It was okay. I would probably use them again in future. I might have some questions about it but I would use them.

Steve called to tell me when he would arrive and he was prompt. He changed out the locks, made new keys and made sure they all worked. He cleaned up and left the area totally clean. I highly recommend Steve and Adams locksmith.

Really pleased, he came out right away when I called him in the evening, though I told him it wasn't emergency but he said no problem. Friendly, good service, very fair price (less than others I saw). Highly recommend.

He's just a really great, honest, reliable man and is very professional. He is a one man operation and holds himself accountable for his work. I would highly recommend him to anyone, I have actually already recommend to one of my colleagues.

The Owner, Steve, personally came out and did the work. He was very professional, quick and easy to work with. I couldn't believe how quickly the work was done! He said he has been doing this for 30+ years and it certainly shows. I would not hesitate to use Adams Locksmiths in the future - for both my work and home needs - and recommend them to friends.

The owner arrived and used a huge set of skeleton keys to work on the lock. He succeeded in getting the cabinet open but could not part with his key. To give us permanent access, he removed the lock and we are now able to open the cabinet with a substitute skeleton key. The only downside was the presentation of a bill for the work done that was more than the Big Deal ($29)! Frankly, I thought what was done was included in the discounted service call. While disappointed with the “extra” charge ($35). Very pleased with the service, however.

Everything worked out fine. One got stuck and he spent extra time to fix it. I was very satisfied with it. He did not rush and he did a good job. He got the job done in about one hour. He was also able to make the keys for me right there. The scheduling was great and I had no problems. He came when he said he was coming.

Steve was prompt in answering my phone call and was easy to schedule an appointment. I carefully explained the problem pertaining one of properties in Parkland. The bathroom door got locked from inside and there was no way to open it from the outside. He came to the property on time on the day of the service and he was able to align the door lock with the hole which allows the door to be opened from the outside. Quick, efficient and cordial service.

The bolt on my door lock was rubbing against the plate on the door frame, specially when heated, and expanded by the sunlight. Steve explained that I had the wrong plate in there, and I did, from a previously installed lock. He also explained to me that I had to pull the door just enough to so that the latch below would catch, and that then it would be smooth to close the upper bolt as well. I asked if I needed a new lock and he said honestly no, that my lock was very good. But he replaced the plate, with the proper one, and with extra long screws to make it secure to the wood frame behind it. I was satisfied with his professional advise and feel more sure that my door lock is secure now. By the way he was courteous enough to call ahead, saying he would be a little late due to unforeseen circumstances.

I called him last minute because the locksmith I originally called failed to show up. He was on time, professional and did a great job. Highly recommend and definitely will use again.

I would highly recommend Adams as a locksmith-- I called to re-key 2 locks on a rental property at 12pm on a Sunday and they were there in an hour. Very professional quality service.

I Purchased a new home on a Friday and Saturday I called Adams Locksmith to install a new lock set. Steve the owner came out the same day and advised me of the different options available to me. He had exactly what I wanted on the truck and installed it fast and professionally. He did a great job in about thirty minutes. Not only did he do a great job, but the cost was very reasonable. A lot less than I thought it would be. It's good to find a competent, honest, professional provider in my area. I will be using Adams from now on and I will also recommend them to my friends.

It went fine, except that there were extra costs for the new keys. He does not take checks, which I was not aware of ahead of time. They said that they only took credit cards. They also offer an Angie's List member discount, which was listed as 15% but he told me it was only 10% and that it was a typo. I also did not like his attitude towards myself as a customer.

He showed up on time , was very professional. he drill an additional hole to accomodate a new lock. The job was done in a very timely manner. He cleaned the area after finishing. It was a very pleasant experinec. Will use him again and will recommend him to others.

It went great. Adam was punctual, professional, and affordable. He told us all we needed to do was rekey the locks and that there was no need to purchase a new lock. I would definitely call him again if needed.

I bought the deal for $75 and thought it covered the labor cost. I called and spoke to Steve the next day, and he said I must pay an extra $85 for labor. Everytime I called, I got someone. The person was straight-up and explained everything. I will return this deal and get a different one that works better for my job, possibly from the same company.

It was perfect. He was fast. He was at the house for a half hour and lubricated the front door lock.
