+ -1 moreI spoke to Mark and he was going to come out and give a quote for the tree trimming and shrub cleanup to prepare for tenting, painting and hurricane season. Close to two weeks later I called and left a message to find out where the quote was and then after a second call he returned my call. At least he took the time to call back and tell me 2 weeks later that he would not be able to service because he was to busy. I am sorry this is unacceptable. He should have let me know when I called that he had to much work instead of holding me up and not giving me the respect of my valuable time. ePoor customer service.
