What a wise decision we made! Assured was outstanding in every way, actually they should be a business model for all business'. Everything went perfectly. We received a phone call that our installation would be delayed a week due to a material not sent in a timely way. It was impressive enough to receive the phone call and a voluntary offer to give us a small compensation was added. Unheard of? These are very capable principled people. Our shutters were installed and were used for" Irma" and all was well. Don't think twice about using Assured.

Overall, everything went smoothly. My husband was impressed by the salesperson who brought an actual shutter and did an excellent, clear presentation of the product and how it would be installed. All our questions were answered from the get-go. We were quoted approximately 8 weeks for installation, but unfortunately Hurricane Irma delayed their schedule. The representative was diligent in calling us and keeping us informed of the delay and expected new installation date. Pricing was not the most expensive quote nor the least expensive quote that we received, but the salesperson and all the good reviews about Assured convinced us to choose them and we are very pleased with the workmanship and quality of our new shutters. We highly recommend Assured.

Order placed March 2015 and work not completed until January 2016. After trying to contact them to correct the issues, they did not fix the problems and I hired another company to fix the problems.

Assured was very professional in their work and punctual. Crew was great. My one complaint is that the salesman was not professional and gave me misinformation.

No problems, everything was excellent.

I had custom shutters put on my home. THey took a couple months to get done. Just so happens the week they were coming to put my shutters on, Hurricane Irma hit. So they had to postpone until the week after. I lucked up and got no window damage. It took them a few hours once they began, but it was seamless. THe city inspector came out and he even commented on the quality of the work done. Highly Recommended.

The only reason I give my overall experience a B is that the workers would show up at 11a rather than 8:30a. I think more work could have been completed if they showed up earlier so the job would have taken no more than 2 days. Plus my sliders were put in the wrong openings, due to no fault of the installers but manufacturer mislabeled box so they ended up being swapped. They had to re-order new tracks as installed ones would have been damaged in removal, so fixing that issue had to be rescheduled, but they took care of it right away and reinstalled once new tracks came in. Ron Silverberg was very apologetic and even gave us a discount due to the inconvenience. The installers did a great job, made sure to clean up their mess and that we were satisfied with the install. Ron Silverberg, the sales manager, was very attentive to all our concerns and worked on fixing any issues asap. There were a few hiccups, which I understand as no install can go perfectly, but again any issues were resolved quickly and handled in a professional manner. I would recommend this company to others looking for hurricane protection for their home.

Perfection. Thus company makes it ez to do business with. Ron came to our home and took his time. His prices were fantastic!! Next Barb and her assistant came to blueprint. To insure our tastes. Then the manufacturer was a little slow however Mr McBride the president took full responsibility for the delay. I have no problem with using this company again and highly recommend it to all who are seeking quality for a fair price. Thank you thank you thank you for a gr8 experience

My salesperson arrived on time and emailed me the estimate within a day or two. I found the salesperson condescending in both person and via email. Questions I asked were responded to in a timely fashion yet we responded to rudely. The cost for all items was significantly higher than the other two estimates I received.

They’ve just done the process. It takes about 10 weeks for them. The windows haven’t come back. It’s expensive for what I’m getting done.

They were the best out of the three quote we have gotten.

We were very pleased with Assured. They were the third company we got an estimate from. The first two gave us a very high-pressured sales pitch, and we had a hard time believing what they were saying. They each gave us outrageous prices, and then offered huge discounts "if we purchase today." Assured gave us ONE estimate (which was lower than each of the other companies even WITH their discounts,) and put NO pressure on us to sign immediately. They came out when promised, and even finished earlier than expected. I would recommend them to anyone looking to replace their windows.

They were rude and when I told them it was for two doors they said that they weren't interested in only two doors... 5 or more doors /openings or more.... I guess if you have a smaller project don't bother with them . They should have a disclaimer on their site .

Researched customer reviews and local courthouse records before committing. Clean record and more notices of commencement than other contractors of this type. Tells the whole story. Top notch professional installation. Very competitive price. Very pleased.

So many things to appreciate about this company. We experienced excellent service from the sales person, engineer, office staff and to all the very talented crews who came to complete all of the installations. It was so obvious they all took pride in their work. This is an amazing company and I highly recommend them.

Excellent. I did a lot of research, obtained quotes from 4 other companies, read all the reviews and by far Assured Storm Protection beat them all on quality, price and performance.

Very pleased with this company and the work that was done. The experience from the salesman, John, to the guys who came out to do the work and to the guy who came when the city came for the inspection was first rate. The employees are all conscientious and do a good job of cleaning up when done. Very happy with their service!

The salesperson explained the options available & help us decide what was best for us. Paperwork was sent promptly allowing us to get HOA approval. The date was set for installation and the workers arrived promptly. The work was done in 1 day as promised. We were given the keys and a demonstration on how to use the shutters. Overall, a simple and stress-free experience. If I had to find a fault, I would add that I would have preferred that the installers carry the patio tables and chairs out of the way, rather than drag them across the pavers. No harm was done to the pavers, so that's nitpicking. I would recommend this company.

We upgraded our existing metal panel shutters provided by our builder to accordion shutters throughout the entire house. The installation was completed in a single day and I was kept informed throughout the entire process which included HOA approval and building permits. I would also like to say that Rachel and Robert were extremely helpful with any questions that came up throughout the entire process.

Extremely well. From first contact to completion of the project, Assured handled every detail exactly as they promised. They explained what they were going to do and offered the technical specifications for the materials they would use. Each appointment was met exactly as promised. We did some comparison shopping before proceeding with Assured and found their price to be very competitive.

I am very happy with their service. Everyone - salesman, engineer, installation crew - were polite, professional and helpful. The work was done in time that was promised.
