WE ONLY OFFER REPAIRS FOR WINDOWS AND SHUTTERS INSTALLED BY US. We are no longer servicing clients in the Miami area. Assured Storm Protection specializes in all aspects of hurricane protection for South Florida homes. We manufacture our own accordion hurricane shutters and are the only company in South Florida to carry three different shutter product lines (the Bertha, Supernova, & Impact). We offer the supply and installation of hurricane protection products including, hurricane accordion shutters, impact windows and doors, and hurricane storm panels. We offer both residential and commercial services including high-rises. Our volume allows us to offer the lowest prices in Florida! We even have a price match guarantee to ensure you are receiving the best price without sacrificing product quality. Our Window & Door Brands Include: PGT, CGI, ES, CWS, ECO, most made with Cardinal impact glass . Our Hurricane Shutter Brands Include: The Bertha High Velocity Hurricane Shutter, The Supernova Hurricane Shutter, & The Impact Technology Hurricane Shutter.

(Removed member name) contacted Assured Storm Protection for a free quote to install hurricane shutters. Our salesman contacted (Removed member name) & scheduled an appointment, unfortunately the salesman was sick on the day scheduled & contacted (Removed member name) to request another day, at which time (Removed member name) indicated he would leave the gate open for our salesman to go out & measure & provide a quote via e-mail, which was done. (Removed member name) didn't like the price & requested it be lowered. We gave him the best pricing we could. He was then sent other e-mail requesting a status, for which we received no reply. Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. The phones are answered all day, including lunch time. After hours all messages goes to a voicemail & the calls are retuned on the first business day thereafter. We have not received any messages or calls from (Removed member name) nor has the our salesman to date. Assured Storm Protection strives to make our clients experience as easy as possible and takes great pride in trying to make our clients happy from beginning to end. We are sorry that (Removed member name) feels that he was not provided that.

Description of Work: Did not present hard pressure sales pitch. Sent me all req documents for my HOA. Everyone I spoke to in office was very professional. Work was completed in timely manner, and permit approved by inspector within 2 days following installation. Also on BBB, good ratings all around. No problems, since I am new to area, this was one of the best experiences since I am here in Fla.

Description of Work: I contacted three different Angie list approved businesses, one company did not bother returning my call, the other two were very prompt in getting back to me. When my wife and I met Greg from Assured Storm Protection we found him to be friendly, courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. The one thing that really made my wife and I feel Assured was the one for us was when we asked if we needed to get a permit since we were just replacing old shutters which were not approved by our insurance company, Greg said yes (another company told us we could get away with not pulling a permit) always pull a permit. The fact that Greg was willing to advise us to pull a permit even know it was going to raise his Quote and he may loose the job made us feel that Assured cared not only about getting the job but also about protecting its customers from hassles down the road. Assured was not the cheapest but they did work with me a little on the price, in the end my wife and I felt a little more money spent to do the job right was the way to go. Assured showed up when they were supposed to and completed the job to our satisfaction. I would highly recommended this company to anyone who is looking for hurricane shutters.

Description of Work: In order to get a hurricane discount from my homeowners insurance I was required to have hurricane shutters on my fronts doors. Assured Shutter Protection provided the best estimate, did the work when promised and did an outstanding job. They were far superior to the company that had originally installed my shutters.
