Description of Work: The owner (I think his name was Yanik), called before he arrived, and he was early. He asked me several questions, and advised what repairs were needed. Because I was doing renovations, he recommended I wait until my work was done. I felt that his prices were fair and plan to have him return after my renovations are done.

Description of Work: Made arrangements for same day service which was fine with me, he answered all my technical questions. Believe me I had a lot. I even had more work done that I wanted, HE DID NOT SUGGEST IT, I BROUGHT IT UP. I wanted a thorough cleaning of the unit before he install the UV light.
