We sought several estimates for this repair. Bentley's was the lowest. They performed the repair in a timely fashion. They returned several times to make us happy with the appearance. All in all a very professional crew. From our first contact with JP, to the phone calls with Mitzi (I apologize if I misheard the name), to the diligent workers and Jose -- all were gracious and a pleasure to deal with.

The Tech was very professional. He inspected the roof, took a bunch of pictures to show where cracks were, patched the cracks, noted any possible trouble areas and provided a quote if I wanted to have the repairs to the trouble areas addressed.

First the good: Person who gives estimates, excellent and very professional. Lady at office very responsive and very nice. What happened: 1) Work was supposed to have been completed in one day. 2) Took just over a month to complete, only after my insistence and the help of the office manager. 3) They would give me a date and not show up on that day. 4) The day they would show up it would be a couple of hours late to start job. 5) Workers in the field did not have any idea what they where there for. I would have to relay information and show them the contract. 6) Then even after that they would not complete job properly. 7) No quality control, if they would have had someone in the field just to look at what they had done and what the contract stated job could have been done in a single day. This played out for about a month, until they got close to what was specified on contract. They did offer me a discount for the aggravation, which I used to pay someone else to complete the final part of job. As nice as office worker was I would not recommend this company.

We did reroofing our rental house with Bentley Roofing recently. After checked out with a couple of roofing companies, I decided to use them. Brian Budd and his crews did all paper works and finished the job in time. The roof looks nice. More words to say, our roof color was disapproved by the HOA after the roof was done and payment was made. Brian Budd helped us to explain to the association to resolve the disapproval. I was very happy about their work and service. I will use and recommend them for all roofing work.

The roof tune up deal is basically preventive maintenance. The last thing you want is a small crack becoming a big leak. Bentley quickly inspects your roof and repairs up to 20 cracked tiles. They also caulk and re-seal some piping and exhaust ports on the ceiling. If they see a larger problem they will let you know. Thankfully nothing serious was found and minor repairs were accomplished. Bentley was prompt, courteous and on time. They also take photos of whatever they repair so you can see it without having to climb up on the roof. I am satisfied.

I was pretty much satisfied. The only thing I have to say is I thought they would have spent a little bit more time doing the work but maybe that's because I'm not familiar with the whole process. It was done so quickly, I don't know if they did such a thorough job.
Description of Work: They used some kind of roofing paste or caulk to seal some cracks that were there but they didn't replace anything.

Overall, I was pleased with Bentley Roofing and JP, the representative who did the inspection/minor repair. JP was courteous and responsive....however, due to his being nearly 2 1/2 hours late, I was not at home to meet him, or oversee his inspection. Unfortunately, JP did not think to call to advise me that he was running late, and when I reached him to inquire what his ETA was, he committed to a new arrival time that he did not make either. I had to leave to pick up my children at school, and when I returned, he had come and gone. There was no report left behind as to the condition of the roof, so I had to call JP to ask him what his professional opinion was as to the roof's condition. JP advised that all looked good except for a couple of cracked tiles that he had fixed and other areas that he had sealed. The next day, as I looked out the 2nd story window of my house, there were a couple of areas with grey mortar on my recently pressure-cleaned bright-white tile roof that looked unsightly. The material probably does a great job at preventing leaks but it surely looks bad. I was thankful that those areas on the roof faced the back of the house. JP's recommendation was that I have the flat roof sealed again with elastomeric coating which I will do soon.
Description of Work: Inspected my Spanish-S tile roof (including an area that was two-story) and did some minor sealing and tile repair.

Bentley Roofing 1777 Banks Rd, Margate, FL 33063 The gentleman who came was very knowledgeable. My roof doesn't need anything right now, and won't for years. I appreciate the honesty! He assessed the roof of a room that was added onto the house and told me it had the proper pitch and was correctly tied into the existing structure. This knowledge gives me great peace of mind. He advised me to get storm caps for the turbines for use in hurricanes. I appreciated the time he took to talk with me and answer questions. This is my first home and I want to know how to properly care for it. I will definitely call them when I need work done.
Description of Work: Inspected my roof, applied caulking around roof turbines and hammered down and caulked a couple nails that were lifting.

