Ed came snaked the line, said he found the problem, dug a 7' x 7' hole in my yard put a new pipe in problem fixed. paid him for parts and labor. 5 days later same problem. He snaked it again and got 100 feet of Industrial Grade Snake stuck in our sewer pipe. He had know idea what he was doing. My husband figured out the problem, draw a diagram of the pipes for Ed. When he came back a week later I showed him the diagram and he dismissed me telling me he spoke to my husband (which was a lie) he had 2 men in my yard digging the same hole. When he came back my husband arrived from work. My husband finally got through to him about where the problem was and that he was fixing the old sewer line. Ed was supposed to return the next day (Saturday) to finally fix the problem after 3 weeks. That same day (Friday) my husband and I dug up the pipe that had the problem. It was less than 4 feet deep and not anywhere near where he was digging. We waited for him Saturday he didn't return. That afternoon my husband received a text saying he would not be returning and it was our fault that he couldn't fix the problem. We had to hire another plumber to fix the problem and get the snake out of our pipe. I would never recommend him to anyone, let alone hire him for anything again. We had to dispute the charges with our cc company and we won the dispute.
