I am so pleased to report that the contractors were on time as planned. They were professional in every respect. They worked efficiently attending to every detail. One of the windows in the garage broke as they were installing it and they were back with the replacement window within two weeks. Bret, one of the 2 owners of the company, was very thorough in his presentation of the windows. Very knowledgeable about each detail of the product. This was our third experience with BNT Services, and I highly recommend them. Tom Zesche followed up with us the day after I purchased the Angie?s list big deal. BNT?s team is professional, they communicate well, and show up as scheduled. The product they have provided is top quality. The installation was fantastic. All debris is hauled off , the crew cleans up after themselves, including protecting your home and furnishings so there is minimal clean up necessary when they are done. I would not hesitate to use them again, and I have recommended them to friends and neighbors several times. Thank you BNT !!

Every person I dealt with from the office to the actual installers were friendly, courteous and professional. They arrived on time and had the windows installed in the time estimated. My furniture was covered and they vacuumed the area when they were done. I could not be happier with their service.

They were very professional in their installation. I have never seen so many people working on a team descend upon my house all at once. This was a one day install, and they worked from 8 a.m. until dark. I would definitely use them again, and would recommend them to anyone.

We had BNT changes all the windows and doors in a large home to impact rated PGT products. The crew chief, Steven was very polite and professional. All the crew were polite and focused on making sure the job was done to our satisfaction. Inspection was passed first time around with no comments from the inspector. The job was 80% done in 3 days, the finishing touches, calk, trim and clean up were not done for another week. I did not push them to finish as we were in no rush as the house is under renovation anyways. The few problems I found were addressed promptly and without any discussion whatsoever. They have a "client is always right" attitude. The price was very fair, the product and install excellent and the result great. I will use them again.WIndow

I was very pleased with the entire experience. The contact to set up a visit for measurements was the day after the purchase of the Big Deal. Tom Zeschke came out and did a very thorough and helpful job of explaining what could be done under the Deal. The installation itself went quite smoothly and efficiently, in one day, including clean up and cart away. After that, a stucco crew come out for a few hours and everything on the project was done as agreed to. .It was a pleasure to work with Tom and his team, and in fact I have bought another Big Deal for BNT Services to do more impact window work on my house.

This was a great experience. The salesman was very prompt and courteous sending me all the information I requested quickly in my email. The installation was immaculate. Covering everything. Cleaning everything after the job and staying until it was done. The inspection was done by Randy who made an extra effort to assure everything was complete. I will recommend BNT SERVICES to all my friends and family. Great job guys.

We had excellent attention and support by John (field sales) and the office staff (Barb and Brent). We placed the order in mid December and took a while for the order to be fulfilled by the manufacturer. The units arrived and were scheduled for installation by mid February. John walked me through the expected timeline through the christmas holidays and the time frame was within the expectations. The team of installers that came out were very punctual, cordial and helpful. They set up a very effective dust shield for the work area which really minimize the dust in the house. They completed the work in one day. I really enjoyed having them work in my home and would recommend them to friends and family. During the inspection one minor item came up ( a missing screw) which is being corrected. Again i will do business again with BNT and will recomment them to my friends and family. It is a great company, with very nice people that offer a great prodruct, know what they are doing, do it well and take ownership for the work performed!!! Note to Homeowners regarding permits: I chose to try to save some money by getting the permits through Metro Dade on my own. Mistake! I was able to pull the permits but it was extremely convoluted, time consuming and frustrating to clear all the hurdles. Although there were very nice people working at Metro that sympathized and helped, The county does not make any allowances to help the homeowner through this process. I have done this before with the City of Miami and Village of Key Biscayne where the experience was much smoother for the homeowner. It took four trips to the county. Once you total the cost of the permits and add the time, gasoline and tolls and aggravation involved in trips to the permitting office, it is best to have it done by the installing company that are used to the process.

I didn't end up using the deal. The company wanted to charge me more for the permits and also because they said my door was a different size. I tried to pull the paperwork on my own and it would have been $110, when i called the city, compared to the $450 that he tried to charge me. The presentation was great but when he tried to sell me additional thing that I didn't need, it went downhill. He wanted me to pay $400 for storm resistant doors but I already have storm resistant shutters.

It went very well. They had very good service. They were very professional and good to work with. They came right out to make an adjustment.

Most of the installations went smoothly. The men were professional, on time and cleaned up after themselves. We did discover that when the change was made from a sliding glass door to a french door that the building code changed as far as the electrical. A french door installation required the installation of another light inside the house for an entry light. Brett and Tom worked with me to acquire an electrician and work through the permitting so it went as smoothly as it could.The only issue was the city losing the application which delayed the final approval, but eventually the whole project was approved. After a few months, one of the windows needed to be serviced. The response was quick and efficient.

I didn't turn out good at all. When I first called them they seemed so honest and were a family company so I didn't really expect them to do this. They tried to charge me for the permit fees, which as far as I know, it is illegal to do that. When I called them back they never returned my call. I wasn't really happy with the windows either. I thought they would be more sound proof, but they weren't.