Details In 9/2014 I paid $1850 for Bentley Roofing to: Bentley Roofing Contract Specifically States: Repair all the cracks around the parapet walls with mastic and membrane. Cut out the blistering flat roof material in the middle of the roof, replacing any rotted wood. Apply a modified bitumen cap sheet to this area. (Torch Down application) Coat the flat roof and the parapet walls with primer and karnak 9000 Elastomeric roof sealant. This repair carries a limited 1 year warranty, and covers any leaks related to the roofing repair. Any leaks and failure of product on the main house roof and parapet walls will be fixed at no cost to customer for 1 year after repair completion if due to failure of workmanship or failure-defect of product. Later changed to 2 yrs by Brian Budd Bentley roofing told me the above would make my roof good for at least three years. During the estimate, the roofer cited the cracks and water stains in my ceiling and as evidence that I had leaks in the roof that needed costly repair. Prior to the work, I made several requests (even via the email with my signed contract) to the roofer and Project manager Brian Budd to make sure to show me the main roof repairs before covering the roof with elastomeric. The roofer agreed to show me but he did not. When I asked again for the fourth time, the roofer covered up the rest of the roof with elastomeric, before I could verify that any mastic and membrane repairs had been done. The roofer came at around noon with his teenage looking son and wife to do the repairs. In about 2 hrs, a much shorter time than the two full days he had told me it would take, the roofer said he had done all the repairs and covered most of the main roof with elastomeric. He also painted over any evidence of work when I specifically asked to see the repairs first. When I even pointed at a large roof crack that had not been repaired with mastic and membrane after he stated all the repairs were done, the roofer said, ?What do you care! I?m the one guaranteeing it!? Because the main roof work took a much shorter time than the Bentley roofer had told me (2 hrs instead of 2 days) and because the Bentley roofer did not show me the main roof repairs via photos or in person as agreed, I was concerned that the roof was never adequately repaired, and just covered with elastomeric. Since it was questionable if Bentley?s roofer had done the repairs on the contract, the Project manager Brian Budd increased the warranty period on my contract to two years instead of one. An increased warranty is of little use if it is not honored, however Brian Budd assured me that Bentley would give me no problems with fixing any roof leaks within the two years. With that assurance, I paid the total amount owed in full for a total of $1850 on 9/15. On 9/25, less than two weeks after the Bentley Roofing work, I emailed Bentley Roofing that the roof was still leaking in several areas causing increasing water damage on my heavy plaster-lathe ceilings after rainfalls. In addition to the original leaks, these new signs of roof leaks included cracks in my ceiling which corresponded almost exactly with the middle section that Bentley Roofing Roofers had pulled up to replace the wood underneath as specified on the contract, but then the roofer decided not to replace the wood. After more than a month after I informed them of the continuing and new roof leaks, the owner of Bentley Roofing, Mike Devaney, and the Project Manager Brian Budd finally came to my house at the end of 10/2014 to water test my roof. Brian Budd said he would bring a moisture meter so he could definitively determine if I had roof leaks, but he did not bring a moisture meter. With a barely trickling hose on my roof, they insisted that I had no active roof leaks despite the new cracks in the ceiling and new water stains, the evidence they initially used to tell me I had active roof leaks. Owner Mike Devaney even told me that he thought my roof had no problems and should be good for six more years. From Sept to January, I continued to photograph the increasing signs of leakage and requested several times for Bentley Roofing to repair the leaks. They did not. In 1/2015, ¼ of my bedroom ceiling collapsed from one of these roof leaks. The roof leak was confirmed when a couple of days after the collapse, the Project Manager put water on my roof with a hose and the exposed wood above the collapsed bedroom ceiling got visibly wet and saturated. In 2/2015, when I again asked Bentley Roofing to please fix the active roof leaks in accordance with our contract, Bentley Roofing refused to fix the leaks and instead threatened to sue me. On 2/6/2015 Bentley Roofing?s Project manager Brian Budd wrote to me within a longer email: ?If any attempts are made by you to slander or libel Bentley Roofing or myself through any media you will be hearing directly from our attorney. Please govern yourself accordingly.? The supervisor at Angie?s List told me that Angie?s List ?consider[s] this intimidation as they are trying to intimidate you with a lawsuit threat.? Verification and Proof from Other A-Listed Roofers After receiving this ?lawsuit threat? and after Bentley repeatedly refused to fix the roof leaks according to my warranty, I sought the professional opinion of A-listed, experienced roofers. These A-listed roofers told me that Bentley Roofing did a disservice to me by putting elastomeric on my roof, that elastomeric is not approved for flat roofs and that the elastomeric is probably trapping water in my roof, causing my ceilings to crack. The A listed roofers said Bentley Roofing used incompatible products on my roof. The A listed roofers said that they have never heard of a roofer who did not acknowledge an active roof leak when stain marks on the ceiling went far outside of the pencil marks that were drawn around the stain after the repair, as is the case with my ceilings. An A-listed roofer also told me the elastomeric they used on my roof, Tropical, is a cheaper product than the one specified in my contract, Karnak. Before the Bentley work, one A listed roofer told me my roof looked great and told me all I needed to do was fill the cracks on the parapet walls (as noted on their estimate). The same company, AFTER the Bentley repair, said and wrote on his estimate that my only option was to put on a new roof because traditional roofing materials to repair leaks will not last for any significant amount of time due to the elastomeric that Bentley put on my roof. He said the leaks had to be repaired before the elastomeric was put on. And fixing