AQUA-FLO SPRINKLERS

Our pump went out on our sprinkler system so we thought it would be a good time to go ahead and upgrade the controller as well to a smart sprinkler system. Tons of research and we settled on Rachio (very happy with this choice). Getting someone to install this was a nightmare. 1 company didn't show up. Another one came out and said it couldn't be done. Finally, connected with Tom at Aquaflo and he understood what we were wanting. Gave a competitive bid and did a great job. We are in Florida and most homes have cheaper/older index valve systems. We actually wanted to change to a manifold system so we could gain independent zone control. We added a new pump, new relay, changed the index valve system to independent manifold zones and installed the new Rachio controller. He stayed in great communication via email as we laid out our needs. Showed up promptly on time and even cleaned up afterwards. We are thrilled with the results. I have total control of our sprinkler zones from my phone and the micro-climate rain sensors work great. Our cost was high because this was so extensive but it was well worth it.

It went very well. The pump, filter and timer was replaced

It went well except for the fact that he just decided to do the work and not even give me a quote. He was contact by my landscaper that i need some sprinkler work done. You'd figure he come by scope the damages out and give me a quote. Nope he just decids to show up one day while im at work and start replacing the defective sprinklers. Now fast forward two weeks later i notice one of the sprinklers has never come up in my back yard that's why one area of new sod was drier than the rest. So i call leave a message on the weekend expecting a callback by Monday at least but nope. Call again a few days later no answer. Defiantly wont be using this company again.
