Alpha Foundations

Alpha Foundations did an excellent job on our lanai. In the process of stabilizing the lanai slab, they remedied the cracks and uneven surface caused by a combination of ground settling and improper installation during the initial house construction. They were knowledgeable and professional, explained what they were doing very well, were very detail oriented, and demonstrated great customer service. They exceeded our expectations and we would very much recommend them to others needing similar services.

Anthony & George did a great job. The we're very focused on the details, reviewing the status of each injection, refilling. They explained every step of the process.

I had a crawl space encapsulation done three years ago. The work was professionally done by competent friendly patient professionals willing to answer any and all questions about their work. Most recently I had tech Bradley Innocent conduct the annual inspection of the work, replace the filter in the dehumidifier and survey the property for any potential problems. This young man was professional, efficient, and explained what he was there to do and why. Companies need more competent professionals like him.

Nick, Nick & George were fantastic. Reliable, on-time, finished the work efficiently and quickly. I am able to walk in my bedroom and dining room without the effect of walking on a slant... my baseboards actually meet my walls again! Very polite, respectful crew! From the start alpha foundation was very helpful and accommodating. With Jose coming to check my house to Nick, Nick and George doing the job. They were on time , attentive ,polite and professional. I am very happy with the job and the company highly recommended.

The team showed up on time and did an awesome job! They told us it would be easy and they'd clean up after and they actually did! If you didn't know they were coming, you didn't know they had been there. Nick, Dylan and Cris worked outside in the scorching sun, but got the job done right! Cooper and Reese followed and shot the foam to raise our areas back to normal! All these guys were awesome representations of Alpha and so hardworking and nice! Thanks Guys for getting our house back to normal forever! Highly recommended! There are other 'cheaper' solutions out there, we wasted our money there first, I recommend just spend the money and do it right the first time, hire Alpha and their great team!

It was a great experience working with Alpha Foundations. Christian Polit did a great job in house inspection, project proposal, and follow up communication. Kevin H (foreman) and Dylan R did a great job in putting in the piers and was very professional in communication. Cooper W and Reese W (from Pompano) did a great job in injecting Poli and was great in finishing up the work.

Gavin Gordon was super professional and a great help in answering all our questions prior to the foundation raise. Then Anthony and George arrived on site and very quickly raised the concrete around our pool that had settled over time. We had no issues during the service and are very pleased with the final look of the concrete - we canâ t believe how much the concrete was raised. We would recommend Alpha Foudations all day every day!

Nick, Nick and Dylan were quick and professional. Cooper and Reese followed to inject poly. They all made the process easy.

Javiâ s Zack and Jon were extremely professional efficient and answer all my questions, they worked hard and got the job finished very quickly Iâ m overall very satisfied with the experience 10 out 10 would recommend this to anyone who has a crawl space that was not easy to enter and stayed wet !! Cooper and Reese from the Pompano office made the trip down to Miami to help us stabilize the concrete slab in our shop. They were very professional and from the start, made sure I understood what they were found and why. They left the area exactly as they found it and if I had not been watching I would not know they were there. Thank you!!

Our house was sinking due to flooding. We called Alpha Foundations and they recommended a poly fill to stabilize the foundation. John who came to assess the situation seemed very knowledgeable and explained the process clearly and answered all of my questions. We did not look any further. We scheduled the job with Alpha. The job did not start on time, but I am willing to overcome that because the three individuals who performed the work were superb. They had to cone back a second time on a Sunday due to equipment issues. Dalin was here the first day with another individual. Dalin and Brad were here the second day. I have nothing but great things to say about all 3. Knowledgeable, Friendly, Respectful. Very clear in their explanations and left no questions unanswered. I was extremely pleased with all 3 of them. Thank you for a job well done!