my roof leaks was no longer a viable option because of the elastomeric that Bentley put on my roof. Earl Johnston, the owner of award winning Earl Johnston Roofing, gave me permission to mention that he reviewed my roof before the Bentley repair and in February after the Bentley repair and that Bentley Roofing used incompatible materials on my roof that would wash off in about a month and he saw that no mastic membrane repairs had been done on my roof. Earl Johnston even spoke to the Project manager at Bentley Roofing on my behalf but to no avail. After less than 5 months from the Bentley repair, my roof was still in need of repair, as Earl Johnston?s estimate shows the repairs needed to correct the Bentley work. (see attached) On 3/24/2015, one of the A listed roofer?s emailed me their assessment of Bentley?s work on my roof. (The punctuation is from the email) ?This roof really is a mess!! I see lots of cracks everywhere that should have been filled prior to waterproofing!!? (See attached photos) I did not let Bentley Roofing?s attempt to "intimidate" me stop me from writing this review. I have proof in photos, professional opinions, estimates, and now written verification that Bentley Roofing did not in fact do the mastic-membrane repairs on my Bentley contract. Conclusion I paid Bentley roofing $1850 to repair my roof leaks, replace and cap any rotted wood in the middle of the roof and put elastomeric coating that Bentley Roofing told me would make my roof good for at least three years. However, I have proof that Bentley Roofing did not fill all the cracks on my roof with mastic and membrane repairs, as specified on my contract, the repairs that were needed in order to fix my roof leaks. Not only did they not do the mastic membrane repairs or replace the rotted wood as specified in my contract, but after I asked multiple times to see the repairs, the roofer covered the rest of the main roof with elastomeric paint before I could see if the repairs were done. Due to their failure to do the work specified on my contract, their failure to repair my roof leaks in the original repair, and the new roof leaks that appeared under the middle area they pulled up, and their failure to honor the warranty to fix my roof leaks over the 5 months following, my roof and 6 of my ceilings were greatly damaged, even to the point of the ¼ of the ceiling bedroom collapsing. Therefore, Bentley Roofing should give a full refund of the amount I paid them $1850 and should at the very least pay for the damage of my collapsed bedroom ceiling, 1 of the 6 ceilings that were damaged from their failure to do the repairs on the contract and their failure to honor the warranty over the following several months. Along with all the above supporting documentation, I have attached written confirmation, proof, that the mastic-membrane repairs needed to fix my roof leaks as specified on my contract were in fact not performed by Bentley Roofing. Bentley contract states "Repair all the cracks around the parapet walls with mastic and membrane. "Coastal Roofing's letter states ?No Membrane had been used as specified ...[by] the other company and no rotted wood was changed out.?(attached) (Also, please see My Response to the Company?s Response above in the 1st section of my review)
Description of Work: On 9/12, in about 2 hrs, a much shorter time than the 2 days he estimated, the Bentley roofer told me that he had completed ALL the roof repairs and almost all of the elastomeric on the main section of my roof. On 9/25, less than 2 weeks after Bentley Roofing’s work, I emailed them that the signs of active roof leaks increased in the areas that I hired them to fix and in new areas, including directly under an area they pulled up. Repeatedly, for months, from 9/25/2014 to 1/2015, I contacted Bentley Roofing to repair the roof leaks according to the warranty, but they did not. In 1/2015, 1/4 of my bedroom ceiling collapsed. In Feb as a test Bentley Roofing put water on my roof and the exposed wood above my collapsed bedroom ceiling got visibly saturated, confirming the roof leak where the collapse occurred. Even after confirming the leak, the Project manager Brian Budd said he wouldn’t send a roofer to repair it, but he would repair the leak himself with a non-roofer teenage-looking boy. Significantly, I later learned that Bentley used incompatible materials to fix the leak that other roofers said would not last and wash away in a month. When I again pleaded for Bentley Roofing to fix the roof leaks according to the warranty, they refused to fix the roof leaks and instead threatened to sue me for libel and slander. On 2/6, Bentley’s B rian Budd emailed me “If any attempts are made by you to slander or libel Bentley Roofing or myself through any media you will be hearing directly from our attorney. Please govern yourself accordingly.” The supervisor at Angie’s List told me that Angie’s List “consider[s] this intimidation as they are trying to intimidate you with a lawsuit threat.” I would not recommend Bentley Roofing for any roof repairs as of 3/2015 my roof is still leaking in the areas I paid them to fix, along with roof leaks occurring in new areas, and I continue to get water damage from these roof leaks due to their failure to fix the leaks during the original repair and in the months following the repair. In short, within 5 months of their work, my roof is still in need of repair, verified by estimates of other Angie’s “A” listed roofers. As a result of the poor quality of workmanship and unwillingness to comply with the fully executed agreement, Bentley Roofing should immediately return my good faith payment of $1,850.00, and pay additional money for the water damage that subsequently resulted. PROOF & VERIFICATION: After Bentley tried to “intimidate” me with a “lawsuit threat” and repeatedly refused to honor their warranty, I was forced to hire another roofer in May to stop the damage from the roof leaks that Bentley did not and would not fix and from NEW roof leaks that appeared where they worked, before more ceilings collapsed. In addition to professional opinions, I now have written proof and verification that none of the mastic and membrane repairs needed to fix my roof leaks and specifically mentioned on my Bentley contract had been performed by Bentley. “No Membrane had been used as specified …[by] the other company and no rotted wood was changed out.” (Coastal Roofing letter attached) Bentley Roofing did not perform the work on my contract. I have written proof that they did not fill “all cracks” on the parapet walls with mastic and membrane as my contract specifies. Their failure to do the tasks on my contract and their failure to honor the warranty in the following months caused costly damage to my roof and ceilings. MY RESPONSE TO COMPANY BENTLEY ROOFING’S RESPONSE: Bentley Roofing’s Response is untruthful. 