They did a good quality job. They have a professional service and they do every thing that they should do. I am very satisfied with them.

I called BNT WINDOWS for an estimate on 3 windows after reading their special on Angie's list with their high marks from users. Bret (one of the owners of the company) arrived as scheduled. He was very knowledgeable about impact windows, so I picked his brain. I had already did a lot of research and he confirmed what I had read. I asked him to give an estimate for all the windows of the residence in addition to the 3 I had called him about with the special. I figured I would see how much it would cost to do the whole house but I was not going to have it done. He completed the estimate and I was shocked on how low it was, I recounted the windows to make sure he did not miss any. I asked what kind of windows for this price? I was figuring they would be returns or from some unknown maker. Bret said he only uses PGT windows 99% of the time after dealing with a lot of different manufactures in the past and he choose this company for it's quality in their product and their willingness to work with him on price. In short I'm having all the windows done, but I told Bret I'm holding him to all those statements he had made about the product and the install. About six weeks later Bret called and made an appointment to have the windows installed. His crew arrived on time and wasted no time getting started. I think five guys working all having different jobs but yet working together removal,install,secure,touch up and clean up. I walked around making sure that the work was being completed right. Before they arrived I did remove everything from the window areas. It is better for you to move and secure items before they arrive. I live in the city of Plantation and was told on several occasions that inspectors for the city are impossible. Hey but as an homeowner I want someone that cares that it was installed right and that it is safe and up to code and does not work for the same company that installed it. Anyways the inspector arrived Bret had set it up and was there to answer any questions he might have. The inspector checked every window and door and signed off on the permit he told me as he was leaving that the company did a very good job. I told him I know they did. thanks Bret has since did more work to my residence and is now working on a rental property I have. Today it's not easy recommending a company to family and friends but I only have a couple companies and for window and doors it's BNT WINDOWS. Give Bret a call but wait till my windows are done first. Sorry for all misspells.

BNT Services did a great job. They did what they said and when they said they would do it and when I have the funds I will use them to dd our remaining windows. I have even already recommended them to my neighbors.

My experience with everyone at BnT Services, Inc. was overwhelmingly positive. I've been wanting to replace my windows for a VERY long time and have been holding out to be able to get high quality, energy-efficient impact windows. The front of my house faces full east with absolutely no shade to protect us from the harsh sun. That tends to make the house quite warm during the height of the summer, even with the a/c cranking the whole day. I saw an Angie's List Deal (due to expire in a week) that offered 4 impact windows for $1499. I called the number on the Deal and made an appointment with Bret to see what it would cost to replace the three windows in the front of my house. Bret was prompt, courteous, knowledgable and professional as he answered all the questions I had. He measured the windows and calculated the price difference, taking the Deal into account. Because of the size of my windows, 53x63, the price was $805.99 in addition to the $1499 on the deal. A couple of days later I purchased the Deal right before it expired and shortly thereafter, I received a call from Bret to see when I wanted him to place the order. I wanted to do more reasearch on the Low-E coating that he had suggested and when my curiosity was satisfied I went ahead and placed the order. A few weeks later Ezra and Manny came to install the windows and they did a phenomenal job. They called to let me know they were on their way and they wasted no time getting started. I took them about 2 1/2 hours to complete the job. They caulked and spackled and left everything looking great when they were done. There was some cleaning up I had to do but that was to be expected; it's a dusty job when they drill into the concrete in order to secure the windows. Overall, I highly recommend this company and would specifically request Ezra to be the installer. p.s. As a result of getting the energy efficient windows, i can feel a marked difference in the temperature of the house during the hot, summer afternoon hours. The a/c can actually take a break and not be running continuously, desperately trying to cool the house down! I can't wait to get the rest of my windows replaced!

Tom and the entire staff at BNT were outstanding. They kept us informed along the way. Sales, permitting, installation and inspection could not have gone smoother. They did what they said, when they said they were going to do it. Their attention to detail is what sets them apart. This house now looks better than ever and is quieter. Great job!

Everything went well. I had contacted many companies and had researched the different quality of hurricane rated windows. B n T offered the best price and the best service for top of the line PremiereVue windows. Chris came with samples and we agreed on which windows we liked best. 3 days later there was a crew taking measurements and about 5-6 weeks after that we were scheduling the installation. They were very accommodating with our schedule. Originally they had estimated 2 days to complete the job, but to my surprise I arrived home after the first day to what looked like a brand new home. Aside from the great looking windows we were extremely impressed with the quality of the installation. I couldn't even tell there had been work done, all of the debris was picked up and everything was spotless. We were so impressed that we've just ordered a brand new sliding glass door from Chris at B n T and are looking forward to that installation as well. Great work!

