Description of Work: I contacted Magno in the morning and he was able to come out that afternoon. He was very professional and explicit as to what the fees would be. He called me when he was at the job prior so that I would know when to expect him. Excellent communication! He listened to my experience with the washer and then quickly set about diagnosing the problem. In our case, the washer (Whirlpool Cabrio only 5 years old) was shot! Magno could have sold me a new transmission but he didn't. He was honest about what the realistic costs would be. He then spent extra time helping me to shop for my next washer and gave me beneficial advice about how to use the new, low water, energy efficient models so that I will get the most out of them. I will use him again.