1 Bentley Roofing was given access to and did review the inside of my property prior to beginning work and prior to giving me the written estimate and contract. During the estimate, the Bentley roofer, along with his son, came inside my house and reviewed the interior of my house and ceilings prior to giving me the estimate and contract. Bentley Roofing also evaluated my roof twice before the estimate was given. The Bentley roofer told me his repairs would fix all my roof leaks and that his suggested repairs and elastomeric would make the roof good for at least 3 years. 2 I paid the full amount due, which was initialed by Brian Budd, the Project manager. I complained about the workmanship of the roofers, that they twice covered up the work with elastomeric before showing me any mastic and membrane repairs and that they pulled up but did not replace the rotted wood in the middle and on 9/15, Brian Budd, took $250 off the bill and increased the warranty to two years to fix any roof leaks. He initialed all the changes he made on my contract. Brian Budd assured me Bentley would give me no problems with fixing any roof leaks within the two year warranty in case the repairs had not been done. I never saw photos of the mastic membrane repairs on the main roof. Furthermore, the roofer I hired in 5/2015 confirmed in writing that no membrane repairs had been done by Bentley on my roof. (attached Coastal Roofing letter) On 9/12, at 3:03 pm, less than an hour after the Bentley roofer said he had done all the repairs and left due to approaching rain, I emailed Brian Budd, to please email me the photos of the repair from that day. To this date, I have never received those photos or any photos of mastic membrane repairs on the main roof. On 9/15, after I complained that I believed the repairs on the main roof were not done, Brian Budd showed me mastic-membrane photos from the carport area, an area separate from the main roof, on his phone. I said, “Those aren’t the main roof; those are the carport.” And Brian Budd, confirmed by saying, “Oh yeah, those are the carport” and he put his phone away. Despite my multiple written and verbal requests, I did not see any photos nor was I shown in person mastic membrane repairs of the main roof, the repairs needed to fix my roof leaks. Any mastic and membrane repairs done on 9/15 were of the carport and not the main roof, since the main roof was already covered by the Bentley roofers with elastomeric, almost completely on 9/12, and within minutes of their arrival on the 15th. 3 I never asked the roof crew or anyone from Bentley Roofing to leave my property ever. On 9/12, after only about two hours on my roof, the Bentley roofer called me and told me that he, his wife and teenage looking son had done all the repairs already, they pulled up the wood in the middle but didn’t replace it and covered almost the entire roof with elastomeric. The Bentley roofer said that he, his wife and son were going to leave because he thought it was going to rain soon. I went on the ladder and saw that almost the whole main roof was covered with elastomeric. I never asked anyone to leave. The Bentley roofer said he would finish up the little left to be done on Monday because it was about to rain. I asked him again as he was leaving, to make sure to call me on Monday before he arrived and let me see the repairs he had done before any work was started again on Monday and for him to double check that he mastic and membraned all the cracks. On Monday, 9/15, he did not call me before starting work as he agreed, I heard his ladder prop against my house outside, and instead I saw that he had finished covering the entire main roof with elastomeric within minutes of his arrival without showing me any repairs again. I immediately called Brian Budd and also Bentley’s customer service and complained to both in two separate phone calls, one after the other. 4 I did not fabricate any letters or anything else. The contractor wrote his opinion in his own handwriting and in his own words in Feb 2015, AFTER Bentley did not honor the contract or warranty repeatedly for months. Brian Budd called and said something to this contractor and then the contractor decided to retract his letter after speaking to Brian Budd. I do not know what Brian Budd said to the contractor, but as Angie’s List supervisor characterized as an attempt to “intimidate [me]”, Brian Budd is the same person that emailed me “If any attempts are made by you to slander or libel Bentley Roofing or myself through any media you will be hearing directly from our attorney. Please govern yourself accordingly.” 5 Earl Johnston of Earl W. Johnston Roofing, said that the scupper IS part of my roof. In less than 10 days after Bentley’ work, new roof leaks appeared not only in the bedroom, where the ¼ of the ceiling later collapsed, but also new roof leaks appeared in 5 other rooms as well within days of the Bentley work, including directly under the middle where the Bentley roofer pulled up but did not replace the rotted wood and directly under the crack the Bentley roofer told me he wasn’t going to fill. I informed Bentley via email of these roof leaks 10 days after their work on 9/25/2014 and for approximately five months after their work until 2/2015, I continued to inform Bentley Roofing of these increasing roof leaks and resulting damage in several rooms and asked them to honor their warranty. After reviewing my roof before and after Bentley’s work, reviewing Bentley’s work and the damage that resulted to my ceilings due to their faulty work, Earl Johnston offered and did speak to Bentley Roofing to try and get them to honor their contract with me but Bentley roofing again refused to honor the warranty. Earl Johnston said his estimate (see attached) of the repairs needed on my roof within 5 months of Bentley’s work show his opinion of Bentley’s work. Earl Johnston’s estimate documents that the repairs specified on my contract with Bentley still needed to be done (in less than 5 months after Bentley’s work) and documents additional work needed to fix the errors made by Bentley’s work, including Bentley’s use of incompatible materials, that would wash away in a month, according to Earl Johnston, the owner of award winning, A rated, Earl W. Johnston Roofing.

