Outside if a missed measurement of my patio windows the experience was excellent the crew (Steve and Emilio )sent to install were courteous, professional and immaculate. These guys worked so hard to set up a temporary solution for my patio. The salesperson Tom was very helpful in correcting the problem and also accommodated me for our inconvenience. I am planning to redo my door and I will be calling Tom again.

It went great. The were very clean and left no mess. Very professional and neat.

Promptly was contacted by Tom and he came out to measure the doors and windows, gave me a quote in a couple of days i scheduled the date for the service. Four weeks later i had my doors and windows installed. The guys were very fast, three days they worked, no chatting, just solid work. With the least inconvenience to my family.

They a great job! The windows look great and everyone at BNT was very nice and eager to please. A couple of small issues were settled immediately. My only quibble is that they don't always respond quickly. I'm so impressed that I am already using them again for another job. Highly recommended!

We were exceptionally pleased with the installation and the price. I had four other bids that were exceptionally high (one from a big box store). One of the owners of BnT (Tom) came out himself to give the estimate. He explained everything so patiently and showed us every option with every advantage and disadvantage. On the day of the installation they did a stellar job. We had one issue with the bathroom door that came. We had expected a small window at the top of the door but that was not available so they sent a full glass door. BnT took the door back without a question put in a solid door (which we are quite happy with) and reduced the price $1000. One could not ask for better customer service! The work crew were so very careful to clean everything up. They were led by Marc who did an outstanding job on the front door installation. Marc also had to come back and install the solid bathroom door. We could not be happier the the service we received from BnT and they have my highest recommendation. In fact I have had to copy their business 6 times already for people that have seen the windows and heard the price.

I did estimate with several companies and their price was the best. Once we signed the contract and ordered the windows, which usually takes a while with any window company, I got them in during the timeframe given. Even though they were very busy before the Christmas holiday, they went out of their way to speed up my windows installation. Barb, the office manager was very efficient and professional. Marc the installer and his assistant was masters at the craft. They installed the windows with a half day and did an awesome job at the same time. I was duped by some shady contractors in this process, and BNT Windows' work helped to lift my spirit. They provided great work with best price, something that is hard to find sometimes around here.

The price was good, they did a quality job with the installation, and they did the work as promised without leaving a mess.

I was so please with the VERY prompt service that I have hired them again to install windows in my house and have referred them to a few friends as well.

I find communication and prompt service to be a top priority, just as important and the quality of the work being done, and BNT delivered on all points! Great customer service and quality!

John came out to measure for the door and it was larger than the deal offered and would cost another $275.00 and I cannot do that at this time. They were fine with that and said to keep them in mind for when we are ready, which I will. They were very professional and quick to respond, so I will use them at some point in the future.

He came out to do a quote on the patio work and then he realized the patio was bigger than what I measured so there would have been a extra charge of $275. I will have the work done at another time but the provider was very nice and I will use him again.

I have to say that my experience with BNT Services was exceptional from beginning to end. I found them on Angie's List as we are new in town, just bought a home and do not know a lot of people in the area. I called 4 different companies to get estimates. Tom, one of the owners of BNT came out to give me an estimate. At that point I was only planning on replacing two badly functioning windows in the front of my house. Tom was very professional and even suggested that I try and fix those windows if I wanted to save some money. I told him that if I was going to replace the windows I wanted impact resistant as neither my husband nor I wanted to deal with putting up shutters during a storm. At that point Tom informed us about the special they were having for Angie's List customers on replacing 3 windows. I wanted to replace the rest of the windows throughout the home, since they were all pretty bad and non impact resistant, but my husband didn't want to spend the money. I asked Tom to give me a quote anyway on replacing all windows. He went over all of the options with us and made suggestions that met our needs. I have to say after receiving 4 quotes, BNT by far was the most reasonable one. My husband and I couldn't refuse and decided to replace all of our windows. The day after we gave Tom the go ahead, he had the windows ordered. He communicated the delivery date from the manufacturer right away. I should also say that we decided to do the extra UV protection on the windows because of the minimal cost it added to the whole total. A few days later Tom let me know what the installation date would be and that they were going to get it done in two days. The day of installation his crew was at my house at 8:30 am sharp. They were kind, courteous, and clean. They worked very hard, non-stop for two days. My husband and I were astonished at how fast and efficient they worked, and as promised every window was installed beautifully in less than two days. The next day Tom himself came to do a walk through with us, looked at every window and made sure that all of our needs questions were answered and addressed. Ours 12 year old house looks brand new, thanks to BNT. I can not recommend them more. A+ BNT and especially Tom for taking such great care of us. This was one of the best experiences we ever had with a contractor and our home looks and functions beautifully.

