Great company to work with!! They gave a no bs quote and installed the supernova accordian shutters in under 6 weeks. We are in Boynton Beach florida and we contacted them right after the last hurricane. They were very responsive.

Assured Storm Protection did an amazing job from start to finish. It all started with Greg. He came to our home and was extremely patient with all of my questions and concern that I had from other companies. He walked me through the best products for my house (because not all the products were the right type for my house). He never tried to sell me anything I didn’t need. Then came Barbara And Taylor. Those ladies were very helpful when it came to scheduling around our busy schedule. When it came time to install our Accordion Shutters I was shocked that only one gentleman showed up for the installation. To my surprise he had them installed within 3 hours! Amazing! We also had two Impact Windows CGi single hung windows installed. The gentlemen that installed these window came to my home cry respectful of my house. Made sure to cover my couch and rug (just in case). They also cleaned up very well after themselves. Finally came Kevin!!! He helped me when I had a “dump” question about the window. Needless to say Kevin is an amazing individual!!!! (Haha). Plus, All of our products are extremely easy to use! I loved this company and I will recommend them to everyone I can! Thank you! We have Assured Storm Protection installed impact windows and accordion shutters for us. Assured Storm Protection did a great job from the beginning to the end. They always inform us the time they come and always show up on time. They did all the paper work with Boca Raton City for Permits and Inspections. Their price is also very reasonable. We put on shutters the first time recently for hurricane Dorian and everything is perfect, very easy to open and close.

I am a repeat customer for Assured Storm Protection. They installed shutters and an impact door and window in my previous home about 3 years ago. I hired them again to install 2 large Supernova hurricane shutters to protect my enclosed patio and the double front door and to install CGI impact windows in the rest of the house. Their pricing is fair and their work is excellent. They are on time and professional. They were able to complete the window installation in one day with a crew of 4. They covered furniture and were able to work around my newly installed plantation shutters. The only glitch was that the manufacturer sent the wrong style screen and they had to reorder them. They ordered them the day the problem was identified and allowed me to hold the final payment until they arrive (which is estimated at 4-6 weeks). my wife and i were interested in getting impact windows and we decided to go to assured storm protection. Through trial and error we did extensive research on a particular company to choose and to my surprise, assured has exceeded my expectations. The customer service was impeccable. The profound amount of knowledge they had made the entire process smooth. The installers were amazing along with the management and engineering. During the installation the installers noticed an imperfection in the glass and called the manufacture right away about this issue. Almost instantly a representative from assured called me to "assure" me the issue will be resolved within 6 weeks. They even handed me a $2500 check with my name on it to hold until the final window was installed. 4 weeks later the window came and the job is completed. I gave them back the check and the company was kind enough to give me a $150 credit for the inconvenience

They installed the shutters very quickly. Everyone was very knowledgeable from the very beginning. Installers were efficient and cleaned up when done. Price was very reasonable, now my family has piece of mind if a hurricane should present itself.

Assured Storm Protection LLC was wonderful to work with! They came out when they promised and did a great job installing our Supernova Accordion Shutters. Since we have a condo, everything must match with the other units. They had experience in our development and had previously installed our neighbor's shutters, so they knew what color we needed & how to do it. After many horrific experiences dealing with renovations in my new home my experience with Assured was a welcomed relief. Robert showed up on time and explained all of what was to be expected throughout the process and it went exactly as he said. From HOA approval to inspection after the installation, every person that I spoke with there was helpful. When I misunderstood the need to leave the documentation for the inspector Angela in the office was SUPER helpful. She went above and beyond to help. I would definitely use them again when the time comes.

We have 2 houses that required complete re-roofing. Choosing a roofing company was no easy task. Greg Bono the sale expert was so wonderful and very caring any problems or concerns I can call him or email him and he always answer me back. I highly recommend using this company. I recently had them install both impact glass and shutters. The entire cost was way less than I expected to pay. The process of scheduling, installation & inspection was seamless. The mess I was expecting was minimal. Most of all, the guys doing the actual installation were courteous, respectful and very conscience of the mess that comes with big projects. All in all, it was probably the best construction related experience I ever had.

Had old quote from year ago, the new price was very close to old price. They installed as I was told, great job. Had issue with 3 windows as shutter did not fit stucco band, association wanted corrected. They immediately replaced the 3 windows in 2 days.

Installation was done as per the schedule. Provided good service before and after installation.

Outstanding company, had Supernova shutters and impact CGI bay window which consisted of 3 separate windows installed. Clean installation performed on time. The inspection in city of Plantation was approved 1st visit. Had estimates from big box store 3 to 4K higher with less warranty. From start to finish everything went smoothly. The company was reliable and affordable. Our salesman Anthony and his assistant Nicole were always available to answer all of our questions. Nikki was our regular contact. She was very professional, attentive, and made sure to resolve any concerns we had during the process. The install crew was very knowledgeable and left our home neat. The Assured team really made this large purchase effortless. We will gladly recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

Assured Storm provided a good price and great service in the process of updating my panels to both accordion and roll up shutters.

Very happy with my decision to go with Assured Storm for my hurricane shutter install. Although I had to wait 20 weeks for installation of my accordion shutters - it was worth it. They did a great job, cleaned up and were very professional. They had the best quote which and great reviews which is why I ended up with them. Haven’t been through a hurricane yet so I can’t review on quality quite yet.

"We do not rest until our clients are satisfied." That is what is said in the description of the company. DO NOT BELIEVE IT. This could not be further from the truth. We had decided to prepare our house for hurricane season with new doors and windows. After searching Angie's list, we decided on Assured. Everything went well including the installation. Then we went through hurricane Irma. We had 6 windows that leaked. We had to keep replacing towels at each window so the water wouldn't collect on the floors. After the hurricane we contacted Assured and the run around began. At first, someone came to the house just to see where the windows were leaking. Next, a person who worked for CGI came to "Fix" the issue with calking. Problem continued when tested with a hose. Christian (field manager) came to look at windows again (he missed first appointment to come out). He sent out CGI rep who said windows weren't installed properly by Assured. Christian comes out again with CGI rep and they decided to replace the windows. Year later still no windows. Have tried to contact Keith Mcgraw many times with no return calls. We have been through the excuses including the "We are in the process of moving". Finally, after many calls from me I was told windows were in. STILL WAITING for installation. Luckily no hurricanes this past season. We have talked with Chrisitan, Joe, Phil and Keith at different times and each has dropped the ball. I guess they have been up for a year because this client is far from satified.