BNT did an excellent job from start to finish answering all my questions, modifying the proposal based on our conversations even on a Saturday, The windows and permit were on time and the installation crew was knowledgeable and professional. My wife was comfortable with each representative from the company and they treated her with respect. The inspection went well and there were no issues. We were apprehensive at first to write a check to the company and then wait around for a few weeks but that was due to the permitting process, not BNT. There have been no issues with the windows or the installation and the PGT windows have exceeded our expectations. Chris was a pleasure to deal with.

Great job by BnT windows. Chris followed up on every step of the way and they did all the permitting and HOA documents. We thought the price was very fair and they showed up exactly when they said they would and all the work was done as contracted. They even saved us ~$2k-$3k by re-glazing a french door with the impact glass instead of having to replace the entire. Sometimes dealing with contractors can be a real headache, but not with BnT, we thought they were great and we are extremely happy with our new windows and doors!

I met with Tom and we discussed the installation. After 2 days I received a quote. I called Tom back to confirm that I wanted the work done. Tom came back to re-measure the window and made sure we had all the details covered. I wanted the window to be installed quickly to meet my deadline and they were able to install it on time. I've dealt before with 2 other contractors that performed very poorly, and as an Architect I'm detail oriented and have high expectations. I was happy to learn that BNT trains their installers on the latest codes and methods of installation. BNT did a great job! I will used them again and recommend them to friends and family!

I have never been more impressed and satisfied with a company in a long time. The owner met with me within a few days and we completed the deal on the spot. I was advised when the crew was to begin, and when they would arrive. They arrived on time and ready to work. They were courteous and did an excellent job from the removal of the old doors and the installation of the new ones, not to mention the complete clean up during and at the end of the job. Knowing this was going to be an expensive decision, I wanted to research what I could and then solicit quotes from three companies for replacing all my windows and sliding doors. At the outset, I figured it would take 2-3 weeks to get all the quotes and then we would make our decision. Boy was I wrong! It took a number of months. Everyone had a different product and reason why their product and company was better than the others so I wanted to investigate their claims. Chris was our sales representative from BNT and he was the first person we spoke with and the first to provide a quote - a VERY detailed quote that I requested. He was knowledgeable and prepared for our appointment which he made within a day or two of my call. He was genuine, sincere, and cared about our needs making thoughtful recommendations. He was also proud of his product and company. I had mixed experiences with the other companies I called; one never called me back, two came out but never got a quote to me (necessitating looking for other companies), two were good (one of which was Lowe's). During the many months that this process took, Chris demonstrated extreme patience. He would call and email from time to time to check up on us, but he was never pushy. Finally, we felt that the PGT product was better than the products offered by the other companies, however our concern between BNT and Lowe's was that we felt if there was a problem, Lowe's would be there in the future. We wanted to work with Chris despite this hesitation so we called PGT directly to find out what would happen if BNT went out of business. They told us exactly what Chris told us - PGT itself ALSO stands behind their product and they would make certain any issues were resolved. The scheduled date of installation was honored. Having had poor experiences with contractors in the past, BNT was very accommodating in signing the Lean Waivers and Worker's Compensation documents I requested they sign prior to starting the job. Gino led a crew of 3 and he was terrific. In fact, the first day of our job one of his workers called in sick. I called Chris in a panic because given the size of the job I felt that having only 2 workers would really put the job behind. Chris himself came out to help with the installation for the entire day! I think that's pretty awesome - a salesperson who actually KNOWS enough about what they are selling to help with the installation! The entire job was completed in 3 days - 7 sliding doors, 10 windows, and one front door with skylight. Gino and his crew worked carefully and thoroughly. They covered all of our furniture and tables, etc., and they cleaned up REALLY well every day - especially the last day. They were friendly, informative and very competent. Our experience was great - up to and including the inspection which passed due to Randy's help. Every person we met connected with BNT was sincere and was interested in our satisfaction. I HIGHLY recommend doing business with this company. I trust I will feel the same way years from now should some issue arise. I will let you folks on Angie's List know what happens at that point!

I have no real complaints with the company and the way they do business. Everything went smoothly. I will be contacting them in the future to ultimately replacing all of the windows in my house. Nice job!

It was a pleasure doing business with BNT. Brent was great as he gave me a good price and everything went as scheduled. The installers were great as they were very meticulous and professional. They were also very neat and clean. After the installation was complete a service man came back to double check all the windows and doors to see if there was any minor adjustments or touch up that was needed. The windows and doors are great and I could not be happier . I strongly recommend BNT to anyone looking for Doors and windows . You will not be disappointed.

I was very pleased with the esthetics of the product, and the professionalism of the crew. The crew did arrived earlier than expected, and since I wasn't living in the home, that could have been a problem, but they stayed and waited for me to arrive. Job was a small job, so they finished in one day. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting to have hurricane protection for their homes.

