+ -1 moreBlake was punctual and professional as he evaluated the crack in my concrete driveway. He was pleasant and explained why this was not the ideal match between Alpha and the repair I needed. Given the quality of Customer Service, I was disappointed to not be able to hire Alpha.

My experience with the Alpha Foundations team was exemplary. From the initial inspection, proposal, & contracting with John through the encapsulation process and jack & beam installation by a dedicated, knowledgeable, and physically fit crew, all my questions & concerns were addressed. The engineering & design that John represented gained my confidence & commitment. The follow through by foreman Josh with his crew Reese & Derick achieved the established structural goals and, thanks to the newly installed dehumidifier, within a few months the moisture & humidity levels will be optimized in the crawl space. Communication was stellar by phone, email, text, and on site. Scheduling was flawless and Josh was able to adapt to an unforeseen discovery of a leak that interrupted the process while a plumbing crew made repairs. I look forward to the elimination of any existing or future mold in the crawlspace and the positive impact on the air in the living space of my home.

Great service, arrived on time, immediately got to work. Both Anthony and Kevin checked homeowner also ask if they could park in drive when most worker park anywhere and ruin sprinkle heads. They both explain everything not once but twice and invited me to observe a portion of the work. Great crew would recommend your service to others

Alpha Foundations helped encapsulate my crawl space and delivered a five star service. I’m extremely satisfied with the work they did. The salesman Jose, and the installation crew between Derick, Jerome, and Reese were excellent, professional, cordial, and easy to work with. I am so happy I made this decision! Not only will I be promoting Alpha Foundations on my front lawn but, I’m also telling all of my friends, family, and clients about them!!
