Well I was really hoping it would work out and I would be able to leave a great review like so many others but ultimately BNT was not the right company for us. The salesman arrived on time but I felt concerned that he was not writing everything down or taking notes. We talked about my budget and he was trying to find windows that would meet it which was good. He had a couple samples with him that I could also see. So the initial visit went pretty well. The Problems I had came after the visit. There appeared to be miscommunications in the office and I was not getting call backs to answer my questions. The quote only took 5 days to be emailed which wasn't bad but the quote wasn't want I was promised would be on it. It was suppose to have a quote for a door and pictures of the door and name of it but the quote did not include anything for a door. It also contained charges for an item I did not need. The quote did not contain information about the windows like other companies did such as U-factor or SCGH numbers which I know aren't great for aluminum windows but I wanted to know this information. So I called the sales rep and left a message on his phone. I called the office and tried to get him a message. 3 days pass and I call again to the office to get him another message and then finally after another day I get a call back. I was told my name was written wrong when given to him so he called the wrong person back which I understand but then I did leave a cell phone message as well with my name and number so ultimately not the only reason for not calling back. I felt rushed on the phone with the rep like he was too busy and doing multiple things at one time and trying to talk to me. I again was promised a correction on the quote and pictures of the door and a quote for a door. So a couple days later I got another quote - again no door pictures So I really just got tired of the back and forth and communication difficulties and i had already lost trust with the mess up on the first quote. With all the companies out there I needed to go with who I felt most comfortable with. yes there is no denying the price was low but I also needed that trust.

From checking around before their pricing is fantastic. Every step of the way, they have been courteous and clean during the install. Went above and beyond! More than welcome to use me as a reference, as I have already referred them to others I know.

These guys were fantastic. Had tried with 3 other companies before i found them on Angies list and i was so frustrated with the prices and the lack of responsiveness. BNT came right out, gave a quote far better than anyone else, ordered and installed quickly and took care of the permitting. Installers were friendly, careful and did a great job. Highly recommend them

My husband and I were looking for a company to install new Windows in our home. BnT Services is hands down the best company in South Florida for impact Windows and Doors. We discovered them through an employee named Marc Rodriguez. He immediately guided us to Angie list for specials the company was currently having. We received quotes from Home Depot, Lowe's and multiple other small businesses, after reviewing all the recommendations we choose BnT Services. We immediately called and received an appointment. We were greeted by John Stephens he really impressed us by knowing the product. And wasn?t worried about selling me the most expensive window possible, it was about selling me the best window for my home, we found a great deal using Angie?s List. John was fantastic from start to finish. He worked extremely hard to meet my needs. And was in constant contact with me to answer my 100?s of questions. They sent out Marc Rodriguez to do a final measurement and from the moment he walked in he was kind, courteous, cautious and was impressed how he was familiar with the product as well and He made sure nothing was left out on my order and that all my requests were meant from the pattern of the window to the tint color. The Windows were delivered by Marc Rodriguez and Juan Olivo as scheduled and on time. They made sure all the furniture was covered. And immediately went to work. I have to say they work amazing together. They flowed through each window with ease. It?s great when an installer actually takes pride in the work they do and it definitely showed!!! I was completely impressed with the outcome. The windows looked amazing!!! And their work area was even cleaned after. It was absolutely the best decision we made to pick this company. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. If you need windows and doors you have to use this company if you want to avoid the headaches with other companies. For them their primary goal wasn't about making a sale, it was about making sure we were HAPPY from start to finish!!

