished.

This has to be one of the best companies out there, period. Chris was more than helpful helping me pick the windows. Super professional, super nice, even Brent the owner came out to re-measure the windows just to make sure that they were going to be correct. Mark and John, showed up earlier than expected, and knocked out the removal and install in no time! They were very courteous, and made sure to cover up all the adjacent furniture to avoid any damage. Not only that, they cleaned up all the debris, inside and outside, and even vacuum!!! Yes, vacuum!! I will be using them again and again until we change out all of our windows and doors. Thanks to everyone that helped me have such a great experience!!

I accidentally ordered the wrong thing. I wanted to order the door deal and mistakenly ordered the window deal.

John and Marc were great to work with. They were very professional and did a great job installing the windows. The left the work space very clean when done.

The crew arrived when they said they would. Came in and set up to protect the floors and furniture. They immediately removed the demoed units from the house and continually cleaned up. They checked the openings and new units for fit. Installed the new units with a great number of screws, (per code we were told). They caulked inside and out. Picked up, packed up, swept up and even cleaned the glass! Everything looks wonderful and works great. Bret, Brian, Mark and Bill? Thank You for a GREAT JOB!!!

Update 5/17/2014 My wife and I have had a chance to use the windows and door for a good week now. We believe that PGT makes a good product. We love the windows. We also like using a smaller local business to help strengthen the local economy. We like Tom from BnT Services. He is the owner who I dealt with exclusively through this this whole thing with estimates and concerns. If you read the review below it will go into detail about the purchase and install. But since then my wife and I have come across some things and have discussed all aspects of the job and what we found. I will let Tom know directly our personal opinion about the people installing the windows and door. But I will say the two guys were nice. One was middle aged and experienced and the other young and learning and fairly skilled. However, experience does not mean with everything and every product. With this cost and level of product I not only want a good solid installation, I want the finesse and detail to go with it. Anybody using this company will not be disappointed. But during the installation keep an I on the adjustments and the position of sealing materials. But a few important details where water or bugs or lizards can get in must be finished properly. We have a few missing "fuzzy" weatherstrips that fill in gaps missing and fall off from installation when frames were dirty. I will have to contact PGT to see if I can get some pieces of this missing weatherstrip or go to Home Depot to see if I can get some. I've had to make adjustments and luckily am very handy with mechanical things. Poor caulking on a couple areas I will have to address. A glass block window was removed to install a picture window. Big Job! Several tiles were damaged, a toilet seat and some paint were also damaged. The one installer pointed this out to me and I told him not to worry about it. I will remodel this bathroom in a couple years. What was I supposed to do. Have him fix 15 year old tiles. I just have to live with it. I suppose some people would not be as nice The toilet seat will need replacing and I will paint the walls.The tiles were semi-repaired. I believe the installers are used to aluminum windows and that is where most of their experience lies. According to them However, this is a newer heavy-duty vinyl product that obviously needs some TLC when installing. I give this whole experience a B rating. At this point. The installers need to be watched and address problems that you see as they arise. Tom is easy to deal with. The product is good. May 10th 2014 Contacted BnT for a free estimate on two windows and one patio door on the back of my house. Tom the owner showed up the next day and measured everything only what I wanted and the whole house while he was here. Spent two hours here discussing products. I had a lot of questions.I learned a lot. No BIG sales push just a "here you go" if your interested mentality. The estimate I got was for aluminum and vinyl windows and one patio door. Now, we wanted "middle-of-the-road" quality. No problem. He gave us that and top-of-the-line quality. Once he measures and downloads the measurements into computer software he can plug in any window type and materials and get an estimate. We got all kind of prices that evening. I'm a Master Mechanic and a perfectionist. That can be good and bad. I expect perfection from myself as well as anybody doing anything for me. So I emailed and called Tom for a few days with everything on my mind. I was driving my wife nuts so I new I was doing the same to Tom. But as any good businessman he put up with us and answered all our questions. We decided on what WE consider the BEST we can buy. The PGT Premiervue Impact windows and doors. We are in South Florida after all. All options must be weighed. You only want to do this once. The price for the best was not what you would expect over the middle price. We all want to save money. But a couple thousand is not much difference at this level of project. We set a installation date five weeks out because that worked for us. It took three weeks for the windows to come in. On the date of installation Tom called and told me his two man crew was running late. So instead of coming at eight they came at noon. I took the two days off for this job. And after prepping for the install for a couple days I didn't like the short delay. (Perfectionist kicking in) But I put up with it because I knew the job would get done . So the two guys came and got the patio door installed. (HUGE JOB) and two small windows the first day. The next day they did the rest. I got a combination of three double-hung windows. The only way hung windows come in Premiervue.(No single-hung) Two picture windows. One of them the glass block had to be removed. And three Horizontal rollers. We like these a lot because they replaced single-hung and there is no center piece blocking the view. The last day, the prearranged Coral Springs inspector came. Randy was here. He is the Closer. Walks with the city inspector. Once all was approved Randy finishes each window. Check and makes any adjustments---locks, slides, spacing etc. Nice touch to have somebody come to handle the city and all quality controls. Let me say I got three estimates. Tom beat all the others. Also will work with the numbers to save money and there was a rebate we will get back from Premiervue. Its been three days. We can't believe how quiet it is in here. We don't know how much money we will save in electric. But we notice the difference that our A/C is not running as much. And you talk about a heavy-duty product. I highly recommend these Premiervue.Impact Insulated Windows and Doors. They are beautiful!

