 + -1 moreJohn, the owner of Apex Roofing, came out after my phone call. I got onto the roof with John, he started saying the gutters were causing the leaks. He repaired what he thought was the gutter issue and said to call him back if the leak persists. The leaking continued after that so I called Apex around 1/27/16 and talked with a person named Mark. Mark said he would stop back out to address the roof after the recent rains calmed down. I called on 2/1/16 and talked with Mark again. Mark couldn't give me a firm date on when he would come out. My concern is they may be working on other jobs where they can get paid, rather than fixing my leaking roof. At this time, I'm requesting the repair to be made as soon as possible because the damage to my home from the roof leak is only getting worse.
Description of Work: I purchased my home on 1/13/13. Apex Roofing had previously installed a new roof on this home on 9/10/12 that came with a seven year warranty. When I purchased the home from a bank they passed along this seven year warranty documentation to me. A week or two ago I noticed a leak in one corner of the roof, so I called Apex Roofing for a repair covered under warranty.
