+ -1 moreHe is not reliable at all or polite. I will never give a rating to a person until the work is completey finished. I have companies that are supposed to come out for landscaping and I cannot have them come out till this job is finished.
Description of Work: They came out and removed the top layer of the trees and left the roots exposed. They said they would be back to finish the project and have not been back since. I have been calling him every day since the work was done a week and half ago and I am still unable to get ahold of him.

+ -1 moreI have used Ed many times but this is the first time I have entered a report. He came by and gave me a very fair estimate. He showed up on time and worked very hard to make the trees look fantastic! He also pointed out a potential issue with one clump of palms that had grown tall enough to reach my electrical wires to the house. Ed was able to take 3 of the 6 trees down so that none of the palms were tangled in the wires. And, he only charged me $20 more for that work..
Description of Work: I had 8 palm trees (various, mature) which needed to be trimmed.