Response from Bentley Roofing
We are displeased to read your review, and our sorry for your perceived poor experience with our company. That being said, your review is not unexpected. When we feel as though we are being deceived by a customer, we must be very careful about how issues are handled. It is important for the members whom read this review to know all of the facts pertaining to the problems you have with Bentley Roofing. 1. You did not allow access to the inside of your property prior to us beginning work. Had we seen the condition of your property, we most likely would have walked away from the project entirely. 2. You refused to pay the full value of the repair contract, even though you were given photographic evidence that all work had been performed exactly as described on the contract. 3. You asked the roofing crew to leave your property on the first day of work for reasons undisclosed. 4. You fabricated letters from interior contractors whom were personally contacted by us for verification as to the cause of your damaged ceilings. 5. You failed to disclose that one of the roofers you mentioned in your review contacted us directly and informed us that he had indicated to you that the leak in your bedroom was from a wall scupper, and was not caused by poor workmanship by Bentley Roofing prior to you request to have us fix that issue under warranty. To the members whom read this review, please know that Bentley Roofing prides itself on providing the very best customer service and workmanship in south Florida. We appreciate you choosing us for your roofing needs and look forward to providing you with the best experience possible.

I had a leak that damaged a closet area of the master bedroom. They came in and determined that it was due to some cracks around the flashing of my chimney area, inspected the rest of the roof and told me everything else was fine. Set up a date to fix the flashing, work was done quickly and professionally. I would definitely use them again.

