 + 0 moreAsked for remodeling of kitchen and baths. Arrived on time, took measurements and called promptly. I met in their showroom which seemed to have quality products. Things broke down when I asked for some detail regarding the very general estimate I was given. I was told that we would need to pay them $3000 for more detail. No other contractor has asked for that amount simply for a detailed estimate. We did not feel comfortable with this approach and decided not to employ them.
Description of Work: Came to home and met with me at showroom to go over plans.

 + -1 moreThe cabinets are beautiful, well made and function well in our kitchen. There was a slight error in one measurement which was fully addressed. There is always the risk of an issue and knowing that a company will follow through is important. They did just that in a very positive proactive manner.
Description of Work: My husband and I are very pleased with the Dynasty cabinets and service we received from Alon and Lara at ALK Kitchens. This was a big purchase for us and we asked a lot of questions. They were very patience each time we called or stopped by. Having sample cabinet doors helped us to finalize the color and style we wanted for our kitchen. We did pay ALK for the installation so we wouldn't need to worry about any issues with the cabinets.

 + -1 moreAlon and Jack are wonderful to work with. Alon helped me with the new layout for the cabinets. He was a very friendly and enthusiatic individual and takes a personal pride in his kitchens. He was very help with suggestions for all our other purchases. Jack the project manager was wonderful to work with. Every details no matter how small was taken care of. I was informed every step of the way. The cost above exclude all materials such as cabinets and granite etc
Description of Work: We gutted the kitchen and totally renovated it. We opened up the space by partially removing the wall between the kitchen and the living room. We also redid the powder room.
