this is the second property I have hired BNT to install windows at, first was one of my rental properties, as a test run, they were great, so I decided to hire them for my own house. I can say nothing but great things about Bret and the whole team, very responsive and professional. The installation was done in one day. Somehow one of my outside electrical outlets got broken by someone, and I noticed it after the installers had already left.....I told Bret that evening and he had one of his other guys out at my house by 10am the very next day to fix it. I did not expect that to be done so fast, so I am again very pleased with their work and will continue to refer and recommend them to anyone I know!

Service performed efficiently, promptly and professionally. Installation team was great and window looks wonderful. Inspector from the city came yesterday and a rep from BNT was here to meet him. The whole process was painless. Would highly recommend this contractor.

I don't know why Im writing another review for these guys! It seems like they have too many already. Now that my windows and doors are installed I see why. No matter what happens these guys will do what it takes! Prompt, friendly, and accurate these guys really got the job done and at a good price!! My family and I really want to thank you for everything!!

From the estimate to installation I found that this company is reliable, professional, and did a great job. I appreciated that John Stevens got back to me promptly any time I had a question or concern. Thanks for a job well done.

The owner of the company (Bret Robbins) personally came out and measured and took the order at our house. He was professional, courteous, to the point, and most importantly very fair on his pricing. We made an order to replace all of the windows in our house with BNT. We received a call when the windows came in and got on their schedule. Within one month from start to finish we had brand new windows throughout the house. The team that came, led by Mark was awesome, they got in and got out all in one day. Most importantly they even cleaned up after themselves what a great group of employees/staff Brett (BNT) has. The inspection process was also very easy and smooth due to Mark being prepared and having all of the necessary paperwork in order. I can not say enough about how pleased we are with the new windows but to have actually found a quality company that takes pride in their work and those they are providing the service for! We had quoted a couple of different vendors to do our window and slider retrofit, and we were very happy with the PGT winguard products that BnT Services quoted for us. Tom even spent some time with us and brought over a sample door so we could get a better idea of what we were purchasing. We signed the contract (which included an offer of a discount if deals through Angie's List were purchased when we were told to do so) and awaited the start of the project. Before windows were ordered, we had a couple guys out for another final measurement. When the windows arrived, we had a huge crew out on the first day. That day, the crew was great. The team leader was Mark, and I also spoke with Emilio, and both were very professional and courteous. Overall the crew did a great job, as well. They spent most of the day on the 23' ceilinged living room with the stacked picture windows and single-hungs. There was one issue, though...the large picture window in the front of the house was ordered in the wrong size and could not be installed that day. Or during the initial course of the project. Luckily, the guys caught it before the old window had been de-glazed and removed, or that could have been really bad. After the first day, things weren't the same. We never did get Mark back (and what a shame that was, because I think he is a great project leader), and the expected staffing never came. We were supposed to have a crew out for both windows and doors on day 2, but we only got the door crew. On day 3, we had expected to finish, but no one arrived until after 10AM, and as a result, the job bled into Saturday, when it was finally (mostly) finished. We found that one of the other windows had been ordered incorrectly with mulling in it, so that glass had to be re-ordered, too. When the time came for the inspection, we failed the first time because almost every window was missing anchor screws. Something like 48 screws were missing, total. We did pass the second time, but by the time it was all said and done and the new picture window arrived and was installed, the inspection failed, the inspection passed, and the incorrect glass changed out, we had contractors in our house for 4 more days than we had expected to. It was really a nuisance to my wife and infant. The last thing that really disappointed me was the cleanliness of the job site after the job was finished. I know what "broom clean" is, and inside, that's what we got, but outside, I had to pick up at least 60-80 screws from the old windows that were littered about my patio, lawn, and flower beds. Additionally, there were pieces of flashing from the old windows and shim material from the new ones that was strewn about the hedges around the house, and the accordion tracks were left filled with debris. Ultimately, we are very happy with the windows and doors, but I have declined to recommend this company on three separate occasions due to the responsiveness, the careless oversights, and the condition that the job site was left in upon completion of the job. **Update 8/16/15** I have to say, the way BnT handled our dissatisfaction was world class. They really stepped up, taking full responsibility for the miscommunication and the inconsistency with the teams that were working on our house. It takes a company focused on customer service to do it and make you feel like they mean it, and that's how we felt. The shutters look great, and they just took care of it. I can see why they have so many rave reviews on here. Thanks to Tom and Brett for making this right.

