They did a fantastic job installing the shutters. and they are very profile. Their cost was very reasonable compared to other companies we called. They called a month in advance to let me know the installation date. The only dissatisfaction I had is that when they trimmed and cut the shutters, they left a lot of metal pieces on and between our pavers and we had to spend several hours using a shop vac to clean up all the debris. These pieces can cut your bare feet or an animal's paws if stepped on.

From the very beginning of the process we were impressed with Assured. Our salesman was informative and responsive. The engineer who came out to measure and trouble-shoot what we needed was, while quirky, quite knowledgeable. Mike and Miguel, the installers, did a top-notch job installing the shutters. They cleaned up afterwards and took us around to every opening to test function. I would recommend Assured to anyone. In fact, I believe our neighbor is going with Assured on our recommendation.

After my extensive research, I chose Assured Storm because of the wonderful reviews by previous customers. The Engineering drawing plans to do the install was precise, the installation was the day they stated to then the finally inspection: Passed with no issues.

Assured Storm Protection arrived exactly when promised for the installation. The Crew was neat, courteous and very professional. They obviously knew what they were doing. The arrived on time both days, cleaned up each day before leaving. After the installation was finished, they vacuum the patio and walk areas and hosed down the areas as well to remove the dust from drilling/installation. Installing windows in South Florida is much more involved than one would think. There are permits, approvals, inspections, and a whole lot more. Despite the numerous tasks involved, Assured had everything lined up in time. When the crew showed up, on time, all the permits were in place. The crew did a fantastic job of removing the old windows without causing any damage to the structure or the interior. They cleaned up debris and left no trace. The installation went remarkably smoothly. The final touches were put on the windows and the results were fantastic. The windows themselves are really good. They block noise quite well and seal out the dust and wind. Once installation was complete, inspections were scheduled, everyone showed up on time, and wrapped up the paperwork with no issues. Overall, I'm really satisfied with the company, the installation crew, and the final results.

Brian, the salesman, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was very clear in explaining that there would be a delay of 8-12 weeks since it was their busy season, and the windows would be made to order. The price was in line with what I expected. The quality of the product is excellent. The windows and slider were installed within 2 months. The French door was back ordered, but they kept me informed. Everyone who came to my house was very courteous and professional. I called with a minor problem and they sent someone out within 2 days. They also scheduled the city inspection and had someone here to meet the inspector and answer questions. I will definitely recommend this company.

The only reason why I'm not giving them a perfect score is because we had a few issues with the installation and the installers. However, that being said, both the sales person and the office were super quick and responsive and went out of their way to make sure anything that needed correcting was done fast and I was happy with the end result...which I'm! :) I would totally recommend them to anyone!

Over 20 week wait from time of signing contract to completing installation, but job was done very well. Product appears to be good quality - time will tell. Customer service has been good and responsive. Recommend this company!

We were looking to replace our 50 year old windows and sliding glass door at our condo, with new impact CGI windows. We did our homework and decided to use Assured Storm Protection to do the install. We knew our order was small compared to a sale for a stand alone home, but they never made us feel like we didn't matter. Communication was great, the gals in the office were very helpful. I appreciated the payment structure, not the typical pay upfront and hope they show up. The installers were on time, professional, polite and clean. For me, the worst part of the experience was dealing with the HOA paperwork, and that was not too bad. My wife and I would hire Assured Storm Protection again.

We were very impressed from our first meeting with our sales representative, Gregg Bono. He was the only company that brought a sample and showed us color samples and how the system worked. After receiving other quotes, Assured Storm Protection came in significantly lower and had the option of putting in clear panels. From start to finish, very professional. Engineer came out prior to, during and after to make sure all was done right. Would highly recommend using this company!

The job was completed professionally, appointment was between 9a-11a and installers came at 8:30a. They needed to add one more part and came back next day.

We were very satisfied with the entire process provided by Assured Protection in dealing with our salesman (Greg B.) through the installation of the hurricane shutters to the information provided by the technician in showing us how to properly operate the shutters. Our salesman was right on track in explaining that everything would take around 4 months or so to complete the job and that was accurate. When we were away during the installation of the shutters, the office staff made sure that a technician would return to show us how things worked. Both projects were a breeze from start to finish. The salesman, Greg, was professional, prompt for appointment & following up with quote, and providing all documents required by the HOA and permits. The two teams arrived on time and installed the items listed above and cleaned up the work area to the tee. Took a while to have them installed but then I realized each window was custom made. When they were completed they were put up in one day. Terrific job, great installers.

I selected Assured due to a strong BBB and Angie’s list ratings. February 7, 2018, I spoke with Celeste to get a quote (and emailed her specs). I followed up on February 9 and spoke with Audrey, and she would have Robert call me. February 20th, I called again and spoke with Celeste, said she would have Robert call me. February 21, I called again and spoke with Robert, he could not find any record of my emailed specs. Said he would look into it and get back to me. February 23, I forwarded the specs back with a request for a status. On February 26, I called and left Rob a voicemail. At that point with six reach outs on my part and no return calls from Assured over a 3 week period, I moved onto a different contractor.

It went very well from beginning to end. The only delay was getting the inspection from the city, about 2 months later, which is not in the company's control. But from beginning, John was very helpful in assisting with the purchase of the shutters, and from the time of scheduling my installation, they gave me an approximate time, and they did install at that time. They are professional and punctual and highly recommend them.