Poor communication from the owners and office staff, but I finally got a good response from John Stephens. If not for him I would have never chosen to hire this company. After I made the initial payment the order was delayed three (3) weeks until Jan 15th, when I was originally promised the windows would be installed before Christmas. When the windows finally arrived at the warehouse I was never notified, I found out by calling the office to check the status. The installers were very careless and damaged two (2) screens that were replaced with "repaired" screens and not new "factory" screens. Not all furniture and electronics were covered properly so we were cleaning dust for days after. A few window frames were scratched and dented from the installers mishandling and banging the windows with hammers to force them into openings. There was conflicting information between the installers and managers about replacing the window bucks. This should have not been an issue since the existing bucks were 40 plus years old and any "good" installer would have replaced bucks without question. Some stucco work was left unfinished and Steve came out to fix it in a timely manner. I like the PGT product but will choose a different company to purchase from in the future.

The sales person, Chris Doolin, was very professional and had our best interests in mind. He gave us several options and worked with us on several alternative scenerios. We chose the vinyl option. The PGT windows were delivered sooner than expected and one of the owners of the company, Brett, worked with us to get them timely installed. The installers showed up before the appointed time and replaced the windows in a two day period. The work was done professionally, technicians were very courteous and the windows look and work great. Will definitely use this vendor again.

Quote was the highest out 6 quotes by $7,000 dollars all things being equal. They may be fine installers but their quote seemed excessive.

The manufacturing and/or permit process took longer than I would have liked, but was within the timeframe provided during in the overall estimate. Love, love, love the windows. Installation went very smooth and they cleaned up before leaving. The only problem was that they forgot to bring the permit with them when it came time for city to perform inspection. Inspection can't be rescheduled any time soon due to my work schedule. So this remains unresolved.

This was a great experience. From the salesperson to the scheduler to the installation crew i was impressed. I have installed a few impact windows, I have hired others to install impact doors and windows. The guys that BNT sent today were on time, in a BNT Truck, and did the job as true professionals. I am retired, the installation was for my son in his house, I sat and watched and it was a great day.

The date of installation the men showed up right on time. Two of the doors were mostly installed when the supervisor stopped by to inspect and check on them. He notice the doors were not in their proper place for the new codes so he instructed them to re-set the doors. Due to the codes on impact doors they must be accurately placed. The work men changed out the doors and continued on to install the rest as required. I did have to wait for the correct hardware for the doors as there was a back order, but they secured my doors and home without any problems. One thing I feel needs attention is the accuracy of the sales people. I feel they should attend an installation or two so they are made aware of what goes on. There are some bullet points on the contract that absolutely should be highlighted by the sales people and have the customer initial each point. I feel this would help with any questions the customer may have, and help the sales person be as accurate as possible. All in all I am very happy with BNT and would recommend them.

Would highly recommend them. I received three quotes. BNT was the lowest bidder. They were also very punctual, efficient and highly organized. After talking with three different vendors I selected BNT based on the Angie's list comments and their price. Tom answered all my email questions quickly. The PGT windows were delivered when stated. A crew of six showed up and quickly went to work. Two men covered everything with plastic moving items as necessary. Another crew began to take out the windows. Then the next crew started installing them. You could tell they know what they were doing. They were also vacuuming as they would finish each window. It took them a day and one half, which included the time to clean up and clean every window inside and out. They also made sure that each piece of glass broken from the previous windows were picked up. Every piece of old window including plaster and cement was hauled away. I did have to paint around the windows but I was aware as it was stated in the quote. The next week Randy the company's inspector waited from early in the morning for the City of Miami inspector, who did a thorough job inspecting the installation including checking the sound of the glass to ensure that it was impact. Randy was there to take out and re-install the covers so the bolts can be inspected as well as take care of anything else. Prior to the inspector coming opened and closed every window and made sure I was happy with the performance. The inspection passed the same day. Overall a very good professional experience. I would highly recommend BNT in Angie's List and to my friends.

They were wonderful, but there were some issues. They took the blinds down and then when they put in new windows, it made it smaller, so the blinds didn't fit. And they would hang them up anyway. So this is issues that you have to do with them. You have to get the blinds hung back when they take them down and you have to get the outside of the windows painted. Because when they put the new stuff in, it is all grey, so you have to get a painter out there. And I don't know that it is their fault, but these are things I wasn't aware of, which was additional expense. I did pay more than what the Big Deal was for. I would have much rather upgraded and got better windows, had I been offered that. But that wasn't part of what was going on. I wasn't knowledgeable enough. But the gentlemen who put it in, they were excellent. I bought a package, so I got stuck with the windows that I've got. All I know is that it is supposed to reduce the heat, and it doesn't feel like it, because when the sun hits on there it is pretty hot. And I had to put the blinds back up, because although they said I wouldn't need them, I needed them. So I would have to say based on that, the quality wasn't as good as I was expecting. But I guess the price overall was a good price for what I got. The gentlemen cleaned up afterwards and they were very nice. The windows are also supposed to keep out the noise, and that did work.