Bret came to give me an estimate on replacing five windows. We went through all the details and he gave me a quote. I have a parrot who hates strangers. Normally, he hides. He was sitting outside his cage carefully watching the whole process. I?m thinking, ?Hmmm. Character reference.? After Bret gave me the quote, he noticed he had left off something. I told him that I didn?t think it fair to him to do the job for less than cost and that I would pay the additional. That night, he called and told me that he was sending me a new quote. So, here we have a man who has the integrity to admit a mistake and has the business smarts to look after his business. I got another quote from someone else - much more, but the guy was pulling discounts out his ear. Bad feeling. The next quote was more than twice BnT, but for an inappropriate product. Price is not the only thing. BnT has a good product and gave me a good feeling about what kind of job they would do. Marc and Bill arrived on time. I had draped things in sheets. They added additional plastic drop cloths. They were quick, careful, focused, and friendly. The windows fit perfectly. I felt sufficiently comfortable with them that I left them alone to go do an errand. It took longer than I expected and when I returned, they had finished. When they had first arrived, I warned them that the front door was sticky and needed a little ?hip? action. While they were waiting for me, Marc fixed it. Sixteen years of a sticky front door AND THEY FIXED IT!!!! You cannot beat that for service. When I went to clean up after they went to their next job, discovered that they left my place cleaner than they found it. I was amazed at how little damage they did getting the old windows out and the new ones in. Nothing that 10 minutes with a paint brush won't fix. The building inspector was expected the next day between 9 and noon. John, from BnT was here at 9. The building inspector arrived at 11 and John followed him around, with pictures of what was not visible. This guy was impressed! I was in the process of refinancing my mortgage and ran into trouble about the open building permit. Absolutely ridiculous. I had the choice of delaying the windows or the closing. I will be refinancing with a different bank. Barbara in the BnT office was most patient and helpful. In 35 years of owning houses, I have never had an experience as good as I have had with BnT.

Like everyone else who has received quotes on impact windows and doors, I was shocked at the price. We received 3 quotes from other companies before contacting BNT. We actually contacted BNT after seeing an Angie list deal for impact sliding doors. Chris, from BNT, contacted us immediately and provided us with a quote. Not only did they provide us with the lowest price, they quoted us the PGT Premiervue. The windows took about 4 weeks to come in, once they arrived in their warehouse, they contacted us to set up an installation date. Their crew was top notch and very respectful. They installed 9 windows and 3 sliding glass doors in 2 days. After completion the city inspector completed his inspection with no problems being located. I would recommend this company if you are considering impact windows and doors.

the installers marc and john were neat and cleaned as they worked . they were professional and did a very prompt and neat installation in a very short time. Brett from BNT was very helpful and very business like when we initially discussed the job. I selected some casement and some horizontal sliders. I changed my mind after a day and asked for all casement. Making the change was no problem. When the windows arrived BNT scheduled the installation with me on a convenient day and then called me the day before to remind me and make sure everything was still ok. The installers arrived early on the scheduled day and were friendly and knowledgeable. After installation a day was set up for inspection and a BNT employee arrived before the City inspector and installed some new handles we had requested and went and checked all the windows to insure they were installed properly. He stayed until the inspector arrived and went with him to inspect. The inspector knew of BNT's work and only checked some of the windows. It was a good experience all around and we would definitely use BNT if we ever need more windows.

despite some set backs on my end, they remained professional and courteous

the work was booked in march and not done until july. the office lost the permit work, the windows arrived but could not be installed. it got to the point where I almost cancelled the order because the storm season had officially begun. I had a lot of trouble getting an installation date because my wife and I both work and after 4 I was told was too late and it took a while to find a Saturday. when the installer arrived he had not been told by the office what time he could enter the property so he arrived at 8 am and was turned away because entry isn't until 9. nor was I told that alarm contacts would not be reinstalled. that means I have to incur a $60 service charge for that. neither was I told what had to be moved out of the way and that it was my responsibility--a major oversight because having had neck surgery I am limited in what I can lift and carry. all in all the communication between the office and the customer, the office and the installer was less than satisfactory. it should be noted however that the installers were excellent, good technicians and gentlemen.

We purchased this Big Deal for 4 windows hoping that the service provider would be able to do these plus the rest of our windows. The service provider came to our home, measured our windows, and provided a proposal. The provider could not do all of the things we wanted so we decided to only proceed with the 4 windows covered in the Big Deal. We had a lengthy back and forth with the provider regarding which of our 4 windows would be done as it seemed like the provider did not want to do the windows we chose even though they were of a size covered by the Big Deal. Eventually, we came to an agreement and we completed paperwork for permitting. After that, things started to go badly. We live in a municipality where permitting is very strict in compliance to the local ordinances and this service provider was unable to get a permit approved after nearly two months. The municipality requires providers to attend a board meeting for approval of permits and the provider would not attend the meeting. Rather than complete the permitting process, the provider opted to suggest we request a refund from Angie's List. Overall, it seemed that this service provider lost interest in us after we decided not to proceed with more than 4 windows. The provider's agent was very clear in their unwillingness to attempt to comply with the permitting requirements.
