I just wanted to take a moment and type up a very positive experience I had with this particular company. I live in Wilton Manors, FL (Fort Lauderdale) and had hurricane impact windows installed in my condo on April 26th, 2016 and on April 27th, 2016 I had my inspection. The guys that came out to do the work were courteous, respectful of the property, professional and efficient! I am extremely happy with the outcome and so are a couple of my neighbors who used the same company. I have a couple more neighbors either using this company for impact windows or considering it. I don't often go on websites to compliment or complain but really wanted to get this positive experience to flow throughout the internet to let people know there are still companies out there that truly care about their customers and should be applauded for their efforts. I love the windows! Had a storm today and barely even heard the ruckus it was causing outside and just feel so much safer! I don't even hear the every day noises I always heard from the train to traffic (horns and sirens etc)! So a big THANK YOU to the employees I dealt with at Assured Storm Protection and I will name a few off the top of my head (Keith, Barbara, Christina, Dario, Flavio) Go with this company...you shall not be disappointed!

Last month, my husband and I had the pleasure of working with Assured Storm Protection when we ordered, and had installed, hurricane shutters on our home in Delray Beach, Florida. Anthony, our initial contact, was very thorough and conscientious in explaining the product to us. He answered our questions patiently and knowledgeably. The installation process went smoothly and the workers were efficient, polite, and neat. One of the installers expertly showed me how to work the shutters and also told me how to care for and maintain them. I would definitely use Assured Storm Protection again and would highly recommend this very professional company to friends, family, and neighbors!

Although the workers arrived an hour or two later than we expected, when they arrived they began work immediately. There were only two men and they worked from 10 until 7 to complete the job. After, installation, they went around and vacuumed the dust they had generated from drilling. They left the site clean, no debris.

Excellent service overall. Timely and professional. I wish I would have found them when I first had impact Windows installed. Everyone at Assured was wonderful from beginning to end.

I had 3 estimates done. Assured''s pricing was very competitive and the salesman knew his business where some of the other company's sales people did not appear to be as knowledgeable. From the first inquiry phone call to the sales call and through the installation, everyone was responsive, professional, always on time and did a great job. The installers worked all day to finish the job in one day and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. The county inspection went well and the inspector indicated they did more than was required on the impact front door. I would definitely recommend Assured Storm Protection to anyone needing hurricane shutters, doors or windows.

I met with three different window companies recently after purchasing a new primary residence that had no storm protection. Assured Storm Protection was by far the more professional initial meeting where the salesman was able to show me a variety of options and colors, and he was very informative of the product. Besides a great first impression, their price beat the other two companies' prices. From the get-go everyone through the process was very professional and well presented. The three guys who did the installation were respectful and really seemed to enjoy their job. They covered my household goods and cleaned up after themselves. The finished product looks fantastic and the inspector approved the installation on the first visit. I would highly recommend this company.

Our intial contact was with Ron, who came to our home to give us a quote. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He wrote the quote immediately while he was there and we agreed. Signed contract via email, scheduled final measuring, then install was scheduled. Doors arrived on time, installers did a great job and completed everything in a day. They took away all trash and even swept my back patio. Final inspection was done within 3 days and they were back to install final coverings. The entire process was painless and everyone was great to work with. Doors look great!

ultimately we didn't end up going with this company but I wanted to review them because of all the companies that came out to give estimates very few were professional and some seemed to think only my husband made decisions. Greg came out to give me a quote. He answered lots of my questions, he quoted me for what I wanted without trying to push products on me. He was dressed very professionally, arrived punctually, and was courteous and patient. His price was the best we received by only about $400 but we ended up not going with this company only because a company we were previously working with lowered their price to match his. One thing I wanted to point out is that I've noticed several companies charging high fees for getting the permit seemingly to make some extra bucks. This company charges you only what it cost for the permit, they give you the receipt and you reimburse them. His estimated permit fee was up to $250 less that some other companies!

They installed both new impact doors and hurricane shutters. Assured was both professional and performed all work very quickly and with the highest quality. I would very much recommend them as a firm you will be very pleased with. They handled the permitting process very smoothly and arranged for all the required inspections, My house has a number of large openings and the quality of the shutters and doors was great for these hard to fit applications.

As a first time home owner this entire process is new to me. I looking to replace all the doors and windows in my new house. My dad gave me the number for Assured Storm Protection. I received a call from Greg we set an appointment. Since I have been shopping around I thought it was going to be the same old thing. Greg wasn't pushy he took the time to explain and to clarify any concerns. I also had a discounted quote from a competitor. Greg matched my quote and gave me a warranty. Wow, he truly delivered it was a great experience. Very happy with this decision and my wife well she truly loves her new house.

