Anthony Lock and Safe

So, I called Anthony’s and I spoke with Jason, who was very amiable. He told me to come on in and bring in the new locks. The door knob Lock fit and worked fine. Jason looked at the dead bolt and I told him there was this silver, circular part, that was too wide for my door. Guess what? He said no problem, we will just remove the screw holding it and you won’t need it. Wow, that was terrific and no charge. So nice of him. When I got back home, the new Lock worked great. So, thanks so much Jason. You saved me a lot of time and aggravation. Customer service is paramount with me, and you represent Anthony’s in 5 star fashion. Thanks so much for continuing the fantastic service that the public has come to know from the inception of your firm, in 1972. Great job! You have my utmost respect.

We had an interior bathroom door knob that was incorrectly installed, we didn't know about it until company accidentally locked everyone out. We called Anthony Lock & Safe and they sent someone right over (I think Bart was his name). We had no idea how to fix this but he was able to drill it in a way that got us to the locking mechanism and release it. Fortunately, we had a spare knob and he installed that for us correctly. Bart was very nice, clean and quick, they did a great job. I would definitely reach out to them again when needed.

Super Job! Door needed adjustment to close tightly and new lock. Installer made recommendation, and everything was taken care of within an hour. Very satisfied.