My wife and I bought a rather old house that needed some new windows. It is a two-story so we wanted impact windows if possible in case of storms. We got a couple of bids from a couple of companies. Each was a little different package with slightly different options. BnT was competitive for the lowest price, but they did it with highest quality windows. They gave us a bid for vinyl impact with the low heat transfer treatments. Not the lowest bid we got, but without a doubt the most bang for the buck! Some of our quotes ended up being numbers scrawled on the back of a napkin. Some quotes were emails with a number included in the body with no description of what was included/excluded. Frustrating process from everyone EXCEPT BnT. Their quote was thorough down to the NFRC labels of the windows they intend to install. There were NO surprises and everything was clear. I did most of my contact with Chris Doolin and I can't even say how helpful he was. He came to our house at odd times and answered all of the emails in timely manner. We told him that we didn't yet have the money to do the whole house and he laid out a plan for doing it in stages that would give the best bang for the buck. We particularly liked some of his ideas for future stages...some things we had not thought about for odd windows and sliders. Scheduling had a couple snafus but Anabella (?) walked us through everything and fought for us on a couple of things. Organizing and shuffling a lot of work is going to have these issues sometimes. I wouldn't say anything except in interest of completeness. It was an impressive operation when it came to installation day. Must have been 10 workers going at it. They had to rebuild some rotten sills in a couple places but everything seemed to go smoothly. A couple things impressed me. First, with all the people and activity, out carpets might have been cleaner than when they started. Also, the caulk work was excellent. I've seen good and bad through the years and this might be the best I've seen. When workers where done with their part of the project, they continued to work. They even helped rehang my blinds...something they didn't have to do. Finally, they were honest! I've had lots of workers on my roof in the last year and a half. I think every time I have someone up there, a concrete tile gets broken. I realize it happens and I wait until I think the work is done for a while before I go up and fix the tiles. They are seriously the FIRST workers up there that TOLD me what they broke and where. They offered to fix it and I have no doubt that they would have. I appreciated the gesture and told them I would do it myself later. Frankly, I just appreciated the honesty...something that I don't always see in SoFL. The inspection went smoothly and they walked both me and the inspector through everything. Nothing to say except they didn't leave me twisting by myself. The windows are awesome and a perfect fit. Others in the neighborhood got new windows about the same time as me. I think we all went with different companies. All I can say is that my experience, price and look is better than all of them in my opinion. We will be doing the rest of the house ASAP. I would be VERY surprised if we didn't go with these guys again. Very very impressed.

I agree with the other reviewer - don't bother to call anyone else. Everyone at this company is professional and pleasant to work with. They are thorough and make sure everything is done correctly. Wish I had done the whole house - will call BNT again.

From the first point of contact with B n T Services to the final inspection everything was very professional. Their point person John Stephens was very knowledgeable, friendly and so easy to work with. Windows and sliding glass doors were installed in 2 days and look fantastic. City inspector came today and said the job was done very well and obviously passed inspection. I have already recommended my friend and coworker to call John at B nT Services for her window and sliding glass door needs.

I contacted the office of BnT Services regarding the replacement of 3 windows in my house that were leaking. I received a call from John Stephens within 30 minutes of scheduling the estimate with his office to confirm the time and address. John was running approximately 5 minutes late but called to let me know about this 15 minutes before the scheduled time. He thoroughly explained all our options and the different choices of windows. He stated that there is an 8-10 window for the windows to arrive at their facility. I received a call the day the windows were delivered and scheduled an install date for the following Saturday. The office called me the Monday before installation and said that they could not install the windows on Saturday and asked if Friday would be OK. That actually worked out better for me. I called 5 other companies for the same job and only received a call back from one of them. I will definitely use BnT Services again. I have 8 more windows and 4 doors that I will be replacing.

I emailed them and asked about the Big Deal and also for an estimate on multiple other windows ( Over 12 other windows ) The salesman came on time for the appointment and walked the house with me. I mentioned the Big Deal several times as the windows were 18" x 79" which he said were within the parameters. When the quote came back, it was priced at $3,423.76, not $1,498.00 as advertised. His quote was; $1,673.30 for the windows and $100.40 for tax, for a total of $1,673.30, plus $1,100.00 for labor, $550.00 for permit fees for a grand total of $3,423.76. No where near $1,498.00 My question is how could they offer that window size at $1,498.00 when the labor, permit fees and taxes alone would be $1,750.40 Not to mention labor was listed as being included in the Big Deal ad. Am I missing something ? or was this a bait and switch offer on the part of this contractor. I have saved the email with all of the information should you be interested.

I had a lot of concern with choosing the correct company. I met with many other companies. I would say that maybe half of the companies that I met with was honest. I finally met with Tom from BNT. The first time he came out he was so confident in the windows that he did not even have to measure. Tom explained the history of his company and that he has done a lot of work my area. Once the estimate came back I was over budget. Tom prices was comparable to some others. And some was prices were absurd. But Tom was fair! I explained to to Tom that I was over budget. Tom without batting an eye took off $1,000.00 from the bill! WOW! I was very much impressed. After all the estimates now BNT was the least expensive. I was a little concerned about how Tom was so nice an accommodating. But Tom is generally a nice guy. Work was started on time an completed on time. All of his installers were obviously professional installers. I did not notice simple laborers. Each installer was polite, professional, and knowlegeable. Finally a service guy came to finalize the job. Inspection was passed without any issues. The service guy was very meticulous. He notice way more little issues then I did. I was content before he showed came to my house. He made sure everything was PERFECT, to a very high standard. At that time spackling and stucco was done over to perfection. I had such a great experience with BNT. I would definetly recommend BNT to anyone who needs windows and doors.

Brett was responsive and professional. I had other estimates that were higher, and who also gave us the impression the job was going to be difficult and needed their contractor to come in and look over the window openings, etc. BNT gave us the estimate, ordered the products, and installed our windows ahead of schedule exactly as we had decided. There were no issues with installation, and their team of many came through and got it done quickly and cleanly. The cost was exactly as estimated. I would definitely recommend this company.