He was at no way at fault: Nevertheless, he tried, and tried, and tried to come up with solutions. The samples he showed me were excellent, but just not what i wanted: but he sure did try. I would have welcomed the chance to have him do the work. I would certainly use him for other jobs, or if I move into a different style house. Great guy.

BNT provided alternative options for consideration and we are very happy with the end result. The Premier Vue windows from PGT are spectacular!! Wife is happy? family is happy? Thanks to Brett, Brian the BNT team that installed...

I was very pleased with the service and product. I was a little leery about having my windows changed, as a friend had her windows done by another company- and they left the perimeter of the windows a complete mess. I was concerned I would have to do stucco and a paint job after the job was complete. You couldn't even tell these guys were here! They were so NEAT and friendly! They were efficient and worked swiftly. I had a scratch on one of my windows and the worker pointed it out to me and called home office. Another guy came out a within the hour to take a look at it and make arrangements for another plate to be put in. I look forward to having the rest of my windows done by this company! And the price is amazing! They're probably barely making a profit on this deal! I also heard Brett (the owner) does other work besides windows. I will be inquiring about their other services as this was a great company! Thank you!

Brett was very professional and responsive when I first call to inquire on the scope of the job, their price was fair they were very punctual and very honest. Their quality of work and craftsmanship was impeccable they cleaned up after themselves daily and kept me informed of the progress. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to you for any door or window needs you may have.

I was very satisfied with their work! The price was very competitive,they did everything they said they would and beyond. They explained everything and have been very responsive to my questions and to doing the details. They went the extra mile in providing service. They were friendly,hardworking and attentive. I would highly recommend them.

Brett answered my call. When I told him I only wanted one window his response was "uumm I'm not excited about one window" even though I never inquired about his level of enthusiasm. I thought I misheard him as I was on a cell phone and laughed and said "I thought I heard you say you were not excited about one window?" He response was "I did...maybe if it were five windows I'd be excited but not just one, but he did want the business." If nothing else I appreciate his honesty but if you are not passionate about ANY job regardless of size you are not the contractor for me. I would have appreciated him simply stating he has a minimum job requirement of 3 or 4 windows and maintaining his professionalism.

First time I called them and Rep Chris came down to my condo in 2 days, measured the openings/dimension and gave me an estimated - promptly and friendly in the 1st visit. Then he came down again in a few days with another fellow (owner or part owner some sort, guy name Bret?) to final confirm the dimension and details, I confirmed the order same day, and signed the order/contract - but they never signed and gave me a copy, they advised me what I need to do with the demolition - drywall/floor tiles/old hurricane shuttle, and to go online to Angie list to place the order for the Big deal, so I did right away, booked the order and paid for $1499 (as deposit to BNT Services, and will pay balance to them directly later on), they confirmed for me the ETA for installation can be done by Apr 19 or so. I had the demotion people came in a few days later, and get all necessary works done, took out the old shuttle, clear the space/cutting floor tiles and knocked out the drywall & old door - all out and cleaned. until last Thursday, the technician Chris came down again (which I thought it is final step for verification) but out of expected, he told me they couldn't obtain the permit from the City, and would rather provide me with the document and details, so I can submit the info to the city for the permit, which surprised me, if a contract can't get a permit done, how long can the business survives? I really believe this is just an excuse to deny the installation because of the big deal is too cheap, seem they got all A reviews in the past with Angie list users, am I the only unlucky client? since I have had the demolition works done, which leave me at a very difficult situation, my balcony is a mess right now due to demolition works already done, I can't leave the balcony condition as it is, and I am leaving - going back north on the last week of April for taxes /and for the season and won't be back until Dec or Jan next year, I will have to arrange another trip down here during summer time which is painful and unplanned, to get another contractor to get the balcony done before the hurricane season, I will NEVER recommend this contractor, their prices are the lowest one (Angie big deal), but the product they quoted me are one of the lower grade quality door w/o energy star/argon gas, not Low-e (found out that later), even though the Rep Chris seem like a friendly fellow, but the company is unfortunately very irresponsible and I don't think they will be around for too long

Chris was very professional and arrived on time. His company just couldn't offer me what I was looking for in a window. I wanted a vinyl window with argon gas and solar protection with a lifetime warranty on all parts, labor, installation, framework, glass, etc. He only offered me a PGT window which was aluminum with a limited warranty. When I originally spoke to Chris, I wanted to go cheap, that's what he quoted me, but after speaking with other window people and having them do demonstrations for me, I was able to see the difference between aluminum and vinyl and make a more educated decision. But I would definately recommend this company to a friend looking for an aluminum window.

I called and received a call back within hours. Brent/Brett scheduled one of his contacts that services the Wellington area and he called me within minutes to schedule the next day. Arrived on time and was friendly , professional and easy to speak with. He was on the roof and determined that the cracks in these 11 windows were in fact the tint. He could have said they were cracks and gotten me to buy new windows. He did not. He inspected and gave me my options for a solution- new tint. We chatted about the company and I made a decision on the spot that when we need to replace our windows or glass doors, this company is the one to use. THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME A DIME! How is this possible? Too good to be true. These guys are great. Very very pleased. Trustworthy, honest, prompt, friendly, fair. You could not ask for more in a service provider .
