From my first phone call to get a quote for our hurricane impact shutters, to the final installation, Assured Storm Protection has been top-notch. They were very responsive and very patient with all our questions. Our condo presented a challenge due to the construction of the windows to the patio pavers, but Assured found the simplest solution requiring the least amount of disruption to our patio. They were prompt, professional and took care of the entire permitting and approval process. The quality of the install and the shutters is excellent. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Excellent service, very responsive and professional

Half was finished last year and the other remaining openings were completed this year, all during the Pandemic. Little delay on getting the ESW windows shipped to the US, but understandable during this time as everything was disrupted. Installation crew was on time and worked efficiently, even in the rain this year. Windows are a tremendous upgrade from builder grade non-impact 25 year old windows. They are well built, hold out noise and heat, and are solid. Front picture window was made up of 3 windows - had minor water leakage the first hard rain storm that was easily corrected with outside caulking. No issues passing county inspection. Everyone was polite and respectful, went about their business, and cleaned-up afterwards. I got ESW Windows with UV and Supernova accordions for the French doors. Nice to have a completed house.

The entire process was smooth from start to finish! Our salesman, Marco, was friendly and knowledgeable. The engineer and the installers were on time and very professional. The Supernova accordion shutters look great and function perfectly. Overall an excellent experience!

Great installation by Assured storm protection crew. Assured took care of all paperwork before the installation, completed installation in less than a day, and closed the permit with building department. Their pricing was lowest of three other companies. Quality of product and workmanship is incredibly good. They installed super nova accordion shutters on seven windows included one double sliding door. Overall, very pleased with the company and the product.

Installed my according shutters where I needed with no issues they came in with the best price and quality didn’t try to up sell me on anything did a good job and left and a normal nice crew – Easy!

Assured Storm Proctection installed our Accordian storm shutters. From the quote on pricing to the installation, everything was done very professionally and on time. They even removed and patched the hurricane panel hardware we had and allowed us some time in between their installation date to paint the exterior.

Assured storm protection made my hurricane shutter install steam less and stress free. The associates were incredibly professional and efficient, they helped prepare all the paperwork to submit to the association and even took care of the coconut creek city application. The prices are extremely competitive compared to other quotes I received from other companies. I had the entire first floor of my house done by them, that included two double sliding doors and nine windows. The super nova shutters are discreet and match the color of my house so you hardly even notice them. Overall I am very pleased with them and now feel much safer as we approach hurricane season.

They were very professional from the Sales staff to the installation and office staff. All went according to the timeline and very pleased with the quality of the shutters and with the ease of opening and closing the shutters. The installation people cleaned up after the installation. In addition there price was substantially lower then the other two estimates I received. Would highly recommend them. The inspection for the permit was signed off without any deficiencies.

Assured Storm is like the love child of the DMV & Comcast. Omg this company is a disaster. Let me tell you a story (see TLDR at bottom)... I contracted Assured Storm to install panels on my West Boca townhouse in April 2020. What happened next was a comedic level of screwups, and terrible customer service like I've never experienced before. To start, we needed HOA approval before installation. As requested, we emailed Assured's team a list of what was needed. They provided everything except a copy of their Palm Beach license. No big deal, right? I replied to Assured Storm with the request. First email....crickets. Second email...nothing. My HOA needs this doc, so I call to request it. The woman who answered says "Someone else in the company manages this. I will let them know you need it and they will email it to you". 2 more days go by with nothing. I reply to more of their team a third time...nada. Finally I had to email the request to the sales rep that sold me the package and he finally replied with the needed doc. Whew, finally over that hurdle. Next up after all HOA approval is scheduling the install. A few weeks go by and I don't hear anything about scheduling which seems peculiar so I call to check in (because I have zero faith in anyone's ability to respond to an email). Of course, the first woman I talk to doesn't have any info, so she says a manager will call me back (oh boy...). To my delight, one actually does call me back about an hour later (yay!), and promptly delivers the news along with a handful of apologies that....they.....literally....forgot about me. They took my deposit then forgot I existed. Ouch...frustration level intensifies. Now, along comes installation day which actually went ok. The install team accidentally left a few of my panels back at the shop, but they did deliver the next week which I give them credit for. Now that install is done the city inspector needs to come for the final review (Assured charged $150 for this). I requested final inspection 4 weeks after completion, then again 6 weeks after completion. After 4 weeks they said "we don't have the permit in our possession, as soon as we do we'll let you know" (hah!). My 2nd email 6 weeks post installation wasn't even replied to. So now here we are 2+ months after installation, no inspection has been done, and I can only believe they simply took the permit fee & pocketed it. Man....if I would have known this all from the start I would have gladly paid lots of extra $$ for anyone else to do the job. TLDR...Assured Storm will take your money, provide the worst customer experience imaginable, forget about you, then top it off by pocketing your permit fee & never file it. ***********Update*********** I was contacted by Assured Storm based on the contents of the below complaint. They did apologize for the customer service challenges, which I appreciate - it's how I feel customer service should be. It was great, Mario the sales man I worked with was magnificent. I changed my plans two or three times and he was quite patient. The office team was wonderful. And the young men that did the installation were very efficient and timely. I would definitely recommend them
