I called and requested to get an estimate to remove a side-driveway and back patio area. I received a return call within a few hours and Kim - the estimator - said he would take a look at it as soon as possible. He called me the next day and while on the phone - to be sure that we were aligned since I was not home - he walked the project while I talked him through it. He provided me with an estimate in less than 24 hours and said he would need a 48 hour notice to get the job scheduled for me. I called him on a Tuesday and he crew showed up on time just two days later (Thursday morning.) They were professional, pleasant and really careful during the entire process. I was extremely pleased with Kim's responsiveness, his team of professionals, the service/job they completed, and with the price. I will MOST DEFINITELY use them again (and will be as I have more concrete to be removed in another month) and would highly recommend this company.

American Cutting and Drilling are pretty nice people. They're pretty prompt. They do good work. It wasn't perfection. Obviously, there's some rough work that needed done and some things were kind of forced a little bit. Overall, they did a pretty good job. They weren't punctual one time, but they called me and let me know when they were going to be here.

I had a real good experience with them. They showed up on time and that is what I liked about them. They did it in a timely fashion.

They were a little late arriving as somebody didn't show up for work. They arrived with all the equipment necessary to complete the job and performed their jobs very well. They gave me a very good price for the job and I would highly recommend them. I would gladly use them again for any concrete cutting, drilling or removal.
