Description of Work: Repaired, stripped, refinished, and reupholstered a high backed bench. They also picked up and delivered the furniture. This is the second piece this vendor has fixed for us.

+ -1 moreHe was terrific. I bought the furniture from a local furniture company and a couple of the pieces were damaged and Anthony does all the repair work for that company. So when the service technician was here repairing my new furniture we determined they could work on our antique bookcase as well. They took some pictures of the bookcase and this company emailed some pictures to my husband, trying to match up the veneer. Steven actually came out to do the work on our bookcase and we had a very good experience with Steven. They are very limited as to when they can schedule appointments because they may not be in my area so you really have to be flexible to accommodate when they are going to have a technician in your area.
Description of Work: I used Anthony Acquaviva Furniture for furniture restoration. They picked up a piece of antique bookcase to take into their shop to match up the veneer and do the work. Then they brought it back out. It took them between 30 to 45 days.

+ -1 moreAs described above. Phoned for appointment. Given a price to come for an estimate, but no charge for estimate if we had the work done on the day the estimate was given - which we did.
Description of Work: Installed curved glass pane (obtained by us from out-of-state) in antique furniture, and repaired broken springs in reclining chair. Came at time promised, work done excellently. Very pleasant. Work on reclining chair was particularly difficult. Very good price considering the distance then had to come to our home in Pinecrest, plus the fact that it took a couple of hours of work. He looked at some other furniture that we wanted to consider refinishing, said he would have the boss call back with estimate, but he never did. We were doubtful we would do it if it cost very much, but their pricing was so good we thought an estimate would possibly change our mine.
