Best Color Painting

hired this guy roger from best color painting. although he did a pretty neat job for the most part, as far as tape and drape, cutting in, spraying, etc., he took 7 weeks to complete the job. there was quite a few days it rained (to be fair), but there were at least a half dozen perfect days where he had other things to do; wife was sick, helpers truck broke down, wife hospital, had to go do another job, hurt back, etc...the excuses were endless, taking 7 weeks to complete a 2-week job. In doing so, he took a lot of shortcuts and had to be told or reminded to finish or complete or clean up...from the pressure cleaning to the finish work, etc. He was supposed to do caulking of all windows and roof half-walls, which he did, but not until being asked to. he told me when i asked about the caulking (which was in the contract), that he does the it "after" he gets done painting?? although overall, the job came out ok, he is also hard to communicate with and does not like to return calls, or answer too many questions, so in many cases, i had to call or text him several times to get a response. I will not use this company again

They did a free estimate before he did the work. Great, wonderful.
