Air Around the Clock A/C & Appliance Service

The Air Around the Clock repairman came out to my house. Instead of just taking my word for it that I needed another unit, the technician asked me why I thought I needed a new unit and I explained to him that the previous technician from the other company told me that I did. The Air Around the Clock technician did his own inspection of my unit and realized it was running just fine and that the noise I was hearing had nothing to do with my compressor but simply was the result of some wiring that needed to be fixed. He then stuck around to give me some pointers on how to properly maintain my unit and explained to me how I'd know when I really would need a new compressor. I am forever a client of Air Around the Clock. I called them to get a quote for an entirely new unit and they easily could've taken advantage of me (I am a single female and clearly uneducated about my a/c unit) but instead did an inspection of my unit first and were completely honest about the fact that nothing needed to be done (save for a quick fix of some wiring). They didn't even charge me for this visit (I gave a "B" for price simply because they still gave me a quote for a new unit since that's what they had come out to do and it was a bit more expensive than the first company, but not by much). Nothing beats honesty and, the fact that the technician would take the time to educate me about my a/c system really was the icing on the cake. I learned that the technicians for Air Around the Clock do not work off a commission (unlike most a/c companies) which makes them that much more reliable - they just want to provide great service and they did just that. I am so grateful this company didn't put me in the position to have to figure out how to come up with the money for such a great expense when it was unnecessary. They are the best!

Kevin arrived on time, exactly when he said he would. He listened to what I had to say. Evaluated my unit and fixed the problem. He was very professional and kind. My husband and I have used Air Around the Clock for the last 10+ years. We've always had good, positive, experiences with this company. Prices seem to be on par with competitors. Kevin comes to our house most times but the other techs that have come to service our unit have been very pleasant and most importantly, honest.

Called for appointment as was given information I need to make a decision on time and cost of service. They returned my call as promised with a time the service personal would be at my home.. They showed up on time diagnosed the problem and fixed it blown fuses. The next day the problem was back I call they had a man back at my house in less then an hour and fixed the problem I would use them agin.

They were really good. They were very professional. They cleaned up after they were done. They also had the best price out of all the companies and has the longest warranty.

I had used their services about 5 years ago so I thought I would use them again. Scheduling was very good. Two technicians installed the new unit and took away my old one.

The installation was fine however my air conditioning just broke after ten months and if I did not want to wait three days for a service call I would have to pay $175.00 for them to come sooner. So much for the 100% warranty. A little misleading. When I advised them I hardly called that honoring their warranty I was advised that was their policy. I guess once they install the unit and get your money good luck if you have a problem. I would not recommend.

Did inspection and gave estimates for replacement. They were prompt courtious and very helpful.

Anthony called the day of our appointment to let me know when to expect him. He arrived within the expected time window and quickly got to work. Since our unit was so old, we knew it was time to replace it. He reviewed the specs and we were given a fair price. He fixed our unit temporarily so that we could have working A/C until the install time, which was scheduled for the next day. He installed a new thermostat before leaving. Quality of work and professionalism were excellent on the day of the install. Issues with the door opening to the inside handler area required cutting out of drywall to further open space. Ryan did an exemplary job of minimizing any negative aesthetic issues associated with this. The workspace was cleaned and the drywall is cleanly cut, which will make the eventual patch up/repair much easier. He went above and beyond what I would have expected in this aspect of the job. Paperwork was easy and clearly explained. They took care to make sure we received the FPand L rebates with the purchase of our new unit. Financing options were presented so we could make the best informed choice for our budget.

They replaced my aging a/ c unit. Discussions and installation went extremely well. Recently, I needed to replace my tankless water heater. They recommended a sub contractor, but by the time the sub got back to me I had made other arrangements.

