It went well and the pool service was exceptional. I also recommended to all my friends. Unfortunately we had to stop using them because of budget concerns. Would definitely use them again.

Things went well on the initial visit. However, the actual cost of the repairs was significantly more than the estimate and I was not informed of this ahead of time. The work appears to be high quality. Harry has always been responsive in answering questions about my spa. I have recently been concerned about the way the spa is being maintained - the water level was low, the water seemd to have too much chlorine in it, and there are granules in the water. Hopefully this will be addressed.

The owner (Harry) contacted me after the workman didn't show for our initial estimating appointment and not only apologized, but he took our pool light renovation project under his wing personally. He took care of the estimating and the repairs by being on the job himself with the workers. I inquired about his insurance and licensing and he kindly faxed me copies of all of the materials I asked for. He was pleasant when answering all my questions about the project each time I called him. They scheduled the work around our schedule and didn't inconvenience us in any way. They cleaned up the yard and pool area when finished and billed us exactly what he had estimated the job would cost. A bad initial experience turned out great!

THEY ARE VERY GOOD, PROMPT, AND RELIABLE PEOPLE. THEY DID GOOD WORK AND THEY CLEANED UP THE MESS AFTER THEY WERE DONE. THE PRICE COULD HAVE BEEN CHEAPER.
