Terrible!

Called to make an appointment. Company told me that they would show up Tues Morning 8/10/10 at 8:00am. They never called to follow up nor did they appear at that time and date. I waited until 8:15am and no show. They never called me to reschedule. Took my business elsewhere.

Applied for building permits in other company's and General Contractor's name with is not legal under Florida law. Submitted plans to Coral Springs building dept for the product that was purchased, but installed a product from a different manufacturer which was obviously less expensive, with shorter posts (96" vs. 108") and did not have aluminum inserts. American Fence had to resubmit plans for correct fence to bldg. dept. Installed black hardware on white fence, but changed out for white hardware. Installed one hinge up side down according to installation instructions and have not come back to change after numerous requests. By the time it I realized that a different fence had been installed, it was too late to change it, as the concrete had set. I was not informed about the change. The installed fence is satisfactory, but should have cost less given the cheaper materials used.

Barry had come out a day after making an inquiry and provide a written quote prior to leaving. After signing the contract, the installation team was out within three weeks. The crew were prompt, courteous and communicated with me through the two day process.

The salesman who came out initially went over all of our options for replacing the screen enclosure. We considered completely fencing the yard but wound up with an aluminum fence around the pool deck. It took a long time for the job to begin, but then it was completed in just 2 days. The workers were efficient and neat. The fence is beautiful and we are very happy with the work.

THEY DID A REALLY GREAT JOB. THEY WERE ABLE TO COME RIGHT OUT EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE VERY BUSY. THEY GOT THE FENCE PUT UP IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME. WE WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.
