Air Around the Clock A/C & Appliance Service

They found that it needed to be replaced. They provided, without me asking, an estimate on a new unit. First of all I thought the price was high without comparison, secondly I was not thrilled with the system they were trying to sell me. The SEER was only a 13 and I thought was too low. So I am now looking for another air conditioner, and company that will meet my needs.

The mechanic was on time, the work was performed, but the price seemed very high.

The work was done on a Sunday as emergency work. They had a operator take my call and explain there was an emergency charge for Sunday of $175. I okayed the charge and they were at my house within the hour. The representative Jack was courteous and knowledgeable. He immediately found the problem and had it fixed in 30 minutes. The units had had a short circuit and many parts were burned up. He could have charged more for the circuit disconnect but instead applied the charge to maintenance contract as a regular customer. He never tried to sell me any thing I didn't needed (a rare thing with A/C companies). I would use them again without hesitation.

Being retired from the air conditioning business in New york. I give them a high rating.

They were on time, very polite technicians, and they did a very good job.

They originally came out when stated. Immediately tried to sell me a new unit @ $5000, without asking the age of the air handler( less then 5 yrs old), replaced fan motor. Told me the coils were corroded. Based on what was told to me, I got another company to come out. Stated the unit was fine and did not need to be replaced. The coils were in ok condition and needed to be cleaned. Could not understand why the first company (ATC), did not clean them. When I spoke with company owner, he apologized and stated he would have a second tech come out. On the day they were to come out, never called, I had to call them, then they couldn't come out in the morning as promised. They tried to make an appointment that didn't work for me. I found their attitude much different,defensive and uncaring. I kept being reminded how many other clients they had and how big they were and how busy they are. I truly believe all they wanted to do was sell me a new unit, at an inflated price .

They were excellent- very professional.

I REALLY LIKE THIS COMPANY. THEY DO VERY GOOD WORK FOR THE PRICE THEY CHARGE. THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN RELIABLE. THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY ARE VERY NEAT AND THEY CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES WELL.

I FEEL THAT THIS COMPANY DOES A THOROUGH JOB. WE HAVE USED THEM EVER SINCE WE HAVE BUILT THE HOUSE EIGHTEEN YEARS AGO. I FEEL THE COST IS LOW BUT THEY HAVE KEPT ME WAITING A FEW TIMES.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME. THEY GOT RIGHT DOWN TO BUSINESS. THEY FIXED IT AND WENT ON THEIR WAY. WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH IT SINCE THEN. THEY DID EXACTLY WHAT WE HIRED THEM TO DO.

THEY RESPONDED QUICKLY TO MY CALL. THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THEY HAD A LOT TO CLEAN SINCE WE HAVE NOT HAD THEM CLEANED IN YEARS. THEY WERE CLEANER THAN I EXPECTED THEM TO BE.

THEY DO A VERY THOROUGH JOB TO MAKE SURE THAT MY AIR CONDITIONER IS RUNNING CORRECTLY. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD NOT USE ANYONE ELSE BUT THEM. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

HE BROUGHT ALL THE SUPPLIES THAT HE NEEDED WHEN HE CAME. HE DID EVERY THING THAT HE SAID HE WAS GOING TO DO. THE PRICE WAS JUST THE SAME AS HE SAID IT WOULD BE.

THEY WERE A VERY RELIABLE COMPANY WITH AN AFFORDABLE SERVICE. THEY KNOW HOW TO TREAT THE CUSTOMER. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING FOR A GOOD AC OR AIR DUCT COMPANY.

THEY DID WORK FOR US TWICE AND THE FIRST TIME IT WAS GOOD, THE SECOND TIME IT WASN'T SO GOOD. THE QUALITY IS ALRIGHT. WE ARE HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICES.

I HAVE A WARRANTY CONTRACT WITH THEM FOR REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE FOR AM A/C; THAT INCLUDES THE CLEANING OF MY AIR DUCTS. I USE THEM ALL THE TIME AND THEY DO A GREAT JOB EVERY TIME.

THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE ABLE TO COME OUT ON THE WEEKEND. THEY DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY. THEY GOT RIGHT TO WORK. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE THE SAME DAY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICES. THEY DO AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME. THE PRICE IS VERY AFFORDABLE. THEY CAME TO MY HOUSE WITHIN ONE HOUR. THEIR SERVICE CONTRACT GIVES US GREAT PEACE OF MIND.

I AM A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER. I HAVE BEEN USING THIS COMPANY FOR MANY YEARS. I ENJOY THEIR SERVICE THERE PRICES AND THEIR SERVICE MEN ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND NICE. THEY ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND DO GREAT WORK.

AFTER I SHOPPED AROUND I FOUND THEIR PRICE TO BE REASONABLE, TWO WORKMEN WERE SENT SO THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT IN GETTING THE JOB DONE QUICKLY, IT DIDN'T TAKE AS LONG AS I EXPECTED.

AIR AROUND THE CLOCK IS AN EXCELLENT COMPANY. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND WE WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. WE ARE SATISFIED WITH THE NEW AIR CONDITIONER WE HAD INSTALLED AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

I LIKE THE FACT THAT THEY DO SUCH A GOD JOB AND THEY ARE OPEN 24 HOURS A DAY. I HAVE BEEN USING THEM SINCE I MOVED INTO MY HOUSE. I REALLY HOPE THEY'RE IN BUSINESS FOR A LONG TIME.

I THOUGHT THE AIR BOX COULD HAVE BEEN A LITTLE BIT BETTER PLACED THAN WHERE THE TECHNICIAN PUT IT. I AM HAPPY AS MY ELECTRIC BILL HAS BEEN LOWERED A QUITE A BIT.