The windows are gorgeous and Bret and his staff are incredibly friendly, he gave me a great price on the windows and I have been extremely happy with the company and how nice they are, I had one little hiccup and Raymond came out and took care of it right away and Raymond gave me his number and said to call him if I have any other problems. Bret had also recommend a great company for my blinds as well, All State Window Treatments. the new blinds beautiful. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

My wife and I were amazed at the professionalism and quality of the work. The estimate was easy for my wife and I since the person who came out (Bret Robbins) knew exactly what could work for us and also gave us options. That was by far the most easy going estimate for us since we knew very little about windows. When it came down to the installation we were even more blown away at how the installation team all knew their role in my project and they were in and out within hours. Finally, when the project was complete the inside of my house was super clean since they covered everything with plastics and then vaccumed. My wife and I are super happy we choose BnT and would recomend them to anyone who wants quality work at a very reasonable price. Kudos to Bret and his team.

We received several estimates, BNT was the best price and timetable for the same product. They were prompt, professional, and easy to talk to. Everything was as promised. they were right on time for the estimate and measurements, and brought in a crew completing the installation in a day and a half. Except for writing the check, everything was painless. And that pain was less than it would have been from someone else. BNT took care of permitting, no problem. Changing the windows was a great decision. The house is noticeably quieter with the new windows, and we maintain our target temperature with a 2 degree higher thermostat setting. We would absolutely recommend BNT to anyone. If you are getting windows, these are the guys! Bret is awesome.

from the first call on... this was all done in a very professional manner. All appointments and work was completed on time and work areas left clean and spotless.

Don't look further Bret is "The One" you are looking for to take care of what is more precious in your life after your family, your house. His service is a real 5 STARS job. When they arrived the 1st day I can't tell you how many they were. My house was crowded by workers, the team to protect furnitures and floors, the team to take off the windows, the team to patch and the team to clean, room by room. I work from home so Bret made sure that I will alwaya got a room available to work and when he started by replacing windows in the office he asked his team to focus on this room first. My house is from1953 so replacing those vintage windows wasn't a peace of cake job. You should have seen his crew, always happy to work looking for solutions, polites and stayed late to make sure we will have our windows installed fand a safe house for the night. You need to get your house painted afterall, no problem he takes care of that as well. Last thing, very important, the quote you receive is the price you will pay, no hidden price or additional costs! At the end, you will have the visit of "the other guy" the one that looks around to adjust doors and windows if they don't close property while the maid, sent by Bret, take care of the dust on your furnitures and clean the floor. Bret Robbins and his company did a great job at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend BNT Services to anyone that is looking to replace hurricane rated windows or doors. We bought a house and the windows were old and rusted, and there were no hurricane shutters so we decided to replace all the windows with new impact windows. We did some estimates and BNT Services had the best price. Chris Doolin was very friendly and professional. The entire project went smooth, from measurement to installation and permitting. The crew showed up on time, they were super professional and cleaned up after finishing. The windows are gorgeous and our house has a brand new look! Thanks a lot for the amazing job! I would definitely recommend this company.

Scheduled installation for September 29th in the morning. Technicians showed up right on time. They were courteous and professional. Lead tech was Ezra -- great worker! We called several companies earlier seeking estimates for replacing the windows. All of them said they would not consider the work unless we replaced 3 windows at a minimum. Chris from BNT said replacing 2 windows would not be a problem. He was able to order them and have them shipped within a month's time. We strongly recommend BNT for window replacements!

The crew was on time, responsible, clean, attention to every detail. I highly recommend this company. They were also less expensive than two other estimates we got. Do not hesitate as this is the best company out there.
