The firm and its owner are both a disgrace! The work was supposedly completed almost four years ago. I paid in full. It turned out that the permit was never closed. The wrong color glass was installed. The door frame has holes that were never plugged. And screens were missing. The owner blames everyone but himself. Do not walk away from this company, run!

This is the worst experience I ever had with a contractor in 18 years! This guy doesn't care about his job, he just wants your money! First, he will flirt with you Madame. Second, what's matter to him is to make you to sign the contract and cash the 50% down. After that you won't hear from him... the guy completely vanish. I order my CGI windows on April 27th 2018, and my order was supposed to be deliver within 6 weeks. After 5 weeks, i contact him to found out when my windows will be deliver. And he put the blame on the distributor whose did not took my windows order. Then another 5 weeks he told me that my order was on back order and didn't know when i will have my windows. I ask for a refund and refuse that option!!! And kept quiet again... I had to use the service of a Lawyer Office to get in touch with him. Finally, FOUR MONTH later, August 2018, he got the windows. He took him two weeks to provide the condominium office all the document require (license, insurance and permit). The guy his a chronic layer!! August 23rd 2018, he installed the window, as a normal procedure I pay him another 25% of the contract. But he wanted to the city Inspection, to the day after!! but I could not because of work. Now his the one rushing me!! So we schedule it after the weekend. This is when i realized that my big sliding door didn't have the same visibility transmittance than the other window!! And my room was much darker than the other one. I postpone the city inspection about one day and he went out of the roof. He threat me over the phone, and email my lawyer to put a lean on my mortgage. Really!!! FYI: Ray Imbrigiotta, the last paiement of a contract is due the day of the inspection!! You had no right to threat me, you were out of line. 3 business day after installation, I pass the city inspection. He called me within an hour after the inspection to pick up his check. Shame on you.

I have continuously called him, since September, to get the work done, but he still has not done the work. He blames this on the manufacturer. We are coming to the end of the six weeks that he stated that they will have the sliding glass doors, but he still says that they don't know when they will be in.
