On the day of the appointment, no one showed up or called.

When my wife and I decided to have our kitchen remodeled at the beginning of February/2016 I had the task in researching kitchen cabinets and cabinet makers. I started where most people begin the 'Internet.' It took me about 20-25 minutes before I came across Alliance Cabinets & Millwork. After viewing all the amazing pictures of the workmanship I started to read the testimonials. I showed my wife Alliance's website and she was very impressed. We decided to call Bruno to schedule an estimate. The following week Bruno, a soft spoken mild-manner man arrived with samples. My wife and I felt comfortable and not rushed as he took the time to answer our zillion questions and he gave us several suggestions. However, since this was the beginning of the process we needed to get a few estimates. What a waste of time! The other representative's/owners we invited had no vision. My wife and I felt the others were NOT sincere and were not invested in our dream kitchen like Bruno was. Throughout the process, I must have called Bruno 10+ times to follow up on questions that came up during other estimates. What really stuck in my mind was one day when I called Bruno and asked him about the Chinese cabinets. He said 'I DO NOT care if you use another cabinet company DO NOT install Chinese cabinets.' From that moment I told my wife we found our cabinet maker. I knew we had to look no further. In addition, to his honesty, genuineness, and integrity he is a visionary with fabulous suggestions that stands behind his craftsmanship and the quality of the cabinets, in my opinion, is second to none. The kitchen was completed in the first week of August/2016 as promised. Bruno from Alliance Cabinet & Millwork along with his employees are top notch! I would HIGHLY recommend them on any remodeling job. I assure you…you will not be disappointed! Bruno -my wife and I want to thank you for the amazing transformation of our kitchen!!!

Everything went extremely well and Bruno and his team delivered a high quality product ahead of schedule! The materials and craftsmanship were exactly as agreed. Even after installation, we had a question on how to adjust a drawer and he gladly offered to come by and adjust it for us instead of us trying to struggle to figure it out on our own. I would absolutely recommend Alliance Cabinets & Millwork for their quality of product and dependability. In fact, I plan to use them for our next project with pleasure.

I was very impressed with Bruno when he came to evaluate our cabinets for an estimate. He was professional, notified me when he had an issue with timing for the appointment and was prompt and prepared for our rescheduled meeting. He asked what type of door we were thinking of and what color family and came with exactly what we were looking for. He made a recommendation on the color and was 100% correct. The doors are high quality and were reasonably priced. I had been told that refacing with wood would cost 3 times what thermofoil would cost and that was not the case. The finished product looks great and makes a world of difference in our master bath. Also, Bruno's crew cleaned up after themselves beautifully. I would not hesitate to recommend Alliance Cabinets & Millwork.