My impression was that it was a bigger job than the installers had anticipated. I knew it was a big job, so I had no problem with it. They did a fantastic job and it looks like it has always been there! The doors are massive but roll open and closed like buttered toast. The building inspector was very impressed with both the doors and the installation. This is the second time I have used BnT and I am saving money to get them back to do the last six windows in the house. I can not recommend them highly enough!

Overall we're very satisfied with our hurricane windows and doors - we would highly recommend BnT as long as you're not in a hurry. We purchased our deal in late January and the permit was officially closed in early July, so it was a lengthy process.

Great, all around great. Great people, communicated at every level from the start to finish. Will used again with my next project.

They came in installed and inspected. The company who they used for inspecting failed on their job. The permitting people delayed my job. They need to work on their permitting thing. We need to have permit for the windows and doors. I had no issues with the company they were great but the company that they are outsourcing the inspecting to needs to be reconsidered.

Love my new windows. Salesman spent a lot of time showing my the options for replacing my windows.. Answered all my questions. Everything done as promised and were very good about working around my schedule. Highly recommend their services

I didn't read the fine print well enough, so I didn't realize that my windows were all slightly bigger than the max size offered in the deal. I had already spent $1499, so I had to go for it. All said and done, including cost increases and permitting, I paid about $2500. Didn't love that, but the windows are nice and the installers were polite and quick. I'd use this company again in the future.

BNT did a very good job installing 3 impact resistant windows. I've used this company before and they take the time to do the job right. The work crews are excellent, well-trained, and very professional. The office could just be a little quicker in responding.

It's hard in ft Lauderdale to get a permit. Very time consuming process but in the end I got a super door It's the permit process that took a while Their was great and I'm going to use them on my other door

We received quotes from about 8 contractors from Angie's List and BBB. At the end we went with BNT because Bret was the most responsive contractor we spoke to. Also price was a factor but the majority were in line with the BNT quote. Bret and his team were very professional throughout the whole process. They covered the furniture and I caught some of the crew dusting after the installation. Everyone was very attentive and they addressed all concerns we had. Overall we are very happy with the product and most of all the service we received as it is very difficult to find a quality contractor. We would definitely recommend and rehire.

They came out, gave an estimate and was on time and did what they said

overall very well easy work with, prepared us well for what to expect as far as timing etc. Day of the Job install was quick, effcient and clean. we got what we expected and would use BNT again in the near future

Chris is great!!! I communicated with Chris Doolin the Sales person in BNT, Chris met me to measure and discuss what we were looking for and gave me a quote, we worked at it and reached an agreement. Once the closing date was confirmed Chris came back to take final measurements and sign the contract and I paid him a deposit to order the windows. As with all projects like this we encountered many obstacles and delays from permitting to installation to HOA requirements and Chris was always friendly and helpful, Chris did not shy away from putting his own elbow grease to help finish the installation and put the final touches during the inspections. I can't imagine BNT without Chris! If you call make sure to ask for Chris, he is a problem solver! All in all, I would work with BNT again without hesitation especially with Chris.

This was a big job over 25 windows/doors with arches and multi paneled windows, but they did a good job and were very conscientious of draping furniture and putting runners over the white carpets and cleaning up each day. They were very friendly and helpful, answered all of my questions and concerns especially the workers and went out of their was to make me happy. Of course the unexpected always happens and the job took longer then planned but they did complete everything coming back several times and I would use them again and have recommended them to a neighbor already. Although they are great at installing windows cleaning them was not one of their best talents.

This company was very professional. From Bret to the schedulers to the installers; the entire experience was wonderful. Bret came to my house to give me a free estimate and options on windows/doors. Permits were obtained and installation began within 5 weeks and was done in one day. The installers cleaned when they were done and I am VERY happy with the results! The windows look amazing and cut out the outside noise to almost nothing! Steve came out to meet the inspector and was very explanatory and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again and have already recommended them to friends!

It went fine. I paid an additional amount because we did other things. They did a good job. The price was very good. They were very quick, and they were on time.

Tom and his crew did an absolutely fabulous job. If you need new windows this is a no brainer...