Bentley Roofing failed to do the work. Bentley Roofing just - after accepting the service and scheduling a date to perform it - later, choose to not do it. They did not call the Angie's List member to inform their decision; they just abandon the service undone, alleging that they do not cover that área of the city. Very umprofessional company!

Response from Bentley Roofing
We worked with the homeowner to resolve this issue. The work was completed satisfactorily. When this service was purchased, it was purchased with the intended address of the registered member. This was for a rental property the member owned in South Miami out of our service area. We completed the work out of good faith because we take pride in being on Angie's List. We value all of our members that receive services through our company.

My insurance Co. asked for a Roof Certification from a Licensed company in order to renew the policy. Brian Budd from Bentley Roofing contacted me right away and was punctual, cordial and very profesional. I appreciate the honesty and know how demonstrated during the roof inspection.... would highly recommend it.

All went well right from the original contact by phone. I called them and described the type of service that I needed. I was told that a representative would come to my house. As the day and time came there was JP Merino at my front door, as promised. He inspected my roof, gave me a quote( 1/3 less than another roofer) and gave me a date for service. The date came and there were 2 workmen in my drive to perform the service. They went to it, replaced by tiles, cleaned up and were gone that afternoon. I was satisfied with entire experience of engaging thiscompany.

First Brian came out and provided the estimate. He was the most detailed of all the estimators. Some just looked from the ground and gave an estimate, but Brian thoroughly walked the entire roof and even took pictures to explain the work. His price was even with the rest. They started when agreed upon and when his workers left some fascia out that was already painted in the rain, he said he would correct and have a painter come out and touch-up. When I went to walk the final result, I realized the painter did more then the fascia that had been replaced, he actually did the other side of the house in which the roof peaks and I was planning on doing myself, wow I was impressed that they did that!! All the work looked amazing! He is coming back to walk with me and then get payment! They didn't ask for a penny and the work is already complete? Not even a deposit?? I love these guys and they are my official roofer of choice going forward without a doubt.

Everything went smoothly and the work was completed appropriately.
Description of Work: I purchased the roof tune up and while inspecting a leak was found. Brian talked to me about my options and I decided to fix the issue while it was still relatively small. Workers were polite and completed the work in a timely manner.

Jon Paul was absolutely correct with analyzing the problem and that was what was without going on the roof. He gave us every thing that had to be done. The price was quite reasonable. They were extremely professional. I would definitely reccommend them. They worked fast to get it done before the rain came. They were just wonderful and John Paul was terrific.
Description of Work: John Paul came on Sunday. He came at the time he was supposed to. I appreciated that. He set up for the workman to come on Monday. On Monday they finished work at 5:30 and covered all the work in case of the rain. They came back Tuesday to finish up. Removed and replaced all the spanish tiles and under layment. They replaced all the wood. They replaced the flashwink from roof to walls. They gave me a warranty for the work.

It went great! Brian is amazing! He was nice, punctual, answered all of my questions, and sent us a quote and photos of our roof right away. He fixed a bunch of tiles on the roof and gave us a quote for what the other work would be (missing ridge cap, tiles replaced, etc). I would definitely recommend this company!
Description of Work: We bought the $149 roof tune-up. The roofer came out and inspected the entire roof, took pictures, and repaired multiple tiles.

Had no problem scheduling an appt. to have roof looked at. Brian came out at the set time and visually inspected the roof and gave us his educated opinion on what needed to be done and a competitive proposal on the cost. Called Brian and scheduled the repair date. They did the repair and left nothing in the form of debris behind. So far its rained a few times and we have no more leaks. If we ever have roofing issues in the future we will be calling Bentley roofing.

Ohio State Buckeye. Race car fanatic and one-time driver. Drove many fast cars, including the Lambo Gallardo and Ferrari race car at 120MPH effortless turn. Brian said that he was a preferred estimator for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. He told me that AngiesList got him some big jobs. He spent a full hour onsite. Nice guy, young-looking, and personable. He was selling Deluxe roof, when all the insurance company paid for was a basic roof. Unfortunately, I had to go with someone else.

It turned out well. It was fairly straight-forward. They contact me and we settled on a time and date. They told me when to come out, they came out on time and at the time they said they would. They were very responsive.
Description of Work: It was part of a big deal that I bought from Angie's List. They came out, they inspected and then they told me the condition of the roof and what we needed.