I interviewed 7 different window contractors. At the time I was interviewing, a new energy code was implemented, and ALL seven sales representatives had a different interpretation of the code, needless to say it was confusing. Ron with Assured, had the right wait and see approach to see how it was implemented. Using his contacts in the counties, he was able to follow up with a proper interpretation of the code and did not attempt to upsell me based on new requirements that would not be imposed. Also, the price for Assured was significantly lower than the other providers. They were also able to install a 6' picture window. When we signed the contract Assured gave a paper that basically says it is going to be a while before installation. And they didn't lie. It did take almost three months for the services to be performed, which was concerning since it was hurricane season, but luckily no storms came. When they did come, the work was done meticulously with no edges left tainted. I am very pleased with the look of the windows and impact door. I haven't actually thrown a brick at my window, but I assume they are safe. They passed city inspection first try. I would recommend Assured to anyone needing impact windows and doors.

I had CGI high impact windows and a sliding glass door installed in my condo. After receiving bids from three other companies that were highly recommended to me by friends, I decided to go with Assured Storm Protection. This decision was based on Assured?s outstanding reviews on Angie?s List and their excellent price. I have nothing but praise for this company. They did an excellent job. Two crews worked on the project (one crew for the windows and the other for the doors). They worked particularly well together, were very professional and extremely pleasant. The job was completed in one day. The windows and doors are beautiful! I am so pleased with Assured Storm Protection and highly recommend them.

I spent a lot of time researching accordion hurricane shutters companies. Called and had many estimates given. Assured Storm Protection was the best priced and most professional company. Greg, Assured Storm Protection sales person, was thorough and answered all my many questions courteously. The shutters were installed promptly and are happy with the finished product. I would recommend them for anyone looking for hurricane shutters.

My window install was just completed on Friday. I would like to first share a note from my insurance company (post install) "Congratulations! Your revised homeowners annual policy premium is $3,434.69, which is a decrease of $5,963.43." Thank You Ron! Great team, very professional, VERY CLEAN. The install was quick easy, and unintrusive. I sometimes feel uncomfortable having contractors all over my house, but this team was genuine and honest. A real pleasure to work with...and the results...AMAZING. I just asked for a quote for my rental property...I will definitely have Assured do the work there as well.

I had used Assured Storm Protection to install accordion shutters for the windows on my second story condo in April, 2015. From the sales tech who made the initial visit through the engineering, permitting and installation, these guys were great! A few of the windows required special construction and engineering...they handled it without a hitch. Our condo association was in need for a hurricane shutter for our front door area. We wanted something concealable and of course, robust for potential hurricanes. Because of my prior great experience, we used Assured once more. Again...from sales through engineering, permitting and installation, every member of the Assured team was great! I highly recommend using Assured Storm Protection!

Not only were they the best price but they sell both PGT and CGI so you get an honest opinion on them whereas my estimate from one guy who sold PGT obviously said his were the best and the estimate I got from a person who sold CGI said his were the best. Everyone I dealt with was nice and friendly. Also they were very punctual with appointments for the measuring and install. They had 4 people come out to install and finished in under 2 hours. Everything looks great and the quality of the product is very good as well. Overall I am very happy with them.

The team came on time with the appropriate number of person for the job. They covered all furniture so that no dust could get into the furniture. The crew was super clean, when finish they vaccum the inside, re-installed all the shades and made sure there was no broken glasses outside, also made sure that the outside and the inside finish touch was perfect. While they were working, there was a lot of people looking at the way they were working and they told me they were impressed of the quality of their work and the quality of the windows that purchased. Other window companies were recommended to us by the administration of the building and the quote of Assured was nothing compare the this companies for the quality of the product we got. We are so pleased that we choose Assured for once we did not get rip off. I am and I would recommend this Company to anyone and everyone that wants to hear it.

My wife and I decided to replace our windows with hurricane impact windows. We had 3 companies come to bid the project. We chose Assured due to the presentation. Anthony showed up with 5 sample windows to look at. He measured our home and gave us a written quote on the spot followed up with an official quote via email. The other 2 companies had a person show up with a note pad and a pencil and got back to us with a quote. As it turned out Assured was the best price also. After the decision to choose Assured the engineer came to our home and took exact measurements. He was courteous and professional. The windows were ordered and were then installed. The installers were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The job was done neatly and the process was clean and done in a timely manner. They even saved my marble window sills which made me very happy. There was no pressure or unexpected suprises. I would definitely use Assured again in the future and recommend them to anyone to use.

