Description of Work: Repair broken roof tiles

Description of Work: I purchased a big deal for $129 for Tile Roof Tune-Up. They would not schedule an appointment with me because it was outside a certain time frame. I called a few times and one of the workers had put down that they had been to my house so the manager thought the work was done but in fact it was not.

Description of Work: I bought the big deal for my son. Brain answered my request the next day and went to my son's home and completed a review of his roof to include pictures that he emailed to my son. We were very pleased with the service he provided and would highly recommend him as we found him to be very honest which is rare in south Florida.

Description of Work: Brian Budd is the most professional person I have met in Fla. He was on time for the appointment. Took a look at my barrel tile roof, did a few repairs and he was done. Suggested a few minor things that could be done down the road. I would highly recommend Bentley Roofing. And I can honestly say, I don't recommend to many companies in the south Fla. area.This was my first Angie's list Appt. and I was very impressed. Description of Work: Contact was good, a schedule was set, and I'd planned to take off from work. Due to scheduling conflict Bentley Roofing contacted me and changed the time they wanted to perform service. I was OK with that with the promise that I would receive pictures of areas that needed work and/or had been fixed. I never received any confirmation of the work completed, however I did look at the roof from several locations and it appeared work had been done but I still don't have the big picture of repairs done or if additional work needs to be accomplished. The price seemed OK and I think they did the work but have had no contact since the work was done. On the other hand I didn't contact Bentley Roofing either, but I am busy and shouldn't have to follow up.

Description of Work: Look at the barrel shaped ceramic roof tiles. Gave status and life expectancy. Very professional and expert knowledge. I was very satisfied.

Description of Work: Did a great job repairing roof!

Description of Work: Nice man spent 10-15 minutes up on the roof. Says all is good and no problems. Subsequently paid Critter Control to patch two holes where rats had chewed through, and also pressure washers took photos of cracked and broken tiles.

Description of Work: We had a leak in the roof near the vent for the kitchen stove. We had them do a roof inspection and the repairman found some cracks near the flashing. He re-sealed all the roof vents and everything has been fine since then.

Description of Work: Bentley was extremely responsive. I like the fact that they took the time to really walk through the issues with my roof. They discussed different options rather than just recommending a new roof. I would definitely use them again.
