+ -1 moreThis company is family-owned, and 3 generations of the family work actively in the company. I love that. Joe (the middle generation) promptly responded to my inquiry and was able to schedule my service within a few days. The workers who arrived at my home were polite and respectful throughout. Joey (the third generation) was one of the workers. The workers took great care in protecting the surroundings, and when they left, the rooms were as clean as when they arrived--except the ceilings looked great. The price was higher than I anticipated, but their price is no higher than other companies in the area. Yes, I would definitely use this company again. I recommend them to anyone who needs work on their ceilings.

+ -1 moreI was looking for a company to repair popcorn ceiling. When I called around most companies did not spray popcorn and only did knockdown. One company actually referred me to Al-Pro Ceilings and told me they were one of the only companies left that spray popcorn and they had been doing it for 40 years, so I called them. They came out next day for estimate and performed the work the day after that. I am extremely happy with the work they did. They taped off all areas prior to spraying and cleaned up when completed.
Description of Work: Provider repaired several areas of the ceiling, popcorn and knockdown.

+ -1 moreThey were timely and clean but my ceilings now look just like when they started.
Description of Work: I had inherited my parents house and the ceilings had brown stains on them. I called Al Pro to see what I could do. They came out immediately and suggested that the cheapest way to fix it would be to put popcorn on the ceiling. I asked if that would cover these spots and they assured me it would. So they came out a couple days later and covered all the ceilings with popcorn. The ceilings looked beautiful and they didn't leave any mess for me to clean up. A couple months later the brown spots were back. I called them back and the owner came out and checked the ceiling to see if I had a leak and he told me that I didn't. He said that he didn't understand what happened and he sprayed the spots with paint. A couple weeks later the spots are back. He came out again and sprayed them with paint. Again a few weeks later the spots were back. I didn't call him anymore. I just gave up on it. Recently I asked a building contractor what I could do and he told me that when you get stains like that, you need to replace the ceiling. Apparently Al Pro didn't know this because this option was never mentioned.

Description of Work: They repaired a section of the ceiling that fell down and was damaged. He removed popcorn and put on new popcorn.

+ 1 moreI called Al-Pro Ceilings and spoke with Joe Pro. I told him what I needed done and he came out the next day to look at the house and give me a price. He was very polite and courteous. He answered all my questions, no rushing me into this. We set a date for the work to start and his crew was there right on time. The work was done quickly and very neatly. The ceilings looked beautiful when finished. I couldn't even tell where the cracks had been. I would definitely recommend this company.
Description of Work: I had my living room, dining room, kitchen, and three bedroom ceilings sprayed with popcorn. There were large cracks, from one side of the room to the other, that needed to be repaired. The kitchen ceiling had an old patch approximately 1' x 2' that needed to be repaired also.