I've used this company for many years, both in a home w/3 units and also in my rental. They provide same day service, excellent communication and worked on my a/c issues until all problems solved. They recently cleaned my a/c coils in my condo and had to remove them from the unit, carry downstairs, then return after acid washing and cleaning outside. Left my place clean - like they were never there. Had my unit working again in less than 2 hours. Love that many of the guys working for the company have been employees for many years. That says a lot about a company in my opinion.

From the time that Tiffany answered the phone to Waldo V. came out and checked out our AC the customer service was perfect. After Waldo showed up early for my scheduled appointment, I showed him my coupon for $19.95 service call (which is why I called them) you can find this 19.95 coupon all over the Internet or just call them and say that you saw it and can't find it I'm sure they will help you get one. Waldo was in and out of my house within 30 mins. The work that needed to be done was all covered by the Rheem warranty.

Their price is lower than others and have excellent service. We have a service contract with them where come out spring and fall. They have repaired the units when needed and do the standard checks and inspections. I really enjoy the work they do and them as a company. They are just excellent and their technicians are very thorough. If you do need a repairs, the service contract gets you 10% off of the repairs

My A/C went out about 4 years ago and I had a service contract with these guys. They told me I needed to replace my entire system to be in compliance with the new regs. Gave me a quote that was way out of my budget. When I declined, they told me I might be able to get by for a few more years by just replacing the outdoor unit now, and then the air handler later. At the time, I had a Trane unit, and wanted to stay with the same brand. They told me that Trane was no longer being made, and that I could get an American Standard, which was a similar product. Probably because they sell American Standard units & not Tranes. Of course, now I know Trane is still in business and I was lied to , in order to make a sale. Now I feel trapped with this company because if I ever need warranty repair I will have to use them. Sadly, I was not a member of Angie's List back then. Today I would know better than to fall for this sales tactic.

Called ahead to tell what time they would be at our house. Showed up on time. friendly, professional We had a coupon from a coupon mailer for $19.95 a/c inspection. I was kind of skeptical. I was sure they would come out and find half a dozen things wrong, but the inspection was perfect. There were no additional charges. They had installed our unit about 5 years ago-I was very pleased with them at that time.

I actually got financing on the unit for 12 months interest free. They are very good with respect to questions about the installation. I was concerned it was not properly installed at one point in time. I had them come out and they were very responsive. They very much seem to be holding to the warranty they are offering. They are very responsive in being on time with appointments. I have been very satisfied with their work.

What we appreciate is that they send the same technician out. All the technicians are very courteous, well trained and knowledgeable. They usually give us a 2-hr. window and if they're running late the office there will let us know. If they come out during normal business hours then there's no charge for the service trip because we're under an annual service contract with them. Their price are very reasonable and we get a 20% discount on parts. We have recommended their service many times.

Very pleased. Showed up when expected, got an early appointment that assured the system got replaced quickly. When the repairers came in, they worked professionally and efficiently.

They are a good air-conditioner person. They also take care of appliances if you need and they are very good. I have a yearly contract with them. I have four air-conditioners, so it really depends on how many air you have, and it also depends on the problem you have. It's a very big questions. I think the last time they came it was $300. They had to change something in my air-conditioner and I don't really know what. I've used them for 20 years. They give good service and they are reliable. They are a pretty big company. When I had to change my air-conditioner they gave me a pretty good quote on a new one. Everybody else is so-so. You know what happens is that you get used to people and they are not the best, but it's hard to change because you can't find anyone who is better and that is what happens.

Air Around the Clock A/C and Appliance Service are awesome. I've used them for years. They're really fantastic. They're very responsive and professional. Their prices are good. I've never had a problem with them.

We did not spend anything because it was an updated thing. It is done twice a year. We have a yearly contract with them. We are always satisfied with the work they do. We had them for years, and I think they are the best. Our air conditioner broke last year right before Christmas, and they came out that day I called them. The next day they replaced our air conditioner. I would not use anybody else. They fix what they fix, and it works out fine.

The service turned out very well. They cover labor for a year. The compressor is covered for ten years and they have a ten year limited warranty on manufacturer parts.
