Description of Work: Our 6 unit building was in desperate need of air conditioner maintenance. Harold came when he said he would and did not make us wait. He serviced 4 units and replaced two. He has also repaired the central air in my home. He is prompt, cheerful and courteous. I've used this company repeatedly and he always goes above and beyond. I've pulled the "while you're here, could you look at this, too?" bit and Harold has.
