+ -1 moreWhen they got here they told me that the compressor was bad and that it needed to be replaced. Then the owner tried to insist that I clean the coil as well or threatened that they would not honor the warranty if it breaks again. He wanted an additional 400 for the coil cleaning although he acknowledged that it was not clogged and was probably not the cause of the compressor going bad. Finally after arguing about it, he agreed to just replace the compressor and said that he would honor the warranty. The worst part is that after they told me the coil needed cleaning, I was planning to bring them back in the near future to perform the work. I was just not prepared to spend the extra 400 on top of the 550 for the compressor at this moment. After the trick that he pulled, I will call someone else to do the work when I am ready.
Description of Work: Replaced compressor in 2 year old AC under warranty.

+ -1 moreTHEY DO A PRETTY GOOD JOB. THEY ARE VERY EFFICIENT. THEY ARE EASILY ACCESSIBLE. THEY COME RIGHT OUT ANY TIME THAT WE CALL THEM. THEY ALWAYS KNOW WHAT IS WRONG. THEY GET IT FIXED IN NO TIME. THE PRICE IS A LITTLE HIGH, BUT WE WILL GLADLY PAY IT.

+ -1 moreTHEY ARE A VERY HIGHLY RATED COMPANY WITH THE SERVICE AND QUALITY OF WORK THAT THEY DO. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHO IS INTERESTED IN A GOOD AC REPAIR THAT IS ALSO AFFORDABLE.