We've signed a contract with Assured Storm Protection to install 10 impact windows. We had another offer 1000$ less, but we've chosen them because they had good reviews. Everything went very well till the 1st day of installation when they came to install 9 windows (1 was missing). From the beginning, trying to finish the installation in 1 day by working a long day (10am to 9pm), the installation manager and his assistant didn't check the installed windows before leaving to see if they were opening properly or if they did, they didn't tell us that 3 of them were defective and pushed us for writing the 2 checks as if the installation was fully completed and in order.We saw that the next morning, when trying to open the windows. We contacted them to explain the problems. Their answer was that it was nothing, that they would repair everything when installing the last window. One week later, when the same team came to install the last window (which was neither working), they took small pieces of the defective windows and told us that they would fix everything in a short time. That was may, 6th 2015. After several phone calls to the company, nothing happened till we put a review on Angie's list. In June, 25th 2015, we received a very rude and aggressive phone call from our installation manager. We were very chocked and called the manager of the company. After telling him what really happened and how the installation really went (he had only one version of the story), he saw that we were easy customers, that we just wanted to have our windows working and be informed if something was wrong. He also apologized because of the unacceptable behavior of his employee. The next day, the manager sent a very nice, professional guy (Roger) to complete the installation. Roger took some time to explain to us why the windows were not working, what pieces he had to change and opened the 4 windows in front of us to show that they were repaired. He also gave us his phone number in case we had other issues or questions. We also had an apology phone call from the manufacturer and the answer below. We can see that now all the windows are working properly and are very happy with the result. The inspection went also very well. Except that very rude employee, all the Assured Storm Protection's employees were nice, helpful and professional. It 's bad that one person's behavior can ruin other's people good work.

From my initial call to request an estimate through the installation, all staff were knowledgeable about the product and procedures to get the job dome. I was assisted in securing the permits for installation. Once the permit was secured, I was contacted by Assured and given a date and time for installation. The installation was done on time and professionally. I highly recommend Assured!

Getting new impact windows and doors was a major purchase for me, so I did a lot of research on and outside of Angie?s List. It turns out that the impact glass industry has recently consolidated, and there are now only one or two major manufacturers. I contacted four ?A? rated companies on Angie?s List. I chose Assured Storm Protection because of their thorough presentation and competitive price. From the start, through the sales presentation to the follow-up of the office staff to finally, and most importantly the excellent installation, I was extremely pleased. From more than 20 years of homeownership and renovation projects, this is the very first time that EVERYONE I dealt with in a company were excellent. Anthony?s sales presentation was thorough and knowledgeable. He promptly followed up with me when I had additional questions. He was most courteous and patient, especially since I am a bit dyslexic, and he had to repeat and demonstrate information to me several times until I grasped how the windows would be installed. After I selected them, Keith came to the house to do final measurements and made a great suggestion to get two casement windows on either side of a large bay window. They look great! In the office, Barbara and Christine kept me continually informed about the progress of the project, and when the windows and doors arrived, they worked patiently to schedule the work, which for family reasons, I had to have broken up by two week intervals. Both were always professional and cordial in their conversations with me. Finally, the wonderful installers who made it all come together ? Flavio and Dario. Nothing was a problem for them. They always had a solution, and did so skillfully, and with a pleasant demeanor. Often times, one does not always feel comfortable with workers in your house for an extended period, but this was certainly not the case with Flavio and Dario. These guys are friendly and courteous, and my family and I always felt comfortable no matter where they were working in the house. Flavio patiently showed me several times how the various type windows and doors operated after they were installed. Again, being slightly dyslexic, he never made me feel stupid, when initially, I couldn?t understand how to operate and lock the windows and doors properly. Both men were prompt, always kept me informed of their progress, and thoroughly cleaned up and hauled away everything each day, instead of just letting it pile up until the entire job was done as some other contractors have done to me. I highly recommend this company.

What a wonderful operation! Greg my sales rep listened to what I wanted and did not try to sell me more expensive choices. Left saying any questions I had please contact him. He mentioned 12 month no interest financing which we were interested in and he did all the paperwork for us. Next as promised a week later, Kevin the head engineer came over to measure openings to verify any problems they might have pre installation. I asked questions and he took the time to answer them all. They had told me 6-8 weeks until project would be done. It was done in 4 weeks. They took care of all permitting paperwork with the city. The installers arrived the day of installation promptly and worked diligently. They stopped back the next day for some minor sealing and touch up. City inspector came as they promised one week later and approved all the work to close the permits. Barbara who runs the office was always available for any questions I had, even offering advice on how to go about getting the wind mitigation discount on my homeowners insurance now that the house is all hurricane code. Assured Storm Protection was just as excellent as their Angie's List ratings I had chosen them for said they were. Everyone I had contact with, from Greg in sales, Kevin in engineering, the installers, and Barbara in the front office were very personable and professional. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
