Zak was very thorough and found no pressure problems. He did find thin grout on a number of tiles that he repaired. He told us if there was additional leakage he would come back. Very relieved we didn’t have to dig up the deck or yard. Very satisfied with the professionalism and service.

UPDATE: Well the guy finally responded when he got the bad review so he is coming out tomorrow or saturday. --- Typical south Florida contractor, I text messaged Gerry Arsenault, the owner and he never returned my text or call back. So then, I decided to give him a call, he didn't answer but I left a message as to what I needed. Again never received a call back. Business must be great when you can turn down money.

Zack came out and did the tests and didn't find any leaks, but he said he would come back in a few days to see if the pool had lost water. It had, so he did more test and more, then found the leak. We are about to have them make the repairs.

Fast, but good service.

Two part service: 1st leak detection, $$; 2nd repair, $$. 1st includes simple repair. In my case, PVC replacement required, some excavation. You can have anyone do this, or they can recommend someone,(my preference in this case).

The co-owner arrived on time, demonstrated great competence, found the leak and fixed it. An excellent job.

My pool had a leak in the return drain or commonly known as the skimmer . The Technician identify the crack with in minutes and was able to seal the crack. I was offer to replace the skimmer but I've decided to see how long the seal will last. The price to replace the skimmer I thought was a fair price that we discuss. The owner Kenny was great a guy to talk with excellent enthusiasm. No pressure. He offers a great value. Other pool leak repair companies are well over $300-400. See his ad

Called Aquatic Leak and immediately felt great about the service. Described my problem and they came out the next day. They repaired the leak and cleaned up the mess a previous company had made on the same leak. Don called me to let me know the leak was fixed and said they guarantee it for 90 days. I've used several companies before but now I found one I can rely on. Thank you.

We set a date to cut into the slab, which was going to really be a big job to cut into the slab and repair the leak in the pipe. But even a bigger expense was the repair of the pool deck and cool coat to match the rest of the deck. The leak was getting bigger. Frank came with a jackhammer and extra help. But Frank spent 2 more hours testing to be sure of the exact location before he cut into deck. We could hear the water leak in the deck, he let me listen. But Frank kept trying different tests to be sure where the exact location of the leak was. Then finally Frank tired another test and thought he could reach it deep in the skimmer pipe. OMG it worked!! We did not have to cut into the deck and I appreciated his knowledge and persistence of trying to find my leak. Frank has all the high tech equipment, but even beyond the amazing equipment Frank has the honesty, pool construction knowledge and was persistent to keep trying the least evasive way to find and repair my leak. Frank saved me a great deal of money not to mention the mess and expense to repair my deck. I will always be grateful and will never hesitate to give him an OUTSTANDING recommendation. You just do not find this kind of honesty in a company. He could have made a lot of money and just cut into my deck, but he was honest and happy that he found the leak. He did not charge me a penny more than what he told me it would be to find the leak and repair it.