Protected furniture, removed the old windows and installed all the new repacements in one day. Came back the second day for some final caulking. The windows are great and the value was more than satisfactory.

John came by to give a quote on three doors that needed to be changed out. Very professional and have tons of very useful information. Happy I picked them. No hassling and bs just straight forward facts. You only get that from years of experience. Will use (b n t) for the job.

The quality of the the door and the installation was great. The problem was the responsiveness and that is the only reason why they did not receive an A. When the door was first installed, they didn't have the aluminum finishes to seal the gaps between the door and the opening. I was told another guy would come by from Boca that evening to finish the install. When I called back the technician, he said that person wouldn't be able to make it. I had to call the office Monday morning to figure when someone was coming out. The company then promptly sent another crew out to finish the siding. However, the child lock was not in stock. So another technician had to come out again to install that piece. Overall, they got the job done and the door looks great. As solid as a rock. The price can't be beat. But just some issues in the installation that lowers them from an "A" to a "B".

The day the custom sized windows were scheduled to arrive I got a call from John and he sent his installers out the next day. Both the guys worked all day and finished every window. They left the house/floors and surrounds completely free of debris etc and re hung all the blinds and drapes. Great service !!!

The quality of the installation was fantastic and their installer was great to work with. That being said, I felt like BNT has possibly grown too big. My representative was not very responsive (it took multiple calls to get in touch) and I ended up paying a substantial amount more than the big deal because my door wasn't exactly in the dimensions they had advertised, although I feel like it's a pretty standard door size. Toward the end I wasn't sure if or when the door was coming and anticipated being asked about options for the door, handles, etc, but it simply arrived without much consultation at all. Fortunately the door is great and works well for my house, but to change out all of the other windows and doors for my house I have decided to go with a different company that I have a little more confidence will take the time to make sure I know what's coming and is timely in updating me with what is happening. Interestingly, I had some initial estimates from BNT about two years ago and they were super professional and responsive. I have the feeling they have grown too big to keep offering that level of service now.

BNT is awesome! My salesman John went above and beyond to make this install happen for me. I wanted to get the windows replaced before my baby was born and John personally insured that the windows were expedited and they came and installed the Saturday before I was scheduled to have my baby. The installation was incredibly fast and the installers were very efficient and clean. They covered all of my belongings with plastic, cleaned up all of the dust and debris and even rehung all my blinds for me! I am very impressed with this company and their employees. I would highly recommend and definitely do business with them again. Oh and the price was almost $2000 less than another bid I got for the same windows! A++++ for BNT Services!

These guys were fantastic. Of the 3 quotes I received, they were the most reasonably priced. Bret really explained my options and the differences in the quotes I was seeing so that I could understand what I was getting. They came in and did the entire house in 1 day --- 1 day. The amount of work they did, the cleanliness, and professionalism. I was very, very impressed. And they did a beautiful job. I would definitely recommend their services.

So happy with the experience, service and product! We have been researching windows and window companies for little while. It's not a fun experience at first. The web provided many resources, but Angie's List seemed to have more realistic reviews from actual customers. So I was definitely doing my homework! I was taking notes and asking neighbors and researching. The existing windows were hot in the summer, difficult to function and some were not secure. We knew we had to get down to business and pull the trigger but no one made us feel comfortable and confident with this purchase until we met Bret and the people at BnT Services. From the salesman, installation, to the inspection technician I can not say enough how pleased I am. Fantastic organization, outstanding employees all dedicated to making sure customer satisfaction is achieved at all levels during the entire process. They were knowledgeable and no pressure. We asked questions and they had answers. We were very impressed at their knowledge in the business, and the reviews here on Angie's List! Not many can boast that as you can see here on Angie's List. We are extremely happy with our windows. Our west facing rooms (full hot sun most of the day) are cooler than ever. They are beautiful and easy to function. While they might not be fun, they are beautiful and I am more than satisfied with the work done, and will definately be recommending BnT Services to all my friends and family. I give this provider a A because they did a nice job on the install, the price was right, and I love the door. This was the Big Deal for $1500 + permit. There were a few minor glitches, but throughout the whole experience, everyone at BNT was very responsive. I mainly communicated by email and had no trouble getting prompt assistance. As with any project, it took some time to order the door and get the permitting complete (Aprox 2 months). The inspector had to come back once because the screws inside the panel were not visible and the photos provided were not sufficient. Randy came by and removed the panels so the inspector could see, and all was done correctly. Overall, I would have liked the project to move a bit faster, but am very happy with the outcome.
